+ Convenient to the station to get around the city. + Comfortable, pleasant room. + Good amenities and lighting inside the room. - The shower drainage was designed poorly and a lot of water flowed into the rest of the bathroom. - We found the hallways to be too dark and dimly lit. It was hard to see the slot to insert the card for electricity to come on in the room since barely any light entered the room.

My reservation was book in error. It should have been for 1 day but had a 3-day reservation. I was required to pay for the full 3 days, even though I checked out after the first. I realize this is you policy but is it extremely inflexible. A penalty is understandable, but it seems like you were not able to support you customer at all. This is not consistent with other hotel's policy, and I will recommend that my company not use your hotel in the future.
