short stay, good located hotel, easy to reach airport and city, had a big room, great bathroom with good rainshower, good soft bed. good add on is nespresso in room, nice bar on top floor with perfect view. breakfast is excellent, with good food and great choice.

The stay at the hotel was good and amenities in the room were well provided. However, the design of the shower was a bit annoying as there is nothing stopping the water from flowing out. The staff were wonderful and helpful with maps and luggage storage.

« Great hotel to serve as a home base »

Loved this hotel. It was clean, new and so conveniently located. We walked across the street to catch our tram to downtown areas and also made use of the local supermarket. The room was awesome. The only improvement that I would suggest is that our room was dark even with all the lights on, we could have used a couple more strategically placed lamps around the room.

First night, dirty towels in the room and we discovered what appeared to be a dead bed bug in the morning The hotel apologized and gave us a new room to the next night, but not a great way to start.

We rarely receive complaints about any insects, but it will always be hard to prevent them from coming in with a lot of travelling guests. That's why we do ongoing prevention checks by a specialist company. After your reporting we had the room thoroughly checked by a specialist. No insects were found anymore. « Was ok for one night »

I arrived in the evening and checked in. They said the room only had two twin beds which was actually fine for me. But the room was extremely small with some difficulty getting around to the other side of the bed with my luggage. I had stayed at this hotel before and remember having a better room with more space. This one was not really comfortable. But like I said it was ok for one night.
