Great "Club Lounge" Team. They are the reason why we keep on coming back. Ishwan, Brandon and Chris are superb. Love the scones, latte machiato and latte. Room cleanliness, amenities are up to standard.

Staff were pleasant a d friendly when I speak English and check in with my passport from Singapore. But my colleague who check in with their mainland China pass, the staff were quite impatient and unfriendly.

I had a great experience and a very bad experience. The great experience was on check in by Wing Sun ( not sure if that was her name). She was extremely customer centric and offered me all the help and welcomed me in the best possible way. My check out was done by a French lady who was equally responsive and customer focused ( as an example I was returning her the unused free drink coupon and she suggested I buy a coffee before leaving for office). What was very bad is dirty bedsheets being used. I could see a large patch of yellow food strains on them. I took pictures in my phone that I send out separately. I must share with you that in this trip I did not order any room service and nor did I used the room enough except coming back to rest at night. I would have loved to share this feedback when I was in the hotel to show you the strains but did not get time as I returned each night quite late from work. Secondly my room was very cold and I set the temperature to 26 degrees centigrade. Still the temperature did not increase. I called the housekeeping who sent a technician. He tried but gave up ( he could not communicate in English) and finally offered me to ask for a room heater.
