« A quality experience from competent friendly staff at the Park Lane »

Six stays in 3 years at the Park Lane, the draw card being the service on the executive floor led by David, Carol and a great attentive team in the lounge. Rooms always clean and well serviced. A venue I will return to when next in HK. Victoria Park across the road is another highlight in which to stroll and relax.

I decided to stay again at the Park Lane from a past good experience in 1995... And I was not disappointed. The service and food option exactly met my expectations. I liked to work out and the gym has a good choice of machine, the only downside is the temperature was a bit cold as the air vents are close to your head due to low ceiling.

The hotel was great easy checkin, the staff are excellent David and staff at the executive lounge are brilliant making everyone feel at home. The weather wasn't great while we were in Hong Kong but coming back to The Park Lane was a ray of sunshine. The staff were very helpful with places to visit on rainy days helpful hints on getting around Hong Kong such as the Octopus card and arranging taxi when required. The bed and pillows were fantastic and our room was very spacious the hotel has every facility you could wish for during your stay. It was a great location and views we loved out stay and would stay there again.

We stayed at the Park Lane Hong Kong for 7 nights in a Queen Deluxe Room. Although the website states "Victoria Harbor Views" the views of the harbor are not that great - i.e., you see the unsightly tops of other buildings when you look out of the window! The Nespresso machine was a nice touch however, there was no full-length mirror in the room which is very disappointing. The bathroom was quite spacious and modern. We had a comfortable stay in a "harbor view" room for 4 nights and I requested a change to a different room which the front desk lady (Wing) was very kind to accommodate. This room had a view of Victoria Park and a glimpse of the Harbor. This second room was on a lower floor and the bathroom was small and a bit dated. The rooftop bar and the Restaurant were fabulous. The hotel is very conveniently located - close to both high end shops (Fashion Street) as well as other shops, Food Street, and more importantly, the MTR. The front desk and concierge as well as the bell boys were all extremely polite and helpful. Thanks for a lovely and comfortable stay at the Park Lane Hong Kong.

From check in to check out every service in the hotel was excellent. All requests to Conceirge desk in regards to travel and tours around Hong Kong were answered very professionally as we had a great time in Hong Kong.

Pullman hotel is situated right above the mtr - Causewaybay and surrounded by many local and international eatery. The rooms were clean and the staff tries to make sure that you are comfortable.

The one main issue is that the walls of the hotel is too thin - the whole night, I can hear noises (conversations, bathroom breaks) coming from the rooms next to mine. Honestly, I was awake the whole night.

The room was fine but the decor was not quite as modern as the lobby and rooftop bar. There was no bag for laundry in the room. Room service was to a good standard. However there were no power sockets by the bed, the only sockets in the room were by the desk.

The Park Lane Pullman is Hong Kong is in a great position with easy access to the MTR, restaurants, banks and other facilities. It's a large and busy hotel. The suites are spacious and offer all amenities. Having access to the Executive Lounge is a real plus. Very good service is given throughout the entire hotel.

Everything Ok except for the night time noise of the lift well which I am sure others staying in 2542 would have identified before. I think you should reconsider putting people into this room that are staying 6 nights like myself.

My Husband and I had just completed a 15 day tour of Vietnam and Cambodia and this was our down time in Hong Kong. Our first encounter was the Doorman who greeted us with a warm welcome, we did not have sufficient money to pay the taxi driver, The Doorman without hesitation took out his wallet to pay the driver. Keith the Manager on Duty greeted us at the Front Desk and personally escorted us to the Executive Floor and gave us many suggestions on what we should do, he then followed up with all the recommendations in writing. All the Staff were so attentive to our needs from our breakfast order to what we were going to do for the day. I would also like to make mention of Manishka who always greeted us with her beautiful smile and her genuine connection with us. The location of the Hotel was perfect. if my travels should bring me back to Hong Kong, there would be no hesitation on where I would stay.

« Renovation work ran until 11pm »

At check in, I was not informed the wing my room is in was under renovations. There were loud noises coming from above my room which I thought was from a guest. It was only when my friend had to change room because of dust issues in her room that I found out our wing was under renovation. I then saw the notice by the phone that renovations will be occurring Monday to Saturday 9am-6pm. Around 9pm there was furniture dragging sound from above. At 10pm I called the number on the notice to ask about the noise. The manager informed me he would tell the staff to work quietly. I told him his notice said renovations will run until 6pm, his response was they will continue to work quietly and he would put a note on my room so that someone will reach out to me next day to change rooms. The renovations continued until 11pm! No one reached out to me next day about changing rooms. Had I known Park Lane was under renovations I may have reconsidered my booking. The only reason I would even give my experience a 4 is because the Concierge staff were very helpful and because of the Causeway Bay location.
