We loved our stay from the moment we arrived till 4 days later on our departure. The staff in the Executive Lounge led brilliantly by Ishwan, Sandy & David are friendly, professional, engaging, accommodating and nothing is too much trouble, along with Hilary and Jack are great ambassadors for the hotel. With a great view of Victoria Harbour and its Skyline and location close to MTR. We will definitely be returning because of the staff. Thank you

Being my 3rd time staying at Pullman Parklane, there are 2 little things that I think the hotel can improve 1) add recycle bin 2) common areas such as lobby, restrooms are too cold. Not necessary nor environmental friendly

« The worst accomodation experience ever »

I arrived at the hotel around 3pm and there were all those construction noises. When the construction noises finally over, there were all those sings and dances on the top floor which kept me awake until 1am in the morning. i called the reception who told me there's a KTV upstaris. If your hotel's sound-deafening was so poor, how could you have a KTV running business until 1am!!!

Customer service was fabulous from check in to drinks in the ground floor bar. The staff remembered who you were and linked back to previous conversations making you feel special. This will be our hotel of choice when visiting Hong Kong.

my family was saying in the hotel for 5 nights on the exec floor. nice location, good experience overall. but what is going on with the bath in the middle of the shower. who the heck uses a bath, and why make people who use the shower stand like a fool trying to manoeuvre around the bath like a vagrant in the bathroom - poor design, bad use of space. totally ridiculous idea. I genuinely hated showering in that bathroom

We stayed in a executive club room and enjoyed using the lounge. We were in Hong Kong to recover from jetlag and found our room quite and peaceful. Staff were extremely helpful and nothing was too difficult. Good location for getting around although lots of construction for new tunnel made access to foreshore difficult.

We stayed for nearly 11nights and had originally requested to have a king bed but there was none avalable and no suggestion that we could swap rooms though our stay. Upon arrival around 9pm at night the room was not ready and we waited for 1hr after a 9.5hr flight from Aus. We were there for work and they were very unaccomodating in providing anywhere for us to work as a group, we were consistantly told we were not allowed to use any common area facilities without paying. It is not suitable as a business hotel. Finally, the even before departure we inquired about bookin taxis and airport travel times and were assured no booking was required as there would be plenty of taxis. Upon departure we waited approximately 25mins to get a taxi with 1 taxi actually refusing to take us. It was quite a dissapointing experience given our length of stay. Otherwise, the room was acceptable and very clean. Cleaning staff were very friendly and welcoming. However I would not be recommending this hotel to any of my Deloitte colleagues.

Happy Leung kindly recognised my regular guest status, (I've already done about 20 nights with you this year) and upgraded me to lounge access. Also on check in I was surprised to be told "we've put coffee mugs in your room as we know you like large coffee mugs." This is just lovely.
