« A bit disapointed »

This was my third stay and as I was arriving very late (1am) I was counting on my key being ready for me on the Accorclub dedicated desk, since I had done my checkin online. When I arrived, nobody was at the desk, and I had to queue for a long time on the check out desk, where they did not have my key ready nor had they my welcome drink invitation. Check out also took forever, it was very long, and again I had to request my welcome drink invitation. When I chose to stay with you, I am counting in fast dedicated check in/check out since time is critical, and this is why this time I was disappointed.

I found the Pullman, a very clean hotel, despite me arriving with scepticism. That was because a few days earlier, my wife had stayed at the Pullman in Jakarta and she was attacked by bed bugs. I therefore had to protect myself with bed bug spray, just in case as I didn't want to bring back any bed bugs to my home in Singapore. For the Pullman in Hong Kong, it would have been nice to have the toilet spray facility instead of just the toilet roll. Over the past few years, I can't remember ever coming across a hotel that did not have the spray. Other than that, the overall service staff were extremely courteous and made my stay rather enjoyable.

The room was quite big due to an upgrade. Unfortunately, the toilet was a bit slow, there was no hot water at the shower, and the air-conditioning unit at the sitting area was not working properly. Staff at the lobby Check-in was a bit rude. Services at the 22nd-floor lounge was good.

« I can’t agree this is a 5 star hotel »

1. Check in and checkout service is way below the average. You have more than 800 rooms, but only two desks for check in. Any HK hotel can do better than you. 2. Service: we got a room with terrible smoking smell, so we asked for room change. We can’t see sincere apology, but kept saying we have no room for you, and you need to wait for another 2 hours. After I claimed we are entitled to have our room ready at 2pm, they gave us a room. I doubt they downgraded my room type. However, we were really tired, so we accepted it. 3. Room facilities: the room design looks like a love hotel, or maybe 3-4 star business hotel. 5 star? Not really.

The room I booked was ok with size and view except smell. Old dark wood finish smells so bad and gave a headache. Finally I had to upgrade my room to newly remodeled one. Lobby and restaurant is very mordern and nice. Concierge service was so slow for returning my request. But the Indian door man and Indian lady at the concierge , Jazz, made my day. I really appreciated their kindness and service.I like to give them 5 stars.

Very nice hotel at Causeway Bay, opposite Victoria Park. Good location.Nearby MTR station, Times Square, Hysan Place, etc. Welcome drink at Ebb & Flow is most appreciated .Concierge is diligent and attentative.

lovely room we were touched by the flowers, wine and macaroons left for us ( for my 50th birthday) Extremely helpful staff on concierge desk and in executive lounge. The only thing which could be improved was the sky bar ( unpleasant and limited cocktail choice and slightly strange seating inside)

The rooms were great. We also appreciate the heads up when we were informed of the general repairs happening beside our room. The playt breakfast was great and we used our accor card to get a buy one get one free unfortunately the breakfast was too expensive which in the end cost us more than just tkaing the bfast promo of 180 hkd per person.

I’ve used my birthday cake voucher and requested to have it delivered to my room when I check-in. I’ve contacted the front desk more 3 times to urge them but eventually it took more than 30 mins for it to be delivered and I’ve requested to have a tailor made blessing message with daughter name on chocolate bar at the cake few days in advance but it was missing on the cake. The overall experience is not up to my expectation and I wish there would be great improvement in the future.
