« Good Location »

House keeping can be better. Rooms are very bright which is good. Location is good. The room is facing some old buildings, no views, all blocked up by buildings. Rooms are very standard and some furniture are a bit old although they have refurbished the rooms. The prices are high for the rooms, basically we are just paying for the location.

My husband and I booked the Park Lane to celebrate our 20th anniversary. We booked an executive room. The staff at the executive lounge including Sandy and Brando were excellent to deal with. They provided service always with a smile and were very welcoming and helpful. Thank you!

« Below average rooms »

Customer service was okay. Nothing good nothing bad so that was fine. But the hotel apart from the reception is extremely dated and definitely disappointing for a pullman hotel. Will definitely not be staying again. I was here for a work conference with clients and they were all not impressed either.

« Arguement from the day one of arrival! »

Flight out of Korea to arrive in Hong Kong is always painful. Due to early morning arrival and departure around 0100. As soon as I arrvied to the hotel with my rental car, I had to go track the door man for my luggage and parking. Finally, Jason came out with angry face because I guess I had just woke him up, tells me that I have to pay him cash for my parking for a day and began to argue with me. First of all, as Platinum member I had never been welcomed this way and at this hour I didn't have energy nor time to do so. So I had told him that I'll pay whatever the cost is tomorrow after I check in and will talk to the manager. Next day, another issues with executive lounge breakfast, I had only 40 min. to eat and go to work from the hotel. I had simply ordered eggs and french toast and I didn't get them in time so I had to skip breakfast and ran out to catch my ride. Long story short, I think I want to use up all my points and go back to Park Hyatt or Madarine Oriental hotel for some tender loving care. Only think that is keeping me is two of my favorite staffs; Sony from the door man and Hirlary from the Executive lounge.

We stayed in a family room at Pullman Park Lane Hong Kong which is one of our favorite hotels in Causeway Bay in Hong Kong. We checked in at the Priority Member section and the staff/manager who checked us in was extremely helpful and accommodating. Our room was not ready at the time and she offered us to use the gym facility to freshen up and push our late check out time to 3pm (our departure flight was at midnight so a late check out was most welcome). The family room was similar to the deluxe room but included two double beds and one sofa bed which could easily accommodate 2 adult and 2 children. The room was recently renovated and so the bathroom was more updated than other rooms. The major attraction of Park lane is its location which is right at the center of all activities in CWB. This is the main reason for our return stay at this hotel. In addition the hotel provides the perfect place to catch a taxi in CWB which could often proved to be difficult. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful which made up for a slighted dated hotel (although recently renovated). Overall another excellent stay but the staff and the manager which checked us in were the highlight!

The date of check-in (Mar 31) was very busy, so the room was not ready until 4:30pm. The tolilet did not flush well, but repair was very fast. Room cleaning was fast and tidy. Doormen were superb. Check out was efficient.

« It's good, but the room decoration might be a bit old style. »

Loyal Accor member, I have a good time here. However, I don't like the chairs in the room, and I think I prefer soft sofa. Other aspects are good, and I will stay in this hotel again.
