I checked out at 13:00 pm, and then I found lost some thing in the room. I come back in 18:00 pm and ask reservation help , they said nothing was be found in the room. I lost 2 book, one hat, one bag, In the begin of the year 2018 I was lost my key in Pullman Auckland NZ. They are much helpful in NZ, found it and sent back my home in Hong Kong. I still the fans of Pullman, but not The Park Lane. It is my mistake that forgot thing in room and give too much trust in Pullman.

I prepaid for a "premier one-queen bed" but during the check in I was assigned to a 3 bed room at the lower floor albeit I told them I prefer higher floor. I had to come down again to request a single bed room and it was very late at night after I have flown 14 hours from San Francisco. The room was not nicely kept, a feeling like a motel, the comforter was not completely dry and there was a marble step between bathroom and the hall that will trip you over. The room really need a renovation to match the hotel class.

Stayed 4 nights. Booked a twin bed PremiumDeluxe Room overlooking Victoria Park. Used my Accor Plus card to book the room. Room was both spacious and very clean with full amenities and a great bathroom. Stand alone shower next to tub was a boon as was the very comfortable comfortable beds. Appreciated that the room was relatively noiseproof. Service standards at every level are high at Pullman.The friendly, unflappable and efficient staff from the doorman, porter service staff as well as the counter and housekeeping staff conributed to an enjoyable stay. Upon checkout, I was pleasantly taken aback to be given a small birthday gift — thank you. Am looking forward to my next stay…Thank you!

Check in staff competent n friendly. Elaine, housekeeping for our last 2 days was very good. Far cry from the housekeeping staff first 2 days. We experienced a staff lacking in service n attitude.

Your lobby is the darkest I have experienced in all my travels. Not that welcoming especially on a rainy day Housekeeping - Aileen (short lady with a bob haircut) serving 16th floor (our room 1638 from 9-13 Sept) was very meticulous. However another housekeeper, a tall China lady, was not good. Stains on glass table were still visible the following day after room cleaned. We felt she is not proud in carrying out her duties as we can notice the nice little touches left by Aileen

I was mislead about the view from my room. The description was: "Room Feature: Sweeping City View with the option of one queen size bed or two single beds, newly renovated, complimentary WiFi for unlimited devices." I was stuck in a corner room, and had to look at an incredibly ugly old building all week. It was very disappointing.

Check in on 6 Sep, on a non-smoking floor (the hotel is supposed to be non-smoking. Cigarette smoke smell was lingering in the room. Requested to change room.Throughout the stay from 6 Sep to 10 Sep, no turn down service.

Some minor issues like, dusty under the beds. And was allocated a room right outside the staircase. Room was comfy, but could not locate the power plug besides the bed due to blockage by a sign. Happened to my colleague as well. No USB port for charging of phone which resulted in having to request housekeeping for a plug.

Your facilities and staff are fantastic. The only disappointment was that because our stay was booked through a travel agent you did not accept my Accor status. I could not use my privileges which is disappointing. The only reason I stayed at the Pullman was because it’s an Accorhotel and I have a high status

I like the hotel and have stayed there before. My room was not clean - the tiles in the entrance were sticky, the bathroom and bedroom did not smell fresh.
