Accor Plus members get to use an express lane, makes more convenient check-ins. My partner and I asked for a Harbour View room, we got it. Service also at par with similar star hotels. Try the Skye Bar on the top floor, great view of the city too.Area around the hotel is busy, teeming with people - so if you want an active, urban vibe, choose this hotel.

Overall satisfied with the hotel but our check-in was delayed till about 530pm when we arrived around 230pm. Also, we were charged 2 times HKD 272 each for breakfast when there were only 2 adults and one 3-year old kid (whom didnt eat).

Check in and check out was very efficient and friendly. Room was spacious and clean. Unfortunately amenities prepared were only meant for 3 guests even though it was indicated for 4 at the point of booking. Shortfall was resolved upon feedback. Overall experience was good.

Arriving at Park Lane, we were happy with the efficient check in so late at night for our two young girls after a long flight. The room was great, comfortable. Ordering food was a breeze and efficient. Housekeeping was so well planned we never had to ask for our room to be made up. The lovely lady that took care of our floor was so friendly and very kind. My daughters loved her. Sony and Vikram at the door were absolutely delightful. Hard working and kind, always welcoming us back, never forgetting our faces made us feel as though we were at home. We loved our stay. In fact when we return to HK, we wont think twice about rebooking our stay with you. A few words to finish: what a fantastic, vibrant, safe, engaging and fabulous city. It was our first time. We're designers and were so impressed by everything, we cannot wait to return. We traveled to HK for business, with our children knowing the experience for them would be just as valuable as it was for us.

Housekeeping did a good job for the room and bathroom. The concierge were very helpful to recommend places. Only drawback was no newspaper was delivered to my room despite having made the request.

The front desk really lets the entire hotel down. I stayed an entire week and called the front desk over 30 times over the week, different days and times not a single time they picked up (rung out everytime) and I had to call the concierge and beg to be assisted.

One thing I must say that one of the staff member was very helpful (Mr Raymond WH ) was brilliant. I made some inquiries with him and he helped us and explain us in some professional manner not only to us but same time he was helping other guest as well. « Wonderful Stay at Stylish Hotel in Good Location »

I had a very good experience at the Park Lane Hotel by Pullman from initial contact, i.e. making the booking online, during my whole stay, from a very welcoming check-in to a smooth check-out. All staff I was in any contact with were very friendly and helpful, I was very pleased with my lovely room and as a gym-goer, I also used the gym every day and it was well equipped and kept clean and fresh. The location of the hotel is also really good - in the middle of the best shopping area, but with the tranquil park next to the hotel and beautiful harbour views. Easy access to Central, both by metro or foot.

Easy check in as Accor Plus member, was a little confused why I couldn't use my card as a deposit, however this was explained to us and quickly sorted. Very impressed with the size and lighting in the room as well as the facilities in the lobby and adajacent buildings. Great location.

I was very happy & a little surprised that you kept to your promised (approximately a year ago) to upgrade me during my next visit. The room was clean, bright & spacious as compared to other hotels. I felt comfortable during my staying this time except that where your email stated that "your room key will be ready at the Le Club Priorty Desk during 8am-11pm..... please provide your passport..... to pick up your key". For once I was so delighted that I can have a room early. However when I was there around 9.30am to check in I was told that the room was not ready yet till noon. This disappointed me as if I did not receive the above email I would have not gone so early to check in. I've shown the email to the front desk staff and she politely told me that she will let me have the room as soon as possible. I got my room after having my lunch. When we called for assistance for help of using of the "mobile phone" provided it took quite a long time before some one was sent and also the phone was faulty n had to wait again for the replacement.

The bathroom is always flooded after shower as the flooring gradient to the floor trap is not good. To include disposable shaver. One of the two coffee cups was not washed (still got coffee stain) and both were not replaced back inside the drawer

« A little disappointed compared to stays at other Pullman hotels. »

Location is excellent, but the hotel room felt a little tired and neglected. On arrival, we found two used coffee pods in the Nespresso machine and no fresh ones. No tea bags at all. Pieces of broken glass on the bathroom floor. Check-in and concierge staff were excellent. Staff at the Roof-top bar not very friendly at all. Staff at Playt restaurant were good and variety of food was OK. Other Pullman hotels offer a pillow menu or choice of pillow, which would be better as they were both very flat. Also very disappointed that we could not use our complimentary drink voucher at the roof top bar. We ended-up throwing it away. Every other Pullman or Sofitel hotel I have stayed at has given me the option of using it at multiple bars or in the restaurant. Staying at the Park Lane Hong Kong could be a "WOW" experience if you relied less on its great location and focused more on the guest experience while in the hotel.
