I am a member of the Accor and I have selected to choose my complimentary 1 night stay. This hotel does not provide complimentary breakfast for the complimentary night. I am not happy with the complimentary outcomes. I have used my complimentary nights with other hotels and they all offer complimentary breakfast. When i made a booking i specifically in my comments i asked for 4 bath towels as we have 4pp. but i still end up getting 3towels and the rest of bathroom items is x3. Not following my request in the comments option.

« Excellent Stay and experience! »

I stayed only for a night but found the hotel location and facilities to be top notch. I loved the free mobile internet/phone for guest’s use. That was a very important tool for me to use while hitting the shops! The room was cozy, bed comfortable and the bathroom had all required amenities. Complimentary bottles of water for regular Accor club members and the room upgrade of course also helped. The breakfast at the restaurant was spectacular! One of the best breakfast spreads I’ve seen. I look forward to coming back soon.

Thanks for WING SUN, the LOYALTY SERVICE SUPERVISOR, who welcomed, served us wholeheartedly and treated us with macaron which is one of our favourite desserts. Also, the view of the room is beautiful and the bed is comfortable.

Very sorry to say I was not impressed with my stay. 1) I could not get a proper night's sleep as the bed is way too firm for Western people. 2) Service was not very welcoming/helpful in check-in process. 3) Bathroom/Decor seemed very outdated. Some areas of hotel needed repair.

Good breakfast. One of the rooms I booked had a malfunctioning toilet but your staff repaired promptly. The rooms are clean. Somehow I find the decor in the lobby a bit dark. Maybe I am used to the old Park Lane ambivalence. It doesn't sit very well with my expectation.

« Nice room but without bath tub »

I got a warm welcome with checking in at the business lounge. Services are good. At room, the pillow and bed are comfortable, but I am so disappointed due to no bath tub in my room. As the photo provided in the web... I found there is a bath tub, so I choose deluxe executive room ... finally I found the answer from front desk as I have to raise special request for the bath tub. Otherwise, I can only get the room with shower ...I had thought that this it is only by random and cannot change... it made me feel very bad because finally I know it can change or raise request in the beginning .... overall, all the services are nice and warmed. The only thing I don’t feel satisfied is there is no bath tub in my room ...>..<

Location: The location of the Park Lane, Pullman Collection hotel is right in the center of shopping, dining and people watching. Hotel: The views from the sky bar are phenomenal. We were in the renovated rooms which were very modern and up to date. I appreciated the option to use the mobile phone, however we did not use it because we wanted to use our own phones for photo opportunities. Executive Lounge: The Happy Hour from 5:00 - 7:00 is not to be missed. There were many options for beverages as well as small plate options. The space was kind of small, but it was accommodating. The breakfast here was limited, so we visited the PlayIt Restaurant (1st floor) for breakfast. Hotel Staff: I brought a party of 34 people and the check-in and check-out experience was great. We were taken to a private space in the Executive Lounge for priority attention. One day we needed transportation to accommodate about 20 of us to go to and return from Stanley beach. We requested this about 20 minutes before it was needed and the staff (Concierge) made it happen! Food: Excellent with great choices at the breakfast buffet. Thanks to the sales team (Lucia Chan, Marchello IP, Chuthathorn Thongnoi, Thita Ngernmuen and Peony Ma) for their help in getting the reservations set for our group and all of their work prior to our arrival. They were very responsive to emails and phone calls. The only reason that I didn't give 10 stars is because I would have liked more personal service during our stay since there were 34 of us and we did occupy 17 of Park Lane's rooms. I didn't receive any phone calls from anyone to ensure that our stay was perfect. However, the location, food, ambiance and encounters with the staff when we did need assistance made up for the absence of that personal touch. Overall, Park Lane was a great choice for us and I would recommend!

Almost perfect but I received an email.night prior to my check in with an upgrade to club floor and keys ready for pick up then but front ofc staff said it was a wrong email when it is addressed to me She turned me down for access Had to call mgrs attention Had access only for 2 nights thru my request I did think of it but no offer from f.o staff Check out was kinda rude asking if i am an accor member if not i had to cue !!

Lobby is too dim for my liking, rooms r ok, toilet door is old and need replacement, breakfast spread is good, taste of food is ok except the fried vermicelli which is under cooked and hard.

Rooms were excellent, clean and well provisioned! Staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. The location is ideal for seeing all of Hong Kong, you couldn't ask for better, plus the views of the park are wonderful.
