Had another stay at IBIS styles in mangolia and it was awsome as usal the service is at the top in the world i travel alot and this is a very good hotel with very friendly staff and the hotel is very clean and the service is 5 star the resturant gives good food and the resturant manager is so good and friendly and always makes sure her customers are happy and satisfied everybody must try this hotel when going to the beautiful mangolia thank you IBIS.

After arrival I was met by the front office staff and immediately felt welcome. My room was on the upper floors. Inside all needs were met. When I wanted to sight see locally the staff was friendly and assisted me in getting to the right places. Overall great experience. The rooms were clean and well kept, the restaurant staff was very accommodating and the food was better than expected and very reasonably priced. The wellness facilities were clean and had everything you might require to get in some exercise.

I was pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome and service during my stay at the Ibis Styles in Ulaanbaatar. While I was aknowledged as a platinum guest I was disappointed that I wasn't notified during check about the disruption to hot water. Moreover, I had an issue with the rainfall shower not working and dispite an inspection by the engineering department, the issue was not resolved and instead a mess was made to by bathroom and they two engineers simply left my room with ZERO feedback. Also, the housekeeping failed to replenish the showergel dispenser for the 3 nights I had spent at the hotel and this was shocking, especially since it was the ONLY dispenser they needed to check. There needs to be an improcement in supervision/ management of the cleaning and engineering staff to ensure they are performing their job properly because they are currently ruining the hard work that the front desk and guest relations staff are putting in to make the hotel succeed.

It is clean and good. but the TV on 9th Floor, it opens or closes itself in the mid-night, with unclear images. quite scary. Sometimes, it changes the channel on its own.

Overall accommodation was satisfactory, rooms are modern, clean and to world standard. The only thing and most important for me was to get a good nights sleep, however the room temperature could not be adjusted to ones liking as the A/C would only heat and when management was asked about this, I was informed that the cooling was turned off until summer. This meant a very hot and uncomfortable room, opening the window helped but then you get noise and smoke/pollution in your room. If this was sorted I would've rated my hotel experiance higher.

All was terrific but one thing exceptionally stood out. On my departure at the very early morning of 0530, I was immediately greeted at reception not only with my bill statement but a breakfast takeaway bag! I had not requested it so the thought was sincerely appreciated. All the front reception staff are wonderful.

The hotel is very beautiful, with spacious and stylish rooms. Only minor details could be improved. The toilet paper is very thin. There is no shelf or rack in the shower to put my shampoo on, and the beds are Mongolian-style hard.
