Pullman Fuzhou Tahoe is a hotel with a good combination of stylish and comfort. The hotel is located next to a shopping center with many nice shops and restaurants. Hotel staff are very friendly, and are always ready to help. Pullman Fuzhou Tahoe is a hotel that one feels at home.

A brand new hotel in a good location but a bit awkward design in the toilet

Warm staff, brand new hotel facilities, very good gym, excellent restaurant (only tried the Chinese restaurant), and bad toilet design (no wash basin in the toilet, have to go through the room and into the bathroom for washing hands).

I stayed 5 days in a suite ,bedroom with separate living room 1908 The room had a few defects The room safe was out of order. The cabinet lights always on when door closed They were repaired after I complain twice The mini bar was never refreshed daily The executive lounge was not open for breakfast throuhout my stay Also the first time I visited the lounge I had to explain I was entitle to lounge access The staff mentioned 19th floor not part of club rooms After I explain ,they checked again that suites are entitled The suite cost more than club room floor This was not pleasant . The staff was pleasant but not well train on entitlements Otherwise it was pleasant

Location perfect, and convenient to eat dinner. Room is clear but air conditioning is uncontroled well. Too hot, if turn off air conditioning.

the hotel was newly open and the front staff are nice and helpful especially the concierge counter. Room are clean and the facilities are as per 5 star hotel standard. However, the dim sum buffet at chinese restaurant need to be improve where most of the order was not recorded and missed. And take almost 20 minutes just to wait for the bill.

This my second times in Pullman Fuzhou(Tahoe) my intention was to celebrate my birthday with my teams members in Fuzhou,but during my check in the lobby miss out this part it would be great since front desk do have out passport detail. (I was offer and informed my Shangri-la(Fuzhou).Anyway I received a birthday cake from the hotel after I accidentally spoken to Pullman staff.
