Location is good, both rooms are clean and all staffs are helpful. Only downside was they forgot to prepare toothbrush in one of our room and had to wait a little bit longer.

I love the bed and pillow, but i think the bedroom itself was a little bit small. The bathroom was small too. The shower room did not have door so when you take a shower, the water will splash outside. The breakfast in Food Exchange was just so so, could be better, some foods were too salty. I had lunch here too, i loved the chicken kungpao and soto, very delicious. Most of the staff(especially house keeping) were nice and friendly. Very recommended hotel near grand indonesia.

Spacious restaurant in the Food Exchange. Less crowded hence, confortable to enjoy the food. Good choice of food and taste succulently delicious. Variety of food including local Indonesia food and international food choices are available. International food includes Korean and Arabic. Staff in the Foid Exchange are friendly and helpful namely Mbak Indah who has been assisting us in explaining the food available in the restaurant.

The foods are great. They have western and indonesia food. Nasi lemak is in the menu today, my little boy likes it. The pasties are good. One of the waitress named Indah is very help, consider yourself lucky if you meet her
