« When is a deposit not a deposit ? »

Hotel is new and well appointed. Its all in modern style. Check in staff don't really know what they are doing and we had a lot of confusion over leaving a deposit which was for the full amount of the bill .... hardly a deposit. We were told that the deposit would not be charged to our card ... but it was. On check out they then wanted to cancel the deposit and recharge the same amount again .... confusing or not ? I'm still waiting to see if the deposit is refunded ...

Returned to stay at Ibis Styles Phra Khanong for work. Great location but can improve on the room allocation. Due to the increasing number of tourist from group travels, the noise level has increase. I think the hotel should allocate a floor for single travelers and put all the group travelers in other floors.

« Convenient Place for a Short Stay »

I needed an accommodation with parking in the Phrakanong area for a three-day stay in Bangkok. Your hotel met the requirement. The room was comfortable, everything worked, and the location was ideal. One small complaint. I am not a great fan of liquid soap dispensers, and a bar of soap would have been welcome.

« The Air-Conditonal in the room wasn't cool enough. »

The staffs were welcome and friendly. The room decoration was nice. I felt like a home. The hotel was on Main Sukhumvit road. I can go Tesco Lotus only few muniute or walking to BTS (Sky Train) just walked to there only 5 min away from The hotel.

The hotel overall was excellent except when checking in. The staff asked me to wait for a maid to check the room. I waited for almost 15 minutes so I decided to walked up to the counter and suddenly the staff gave me the key card. If I didn't walk up to the counter, how long did I have to wait?

I had a pleasant stay at Ibis style, the only negative point was the breakfast. The coffee was bad, I am traveling a lot and often staying in ibis and it's the first Ibis with that poor coffee quality. I will also said the croissant are not really tasty but the asian food there was good.

The location is perfect, just 5 minutes walk to the BTS Phra Khanong.The staff were so polite and helpful. Easy to take a taxi from the main road.The bed was incredibly comfortable and we did sleep very good. The breakfast was delicious and the view from the 7th floor restaurant was beautiful. We definitely will choose this hotel for our next stay.

Everything was great! Clean and comfortable room, helpful and supportive staff, excellent breakfast, etc. Minor comment is the missing exhaust system in the bathroom. Water is also coming out of the shower room, and it leaked out the door on some occasions.

We had a pleasant stay in the hotel during our visit to Bangkok. The hotel is within 7 minutes walking distance from the BTS. The room was clean, the bed comfortable and the shower was very good. The staff was friendly. The breakfast however was not so good.
