Good because the employee who made me the chick in was Good and this is my first saying in this hotel but the second stay which is yesterday was not like the first stay in this hotel and I informed the front office manager Miss juthamas watthanakul about my opinion and she understand it and was helpful manager . My opinion as a emmbassder platinum guest in Sbg , IHG groups and also as a cold member in accor group is that there is no Good hotels and bed hotels but the employees who can make the hotel good or bad in the same time the administration of the hotel can make the hotel bad or good . Also from my experience the all the accor hotels in Thailand are good except Novotel sukumvite 20 which is the worst hotel for accor group in Thailand because of the administration of this hotel and some of the employees there . But i can say that your hotel ibis bankogk sukumvite phar khanong is good one but need to learns the employees more so they can be more qualify to theirs job. I appreciate the help of the front office manager and I wish good luck for her in her job

« overall my stay was nice but the sloppy bellboy made me very disappointed »

the staff at the front desk is super friendly and helpful. the facilities are nice and the breakfast is acceptable. but sadly, the sloppy bellboy ruined my experience of staying in Ibis style. I asked him to help me catch a taxi to the airport. Since i knew the taxi driver doesn't speak English, i asked him to tell the taxi driver that i need a receipt so that i can put it into my expense report. they then exchange a short dialogue in Thai, and the bell told me everything is okay. But eventually, when i arrived to the airport, the taxi driver failed to provide me the receipt. From his body language, i guess he could provide me with receipt only if i do by meter. Without the receipt, i have to pay the taxi from my own pocket. Language problem is always one of the trouble when travelling and that's why i thought i could rely a local staff to help. But disappointingly, it was not the case

The hotel has delivered good services with room comfortable. According to the new Accor hotel, there were some issues that the management team should take more time to learn how to deliver the standard treatment for member guest especially for the membership recognition. Generally, a greeting letter as well as advance prepared room should be the first priority preparation to elite Platinum guest. I hope that the hotel would continue for serving better services to Le Club AccorHotels guests in the future.

In general it is pretty clean and tidy as usual ibis style. The only drawback is the tuk tuk shuttle service is really insufficient. Esp it was raining and shuttle to Pra Kanong is crucial. And there is also improvement for the morning breakfast buffet. The lady who in charge to cook the egg, please teach them scramble egg does not have to been over cooked :)

This stay was my first time in the new Ibis Style residence during my business trip in Bangkok. The hotel has delivered good quality services with room comfortable. According to the new Accor hotel, there were some issues that the management team should take more time to learn how to deliver the standard treatment for member guest especially for the membership recognition. Generally, a greeting letter as well as advance prepared room should be the first priority preparation to elite Le Club Platinum guest. It would be nice if some of minor welcome amenities such as bathroom slipper, bathrobe, gifts, cookies or fruits were provided in room for elite Platinum guest. I do hope that the hotel should continue for serving better services to Le Club Elite guests.

Good location with food option around. Bts is very near (5mn walk). Only problem would 3 the gym (a bit too small but can't complain because Ibis Hotel don't usually have a gym!)
