Hotel is great and great location. Service is excellent starting from check-in. The team at Orient Buffet were particularly helpful. Vicente was able to arrange seating for 27 of us at the last minute and the crew took care of everyone all night. The team is in Sharjah a couple times a year and this is our new go to hotel!

I booked 2 rooms for 2 nights during Eid using my Expedia account. I showed the lady at reception my booking which clearly stated the number of people. We are 2 adults and 4 children. I am a golden VIP expedia member which qualify us for an upgrade. The lady at reception refused to upgrade and asked me to pay for the extra bed!

I first came to Novotel Sharjah for a 10 days stay, but then I discovered a hidden gem and I decided to stay longer. This hotel is in good location, closer to the highway to Dubai and other parts of Sharjah. Close proximity to the mall, restaurants etc.. The hotel is very clean, and it has many amenities. The staff is friendly, very knowledgeable.

Experience was great & staff was very supportive and friendly. I have only one recommendation which is to have electric points next to bed as its quite troublesome to have laptop or phone charged while on bed. The phone charging USB connections provided next to bed are traditional type with lose connections, these days all phones come with C-type USB connection.
