I loved staying at this Novotel due to staff going out of there way to help me out like when I asked about the gym’s location a receptionist took me to the gym in the neighbouring Mercure hotel.

First time staying in Novotel Nanchang Sunac, as I have stayed at Pullman next door last time. Novotel is perfect for my business travel, nothing fency but clean and tidy which all I need. Lisa Yi is very kind and attentive front desk manager, she recognize and greet me when I checked in with immediate help to expedite the process. She even bring me to my room which was nicely decorated by your housekeeping team for the Chinese New Year greetings!

good services and greeting from the Manager Ms.Li, who addressed my needs and expectation in the web booking. big shopping mall nearby and 15minutes walk from the metro. breakfast was not up to par. shared gym room with mecure hotel nearby but way too small

Room comfort is perfect. But breakfast experience should be improved : 20 minutes to get a cup of coffee after asking to 3 different waiters/waitress ; food for continental western breakfast is scarce and taste is really not at good level. General feeling is this hotel is fully organized to welcome chinese guests, but not really for guests from western countries. English level of staff is not so good.
