I commend the captain serving at the rooftop restaurant for trying his very best to find me a table at first opportunity during the busy breakfast hours on Sunday 2 Dec. Great job from the captain. Thank you very much! Unfortunately, my room was not very clean. There was hair on the bed, pillows, folded bath towels and inside the shower cubicle - very unpleasant. Please improve the cleanliness and hygiene of your rooms.

I am so sorry for your poor experience caused by room cleanliness. Please, feel assured that your comment was not taken lightly and I have raised the issue with all of housekeeping staffs who will clean and inspect rooms. I fully understand your disappointment and deep concern for the matter. I have spoken to the manager of Housekeeping department. They will reinforce the training of room cleaning to prevent future occurrence based on your feedback. Furthermore, for sure, Housekeeping supervisors will do double-check the rooms which are already cleaned by Housekeeping staffs and the bed linens which are laundered. Regarding of breakfast, I would like to explain that there are same regular menu like bread, salad, fruit, cereal because of limited space. So, we offer 2~3 different menu everyday to make guests have more choice. However, I will share this comment with F&B department to improve it better. Once again, I truly apologize for causing concern. And, we really appreciate your kind review about your experience to improve the quality of our service. This is the second time that we have stayed in this hotel. We like the location (near to shopping and eateries and Luft Coffee). Room was just nice - not too small or too big and clean. Toilet and shower was decent. All the comforts of home.

I love this hotel because of its proximity to Myeongdong shopping district, Namsan Tower and other sights of Korea. The hotel is cool and comfortable. I had a great time here especially at the bar on the 21st floor of the hotel with a nice view of Seoul at night time. The breakfast is ok, the hotel staff are all ok and courteous and the hotel price is very reasonable. I highly recommend this hotel to all my friends and relatives.

This hotel is in a great location close to lots of things to see and great food. The rooftop bar was really great even though it's cold out due to having heated seats and blankets provided. The staff was incredibly helpful and hurried to get me a cushion I purchased so that I wouldn't miss my train. I will say that the glass walls separating the sleeping area and the shower and toilet areas make for a lack of privacy. Not a problem when traveling with your significant other, but would be awkward with friends. Also know that Western style breakfasts are just not something you will find in hotels and don't expect the breakfast here to be what you might be used to. Be open minded or head to Itaewon where you will find a couple of places with a more standard Western-style breakfast.

« Great services but hotel is a bit old »

Great services and friendly staff. Room was a bit small, as expected, but overall the hotel gave me an impression that it's only partly refurbished from an old one to a young stylish one. Lifts look old, so do the wallpaper (with some stains and scratches on it) and shower room (with moulds at the corner). A bit disappointed.

« The room wasn’t clean at all »

We saw dust in the floor for 6 consecutive days, the walls were really dirty and the shower door was dirty as well. In the first day we left a dirty dish in the room and when we arrived the room was organized but the dirty dish was still there. We had to tell the person in charge of cleaning the room to please take away the dish, this is unacceptable.

Nice Hotel, very close to main Meyongdong streest. Very clean and Staff very nice and available. Windows not well soundproofed unfortunately. Couldn't sleep very well and usually I don't have this kind of problems. For the level of the hotel I didn't expected.

« Unimpressed after 4 day stay »

Staff was nice and helpful. Unfortunately the linens had stains and tears even after requesting to have them changed daily. Shower room had mold in the corner and shower head sprayed do to build up on the shower head.
