« Nice and tidy room, overall good experience »

Room is clean and tidy. Very fast internet and accomodating for my business work. The only downside is breakfast selection very basic. I expected more from Ibis styles level. It was also confusing that breakfast area split into two areas.

Staying at Ibis Styles Ambassador Seoul was satisfactory. Hotel is located in the city center which is one of its biggest qualities. However, rooms are not spacious enough and the breakfast is of poor quality.

Room was a bit small howver the service is impeccable. Staffs are lovely and always ensure to help you. The hotel is closed to station, only 3 mins walk.

Location is good, staff are helpful . Room is a bit too small and the gym needs improvement. The gym equipment is limited and Aircon in gym not working . The gym very warm n stuffy. Also the use of sauna and steam room is cumbersome, need to exchange room key with the access key. I think should let guest use eith the room key. Control is too tight

Nice stay but confuse location. There are 2ibis hotel within this area. I think it would be better if you have a seperate name or clear location for taxi since we always got into the different ibis hotel when we try to come back with taxi.

Everything are good just about bath room and toilet are separate, both of room are too small and wall of bath room very clear it's not privacy if you stay with friend . Bed, very relax when you back from travel all day.

I would like to thank you that there are few female receptionists (especially one female receptionist who worked on 15 April morning shift), who provide me with assitance and pleasant smile. Also, I would like to thank for the guy who work in the night shift (who always standing in the lobby), he always greet me and let me feel like going back to my home. Last but not least, the waiter work in the Le restaurant during the breakfast time always being very helepful and his smile is good. I think he looks like the Korean actor Mr Kim Soo Huyn. Convenient for traveller in good location and shopping area with plenty of restaurant in Myeongdong. Some of staffs not helpful service not take action. I found that when I leave the room early and back to the hotel at 3 pm. the room still not clean I have to call the front desk and they said randomly clean by maid until 4 pm. This is poor standard of service. And found the toilet cannot flush so call them to fix it while I go out for 1 hour but when I came back still nobody come to fix it.

No bacon at breakfast. There must be bacon at a breakfast buffet. There must be real cheese for breakfast, not processed single slices cut into triangles. Please get a chef that will accomplish these things.
