We had a fantastic time. The Bungalow was perfect. Service was very good. My only complaint would be the food was not great. We ate at the resort most meals but I was disappointed in what was served. Anyway, we still had a great time.

« Nice stay but not 5 star rating »

The villa was ok, location of the resort was ok. What struct us most was the general language barrier in the hotel: very few of the staff (not talking about housekeeping) spoke good english. We had small issues here and there about understanding the very basic things. Getting what we ordered, asking for help etc. The staff was trying, but clearly it went to "yes yes" mode very often. That means, that they didnt understand what we wanted.

« I am happy with everything in Novotel, especially impressed with services provided by Novotel staff. Amazing!!! »

Everything within our villas were great. There are time housekeeping forget to provide toilet paper roll or towel for extra beds however when we call the reception and ask for, they are all provided very quickly. Also we have a pool party in our villa with BBQ and the staffs who support us with setting up, BBQ and cleaning after are extremely helpful. I am impressed with their hospitality and extraordinary service. One of the name that I remember is Qui and I would like to send big thanks to him.

I’s like to thank all of you for my honeymoon stay in your hotel and every effor your team made to make us feel comfortable and taken care of. Thanks for a room upgrade and welcome drinks - both loyalty benefits were much appreciated, as well as for a late check-out. I also was taken by the support I received when my wife got ill - the whole stuff I contacted was very helpful and provided the first-aid medicine that turned out to be sufficient. I’d like to outline that I felt that the hotel stuff was well-trained, understood the value of guest and behaved accordingly - some better than others, but the general level is high and meets the expectations. I have lots of experience with Accor hotels and all of you are above the vast majority of your peers - again, many thanks for that and let the team know: when they put efforts to make the guest happy, it is seen, never goes unnoticed and always appreciated. I would not be a loyal member if I did not give you some constructive feedback on what could have been even better, as I know that is important. A few points: 1. English. Sometimes hard to understand, some of restaurant stuff speaks below the acceptable level (which is perfectly compensated by smiles and courtesy). As for restaurant - people should be able to “know their field” and speak about it in good English. The reception desk is generally better, but the whole level of the team should be definitely improved - that’a for sure. 2. Room service: cleaning was perfect in general, but sometimes stuff did not make up the terrace outside: sunbeds were left untidy a few times. I did not report it because it happens when the whole experience is fine. 3. Food variety in the food exchange should be widened I believe - just a few main course dishes, the choice could be broadened. Finally we went out from the hotel to seek for variety. 4. The beach should be maintained clean at all times - even in the mornings when lots of garbage could come onto the shore. Apart from that, I did not spot anything disturbing, so you guys were really doing a very good job, so please keep it up. I thank you very much again and look forward to stay in your hotel again. « We love our stay at Novotel Phu Quoc! »

This is a great resort, the grounds were beautiful. The beach did not have clear water when we were there but the water was calm and great for swimming. The free use of the kayaks was a great bonus. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful with our questions and requests. The best part was unlike North American hotels, the staff do not expect to be tipped for their service. The room serive menu was adequate and not too expensive. We had a partial oceanview suite and really liked the extra space. My husband used the gym amd said it was adequate, not great. Overall, I would go back and planning take my kids next year.

Great place, nice hotel and serviceminded staff. The area is under building, so there were some noise. I had a Bungalow with Private Pool, which was great. Nice bed and room. Breakfast was a mix of asian and western. A bit of both world was nice.

Hello, Novotel Resort is great, staffs are attentive. I just want to comment about the airport pick up schedule. I think the timetable applied by resort is not helpful. Our flight landed in Phu Quoc airport at 15:50 on 26th Oct 2018 but the shuttle bus is at 16:00 and 18:00 so we had to pick up taxi and didn't use the bus service of your hotel, our group was 10 people. Guests check in to your hotel is usually already booked in advance, and why don't you arrange a pick up for hotel guests when they arrive and at the time they arrive? You arrange a shuttle bus with timeable to pick up at airport is nonsense, because everybody out from airplane are not going only to Novotel, so you should focus to pick up to your guests. It would be great if your furniture were better. At the first time, I went into room, I touch the closet door and it fell down incidentially. It is very dangerous for my children. And in another room, the kettle was broken, not work.

We had a beautiful and spacious villa with a sizeable private pool. The villa is on the beachfront and steps away from the sea. However we did experience minor issues - air conditioning broke down twice, bathroom sliding doors were not working. Overall service was fantastic and we were always greeted with a smile. Breakfast was very good. Finally the shuttlenservicemtontown was very convenient but frequency could be increased.
