Mostly good. It was a bit too hot in the room, and I found it difficult to adjust the temperature down. The window could hardly be opened. The breakfast was average to goood.

A comfortable hotel conveniently located with comfortable rooms and a nice restaurant and bar. However, the cooked breakfast was rather disappointing - cheap frankfurter sausages, as opposed to proper ones with real meat and cold, tasteless fries - this is something that should be changed. I also had to ask several times at the Reception desk for my passport, only to learn that the person on duty will be between 5-10 minutes - not acceptable when you're waiting to go out or have a taxi waiting for you

It is always nice to stay in a new hotel but there were things left that should be fixed before opening

Hotel staff is learning. It's OK. Overall service level was good, exactly what you would expect from Novotel. Workers were met during the day, they go into an elevator with you wearing dirty clothes. It's not OK. Superior room #501 was great until the heavy rain started. The noise of raindrops hitting some metal sheets outside made it impossible to get sleep. After two or three hours of rain roof or maybe window started to leak.
