The hotel is good and clean, but the service is unsatisfactory. The restaurant closes early, you don’t have anything in bedroom and all I needed i had go and get it.

It was ok. Nothing bad happened, but there were no surprises either. The bed wasn't very comfortable and the guest service experience was poor. One of the things that caught my attention is that the front desk people weren't willing to help. I had forgotten my iPhone wall plug in and I asked them if there was any way that I could recharge my phone and they were very quick to say no. All they need to do was offer to plug my phone in a computer and my problem would have been solved. In the end, I was creative enough to use the complementary guest internet access point to do that, but the front desk should have had this idea. Another problem is that the phone in my room would work. I tried to make local calls (I followed the instructions describe in the card) but it didn't work. This is why despite the hotel being clean the overall experience was just ok.

My stay in this hotel was very satisfactory. The room is always very clean e tide up in all details. Besides, the bed is extremely comfortable. I have only a small complaint about the bath products because it is offered just one piece of soap .

Nice acomodations and services, but the pillows could be smaller, I woke up a bit sore after two nights there. Other than that, everything is excellent. A very nice place to stay at business trips and reasonable location.

Everything was nice at the hotel, with the exception of the poor choice of tv channels. Since I have to complete 200 words, also there is a serious lack of transport options. No taxis nearby. Only Uber.
