Never was informed about the alarm test. Was working late and try to sleep and was a wake with an alarm fire and wasn’t pleasure!

Friendly and efficient staff, smooth checking in and out. Good thing about the breakfast: plenty of fresh fruit and juice, but we didn’t eat bread, cakes and sweets (all made of “unhealthy” wheat and loads of sugar!). Comfortable bed, good shower and good air-con in the room. But the air is too cold in the breakfast/dinner/sitting area.

Recurring problem at Accor hotels in São Paulo: Internet access may not work. The good news is that it was offered free breakfast and dinner as compensation for the lack of internet. It´s a pity that any effort to retain customer is wasted with the lack of this basic service.

« Good for the value »

It’s a good hotel with a small but comfortable room. Breakfast is very nice. The bad part was the Reception because it’s take too long time to be attended, although the lady was respectful and gentle.

« Everything OK... Except... »

Booked and payed my room with breakfast included. Had already stayed sometimes in this same hotel, and breakfast was always served until 11:00 am. When I went to have my breakfast at 10:30, I was informed that on weekdays it was served only until 10:00. Then I asked for a refund of the breakfast value, that was not accepted. All I got was a poor "of hours" breakfast, very inferior to the standard one. Three other couples had the same problem. No warn given to any of us during the check in...
