Staff untrained, room service slow and disorganized. Variety of restaurants poor. transport arrangements from resort to anywhere poor. A couple pools out of order. etc etc No mini bar which is required as its so difficult to get food or drink at your bar downstairs.

Staff need to be a lot more attentive, the constant requests for house keeping, ordering food & drinks, particularly around the pool was extremely poor

Super relaxing. The staff were always extremely friendly and attentive. The buffet breakfast was beautiful. The restaurants were great especially the noodle bar but a touch expensive. Our rooms were always made up very well.

The stay was wonderful the staff was great. Great pools for the kids. Good location as it was quite accessible to other restaurants by foot or if you have a car Nadi town and other restaurants nearby. Spacious room for a family of 4 with 2 young children. It was even nice watching the planes take off and land nearby

Overall we had a nice time here, but the construction of the WaterSports Villa was extremely disruptive and incredibly loud and constant throughout the whole resort area. The adults only pool spa pools weren't filled with water which was a real shame, but we loved the cabanas near the pool (and RIGHT by the construction sadly!). The Barefoot Bar/Restaurant played BLARING music the whole time which chopped and changed between roaring 80's hits, Ed Sheeran, Fijian traditional music and hard core rap which made eating there or sitting anywhere around the pool area uncomfortable and annoying. I could hear both the construction and the bar's music though my noise cancelling headphones. The food here is very hit and miss - some items are delicious, and others are really, really bad! Have the Tandoori chicken or the burger, and DO NOT have the Mixed Platter of small plates!! Also, it's if you are an Accor Plus Member, it's interesting to note that your discount doesn't apply for Room Service, or poolside dining, and there are many other restrictions and rules that we got told every single time we ate (a different one each time!). Staff are really lovely. Housekeeping do a great job but are a bit understaffed I think. The glass bathroom/toilet situation is interesting - my partner and I got to know each other MUCH better during this stay. Huge disappointment with the bath though - beautiful big bath, but NOT ENOUGH WATER PRESSURE TO FILL IT! I tried to boil the little jug to help it along but it was totally pointless :-( and ended up after 30 minutes of trying to fill it, just soaking my feet a little. The room is very comfortable - lovely and large, airy, light and comfortable bed and pillows (very soft though), however, the ceiling/walls(?) are very thin and you can hear people above you (especially when a noisy family leaves at 4am!!!!). Room service is excellent - delicious. TV selection is OK/good, but they also have many free movies which was AMAZING to find. Wifi was good but my partner couldn't get on on his Android the whole time (not a bad thing haha). Breakfast is really good - not the most amazing one I've ever seen, but very good and I was totally satisfied with it.You can have fresh eggs cooked for you which is nice - go for poached, or an omelette, or ask for less oil for the scrambled as they can come very oily. They need to make sure the coffee/tea station is set up correctly with a little bin for teabags, teaspoons, make sure someone is wiping the milk tray all the time and dust the area around it. The Noodle Restaurant DanDan(?) is actually very good. The Dan Dan Noodles were yummy, however, the stir fry again was very oily. They gym is very good for an onsite resort gym too. The beach here is NOT a nice beach, but we went out on a Jetski to another close by island and went snorkelling which was AMAZING. This resort would be great for a short sunny poolside break, not a beach break, and if you don't have children, make sure you're there NOT in the school holidays. Check to see if the construction is still going as it really did negatively impact our time there. Also super close to the airport, but you don't really even hear the planes and they did not bother us at all during our stay. Would we stay again...yes - if it was school holidays and the construction was finished, but only for a night or two when arriving and leaving Nadi.

My flight home after staying wirh family was delayed because I was not well enough to fly, a head cold caused ear pain during an internal flight. While I recuperated, I wanted to stay somewhere restful and beautiful where I would feel taken care of and safe. I was not disappointed. The surroundings were absolutely beautiful and luxurious. Beautiful environment, friendly staff. It was our wedding anniversary so we chose Pullman Carlos Ram was extremely friendly and made sure our stay was perfect..but our stay was a disaster after breakfast. My wife got very sick after breakfast so I had to check out and leave for Suva.. there must have been something wrong with the breakfast that gave her sore throat and fever started and is now very very sick. I really wanted to bring back home good memory but it has turned into disaster for us. Whenever we are on vacation we always choose Sofitel,Sheraton & Westin. Pullman is beautiful, very kind and friendly staff.
