Great welcome, rooms were clean, staff were friendly. We had no hot water in our room so were moved at our children's bedtime only to find that the next day the hot water stopped working in our new room... Given the hotel has only been open a couple of months there are a few things (tiles, hot water etc.) that are already showing signs of wear

Loved the room as it was spacious and comfy bed. Great housekeeping staff keeping rooms well stocked. Booked the hotel for us to leave my child in kids club, yet find out that my 2 year old has to be accompanied. What’s the point of that! Poor cocktail list at bars - doesn’t cover popular cocktails. Ordered a midori splice and after telling the waiter what is in it, assuming he would look it up, I ended up getting midori and lemonade, and being charged for a pina colada. Wasn’t told that the Thai restaurant is adults only, until we went there for my birthday dinner to be turned away. Had to ask the staff at barefoot bar three times for the menu. Ordered our Thai, but due to lack of experience, the waiter tried to over charge us by $30 due to his lack of thinking that we wanted a banquet (yet we ordered exactly what it is, because we didn’t point it out!). And then to be practically be told “too bad” as he said the order cannot be redone/reversed. Food is very over priced at the hotel and quality isn’t at 5 star level. Air conditioning in the room is sporadic. Hard to keep a constant temperature, even when the temp hasn’t been touched. Doona on the bed is far too warm too. Staff gave my daughter lots of attention, which was lovely. My daughter felt very special with the staff making her a traditional necklace, bracelet, and head pieces. Very thoughtful of the chef to give my daughter a ‘packed lunch’ for our day outing. Such thoughtful and lovely staff.

WE WERE A PARTY OF 5, AND HAD BOOKED SOME MONTHS AHEAD...…..WERE DISAPPOINTED THAT OUR ROOMS WERE ALL SPREAD ABOUT - 600, 200, 100 BLOCKS. THE HOT WATER AT TIMES A PROBLEM, ESPECIALLY THE 600 BLOCK. THE BREAKFASTS WERE VERY ENJOYABLE, THE OTHER MEALS AT TIMES WERE VERY AVERAGE.

The negatives: Check in staff could not provide adequate information. We asked if we could use our voucher to dine at Mikali that night but were told it is not open because of the "soft opening". Bedding arrangements (two small double beds) did not suit two adults and two children. Light fitting fell from above the bed and nearly hit my son on the head. Music at pool was excessively loud and ruined the overall experience. There was several piles of dog poo on the lawn areas. $120 was charged to our room each night for "Dinner at Mikali" even though it wasn't open. The positives: the staff went above and beyond to settle our issues and provided an extra pop up bed for our eldest son and bedding for our youngest to make up a bed on the little couch. We received a fruit platter and welcome note on the second day. The room was serviced to a high standard. The staff were friendly.

The new Pullman is stunning. Fantastic arrival experience, the staff took care of my bags while they confirmed my flight disrupt. Room and facilities are first class. The only comments I could make is there is a little way to go in terms of team handover and communication. The service flow could be improved. When I came back to front desk to check-in there had been a staff changeover and the new staff members had no idea that they were waiting on my travel disrupt confirmation from Fiji Airways, so had not followed it up. Also during my stay I ordered a pizza from the bar at the pool. 30-minutes later I went up to check where the pizza was and the order had never made it to the kitchen. That being said I can appreciate it's a brand new property with a brand new team and I will definitely stay there again!

I had called in and booked over the phone. Arrived at pullman with my wife and was greeted very warmly and felt so welcome. The staff were very friendly, they had catered to our request for late checkout. The bed was elegantly decorated which had a very romantic touch. I cannot find a fault or any disappointments with our 2 nights stay at pullman. Pullman had one the best breakfast buffets i had, it was really top notch. We had dined at KAH which i must say now has become one of my favorite restaurants that i have been to. The food was delicious and the presentation was very elegant, the severs were very friendly as well. Pullman has one of the best trained staffs that i have ever come across and they are super nice and super friendly. One incident i had was that i had lost my fone which was my fault i must admit. I thought i had forgot on the breakfast table and someone had swiped it. I informed the staff about my fone and handled the matter very well, they advised me to wait for their IT staff to arrive so they could review the footage, meanwhile we retraced our steps back towards the beach and to my amazement one of the water activities staff had found it on the beach and returned it to me. I did not expect to get my phone back but i did and i was so very much glad that pullman has very honest staff and i had got my fone back. I then went back to the breakfast area and informed the staff there that i had received my fone. All was good. Finally i cannot stress enough about the high standards pullman has towards training their staff. I am looking forward to coming back and staying again with pullman. Thank you for an amazing experience and a beautiful honeymoon stay that i will remember for the rest of my life, i certainly made the best choice for my honeymoon at pullman.

This hotel is very close to Nadi Airport so very quick and easy to get to. Upon arrival the foyer and reception area is open, modern and very inviting. The staff were friendly but a little disorganised. It seemed to take 2 staff to do any task that the guests. Maybe staff are still training. The huge central pool is just over one metre deep so fabulous for children. The poolside restaurant was handy for the lazy days by the pool. There is also a kids pool and an adults only beachfront pool. For a new resort there are many broken and damaged tiles around the pool area and maintenance on the spas and pond (both empty). The beach is dirt as this resort has been built on reclaimed land. There are a few water activities but most attract expensive fees. The canoes and stand up paddle boards were complimentary but too windy on the days we visited the local beach. The rooms were new, with very comfortable bedding and quiet and dark with excellent aircon. The TV in my room needed to be reset but worked fine after that. Upon checkout the power was out so this delayed the process. There is a 'Rosie' holiday booking desk in the foyer. We hired a basic car for a day, which cost near $180 AUD. I probably would not visit again, and not because of the hotel, but more that Fiji was a very expensive place to visit. It would suit for a few days away without wanting to do any tourist things or leave the resort.

We loved our stay at Pullman. We stayed at three resorts on our recent visit to Fiji and rated Pullman our favourite accommodation. The room layout, the decor and the options of movies was fantastic. Since our visit was so short I can't elaborate too much apart from that. One little thing was that I was "booked" a ride from the Airport to the resort when I was called by Pullman a few days before arriving. Once we had landed at the airport we had no transport and then had to arrange some on the spot.

I ended up spending 1 night at the Resort due to the cancellation of my flight back to Sydney. I was not in a very good state as I was stressed about being delayed. And I have to say I did not have high expectations of the Pullman prior to arriving there (purely on the basis that it was the "emergency" hotel booked by the airline.) Well was I wrong! The Pullman was amazing. You would have never known that we were all passengers off a cancelled flight with the way that they welcomed us - from the welcome singing and drinks to the courteous and helpfulness of all of the check-in staff. They obviously knew that they would have some tired and stressed guests on their hands and did their absolute very best to ensure that we all felt very taken care of. I ended up having dinner in Kah - thanks to some convincing by Siteri - the duty manager on the night. Yet again - I was blown away by the service and friendliness of all of the staff (especially Siteri) - and that is probably the best crispy skin fish I have ever had! There are no doubt some teething problems (e.g. there was no hot water in our rooms - apparently we had to keep the taps running for 15 minutes to get the hot water running - but unfortunately no one told us that - and their credit card processing was down when I went to check out). But these were minor in comparison to the overall experience. The resort is beautiful (from my very limited look around) - and brand new. I would highly recommend it. Thanks so much for making a very stressful situation (almost) feel like a holiday!
