I booked through AccorHotels.com since I am a member. I haven't tried any Mercure hotel, Hotel Mercure Alesia would be the first. We stayed there for 3 nights. And it was one of the best decisions we've ever made during our stay in Paris. We booked a room with breakfast. Breakfast was very satisfying! They offer different kinds of bread, cheese, cereals, drinks and warm food every morning. When we arrived, we were greeted nicely by the receptionist and got our cards prepared without waiting for a long time. We were surprised to have been offered the Privilege room. Having the privilege made us have those drinks inside the fridge for free! The bed were so nice to sleep and the room space were so convenient to move. They have a safe where you can put your valuables and spacious cabinets. Another plus is that the hotel were near trams, subways and bus stops. It is really easy and convenient to get along Paris. As their guest, you can also find everything you needed around the hotel like: supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacy and even salons. The only thing i can just say that needs improvement was the aircon inside room 606 which we stayed, it does make some noise and we always had the temp 19 degrees which i think was the coldest? It doesn't bothered us alot because we were always tired after strolling around Paris. So we just slept afterwards. But this can be checked as well. And of course, toothbrush maybe? Usually hotels we stayed offers complimentary toothbrushes which comes with toothpaste. But then Hotel Mercure Alesia have the all in one body shower, vanity set and shower cap. They also have blower inside the bathroom. We also had a late flight during our departure, the hotel have a storage where you can leave your baggage/luggages if you decide to have the last minute shopping or strolling around paris. Can come back and get your luggages again. Overall: highly recommended! We will be back :)

Hotel is super cute and clean. Staff is super nice. It’s close to the Metro (line 4) and from there you can go everywhere. 1 hour train ride from the CDG airport. We looooved our stay there.

We had a problem with the rooms and the receptionist wouldn't help us and even lied to us. But! The manager was really helpfull, understood and helped us! The rooms are good, breakfast is ok, the hotel hasn't got a parking as in the description is mentioned, but there's a private parking at the corner not from Mercure. It's good, but you have to go with your luggage on the street and it's a little walk. The places by accor app doesn't know the hotel and they don't know anything about the club Accor loyalty program.

Good, some more tea/coffee would have been nice. The man on reception when we arrived was one of the least welcoming people I've ever met, he doesn't seem suited to a career in welcoming guests.

It is annoying to arrive to A hotel with a 4 year old child to be told your room isn't ready before 12! Especially when your flight was at 5:00 in the morning, but apparently that's the new rules. What is more delirious is the fact that the next day, coming from a hospital stay, your room at 16:00 IS NOT MADE!!! Is that the new policy too! You expect the paying client to deny his right of a made up room!! I know that the answer is that you don't hire enough staff, so they end up with 70 rooms to one housemaid!!! Let's not even rate the desk clerk on our 3 days stay! Smile was not in his agenda. Why I chose your hotel is the easy access to tram and metro.

In general ist good the hotel is very clean but the room was very small. The breakfast is very limited choice a lot of sweets no vegetables and no choices for children. The shower gel is very bad is like dishes wash. No slipper in the room. The hotel staff is very friendly and cooperatet specially Samea in breakfast room she is very nice women and helpful thane you very much Samea.

A tube and tram station right outside of the hotel, or a short (10 minutes walk) to the nearest transit station (Cité Universitaire). On the way, you will find plenty of local bars and a Lidl. The place can be quite economical to book without breakfast and the staff there were friendly. The room itself and the bathroom is spacious enough in Paris standard, and the housekeeping is always diligent and efficient.

Check in was fast. The receptionist guy was very friendly and welcoming. Room is of decent size with comfortable pillows and bed. However, the housekeeping didnt restock the tea and coffee. The metro station porte d orleans is just 3 minutes from the hotel and the tram station is literally in front of the hotel. Halal food available around the corner and there is a big carrefour (grocery store) about 10 min walk from the hotel. The metro station has elevator so it was convenient for people with luggage. The hotel is located in zone 1 but is quite far from the main attractions. There is a bus station near the metro where you can take a bus that can take you straight to eiffel tower in about 1 hour.
