We were very pleased with the comfort of the hotel and the friendly and helpful staff. The location was very practical for what we came to Paris for, with the metro & the tram so close.

« Compact but enjoyable. »

Easy check-in and friendly staff. Room was compact but well furnished and functional. Only problem was on check-out when we were asked to pay for breakfasts we never had. If you don't check when guests take breakfast then the default should be "no breakfast". If you do check, which most hotels do, then this was unwelcome. Creates an embarrassing situation for all concerned. Otherwise very enjoyable stay.

As we know we stay 2 pesons in this room for 2 nights and Mr.Phoompat is platinum elite member, we should get benefit from the hotel. - hotel upgrade is not available because fully booking, we are accepted - Exclusive Lounge is also not available for us - Premium wifi is also not available for us - we got only one Welcome drink ticket although there are 2 guests (first time for us that I got 1 ticket when there are 2 guest) although we should get the Exclusive Lounge benefit for 2 guests How do you think about benefit for accor member? You have still call them "Benefit"

Please rest assured that we are taking the appropriate measures to address the problem and prevent future occurrence. it is impossible for us to meet your expectations of an executive lounge since our establishment does not have one and we are sorry for it. I'm sorry you were disappointed with your advantage as a holder of an Accor card but this one is a drink offered per stay for one person. Not for 2 guets. Very nice place to stay for 1 night : easy access and travel by car (close to Peripherique), by metro (line 4) and tramway. The room was confortable, and the only detail to be corrected is the absence of hangers for the towels in the bathroom.

I my family and friends booked many room in this period. In my room had not been upgraded because of fully booking. But I just know you change standard policy for Welcome drink for Platinum Elite Accor member I got only one welcome voucher although there are 2 persons in this room. I have stayed in accor hotel for many years but this is the first time that I got 1 voucher. You staff told me this is accor policy.

The receptionist people were great always available and ready to answer any need of the costumers. I wished the buffet was at a better deal cause smaller in comparison with the Novotel Paris center Gare montparnasse.

Breakfast and comfort was great. Before going I ask for the couch bed to be made and it wasn’t so we ask for it. They’re said they would take care of it. We went to a restaurant have dinner, we come back still wasn’t made. We put our pjs on and still waiting. At the end we went downstairs to ask for the covers and did the bed ourselves. Next day we did our check out and the guy on the counter said he will give us the bill and siding so when our taxi arrived since he didn’t do it I ask for it to be send by mail and I still waiting for it.

The heater wasn't working in the room I was placed in. I called the reception to fix it or find a solution - because even when I turned it off, the heater kept making a significant amount of noise that prevented me from sleeping (this, in addition to the sound of the trains outside). The receptionist refused to come up to check out the heater until I called again (it was 2am). When he finally did come up, he showed absolutely zero sympathy and behaved in such a way that showed great displeasure at the fact that he had to come up. When he did notice that the heater was malfunctioning, he offered to put me in another room. Fine. I was moved. However, the room only had feather pillows. When I called for a foam/regular one, I got the same disagreeable reaction. He finally came up again and around 3am, I was allowed to sleep. I will never visit this or another Mercure again. I choose Accor hotels because I typically receive a bare minimum of good service and comfort. Unfortunately, was not the case this time. I was in Paris for one night between work meetings, and the last I need is a hotel that cannot meet a basic, universal minimum standard: that of facilitating a guest's ability to merely sleep.

« This was our second time to stay at Mercure Alesia »

The hotel is conveniently placed as we drive to Paris on our way south. The staff are helpful and the rooms are adequate. The only reservation I have is the parking charge that is high in my view (at 30 Euros a day).

bathroom had mold and mildew in room 802. I informed the female member of staff at the reception desk but nothing was done. Please repair or fix this problem or you will have another customer complaining. The bed was comfortable and heating good. The room was cleaned every day. Overall I give a score of 4 because of the state of bathroom wall with mold and mildew.

« An over-perfumed experience in a rather average hotel »

The first thing that hits you went you walk into the Mercure Paris Alésia is the overwhelming odour of a place that uses so much room perfume as to cause nausea. If you can get over that, then you're left with a very average hotel in a rather dull area of Paris. Small rooms with showers that don't properly drain, an over-priced breakfast and unengaged staff made this a underwhelming stay for us. Never again.

Nice breakfast.. good location.. breakfast request form is not outstanding.. hard to find for new customers, if we could just fill out and hang ot on the door will be more convenient. Complementary water should be at least 2 bottles per night, not many people need soda.
