« Could have been better »

The overall stay was good however, I have a couple of suggestions as below : 1. The toilet in the room didn't have exhaust. There has to be some ventilation. 2. For 2 single beds, the room was small. On a plus note, the breakfast was really good. Kudos to the chef! The cleaning staff was very particular as well.

I was able to check into this hotel under the circumstances where all the other hotels were eighter fully booked or having extremely high rates for the stay. I was greeted by this friendly staff offering me where the hot water was when needed. He was willing to answer all my questions...

« Disgusting treatment at Ibis Styles Crimee »

I am deeply disappointed and frankly disgusted by the treatment I received at Ibis Styles Crimee. The reservation was paid and I had checked in online. On arrival at the hotel Saturday 1 Sept around 22 I was denied to check in as I did not have copy of the credit card used to pay for the booking, since it was outside office hours. Having paid for the booking in full in advance, I was left stranded on the street without accommodation at 10pm on a Saturday night. Since then, I have unsuccessfully tried to get a refund but have been given the run-around by both the hotel manager as well as Accor Hotels Customer Service, telling me that the rate booked was non-refundable. The point is that I did not change my plans, and wanted a refund. The point is that I arrived at the hotel, intent on honouring the reservation and booking I had made, BUT WAS DENIED ACCESS TO THE ROOM I HAD PAID FOR. Honestly, this is not the kind of treatment I expect from Accor Hotels, especially as a Silver Card holder. If I was still I Paris, I would go and lay a charge of THEFT at the nearest police station!

« Single night stay but impressed »

The room was nice size and clean. Shower was great. Only problem was the lack of a mini fridge and also, the lack of a fan. I understand there being no Air Conditioning but when I asked for a fan at the front desk, I was told there were none available. The windows can be opened but the noise of the traffic was too much to sleep with.

« Disapointing return stay »

Having stayed here 2 years ago, we expected a basic no frills, but well functioning accommodation with a friendly staff. Now we met the same friendlyness, but improvements to running the hotel are badly needed. On the positive side we found our room bigger this stay, with a bathroom with a window to open. This was essential, as there was constant bad odour from the drains. The floor carpet was hardly vacum cleaned, and the TV did not work and was not fixed during our 4 night stay. The included breakfast was basic, with no cheese available during the first two days, and no dark bread on the third. Crockery coffee mugs were available only on the last morning of our visit.

Not professional services! I didn't get what I wonted, what I exacly paid. I booked room with 2 single bad and we get only one. Stuff wasn't helpful. Each problem, answer the same, please contact with person who will work after me. This is not only my opinion but also another customers during my staying. Each issue, problem, question = answer contact with person who will work next shift.

« OK but some issues »

Although I did a remote check-in before, the process had to be repeated still upon arrival in the hotel. Front desk insisted on making a photocopy of my passport though this is strongly disencouraged by the NL authorities to stop id-fraud. Irritating. .... Then I was assigned a room that was not ready yet. So again some waiting. Finally, the TV set broke down. I warned front-desk lady, who said she would check in my room but never appeared. Altogether, mixed experiences this time.......

« Good staying »

The hotel is simple but comfortable. It has everything you need for a short stay in Paris. The breakfast is basic, but good since it is included in the price. The area is quiet and seems safe as well, but be aware that you have to use metro to get all tourist places, which can be annoying for people who like to walk around when they are visiting a city. Overall, the cost-benefit ratio is high for a very expensive city as Paris.

I stayed in this hotel for the 3rd time in 3 years, I am a silver and regular. the rooms that have to be non-smoking have been all smoked in. I need a non smoking room because I have migranes from smoke. We visited another 3 after my first night. all of them were smelling. the personal is not interested in keeping the hotel non smoking. the bathroom hat no ventilation, it war dark in the corners from humidity. the breakfast remained all this years very good. the personal speaks very, very poor english, and they don t really understand english

« OK until problems with the lift »

Somewhat cramped but thankfully able to generate a through draft otherwise it would have been very stuffy. Very noisy because windows had to be open onto a bust street. Broken lift on two out of 3 days made it very difficult.

We were in room 604. The card reader on the door didn't work. The TV remote control was broken, we had a new one the next day. The shower flexible was leaking.We had 2 single beds, instead of 1 double bed for couple.The light on the bed, didn't work. The bathroom door didn't close from inside.
