« not professional services »

Not professional services! I didn't get what I wonted, what I exacly paid. I booked room with 2 single bad and we get only one. Stuff wasn't helpful. Each problem, answer the same, please contact with person who will work after me. This is not only my opinion but also another customers during my staying. Each issue, problem, question = answer contact with person who will work next shift.

« OK but some issues »

Although I did a remote check-in before, the process had to be repeated still upon arrival in the hotel. Front desk insisted on making a photocopy of my passport though this is strongly disencouraged by the NL authorities to stop id-fraud. Irritating. .... Then I was assigned a room that was not ready yet. So again some waiting. Finally, the TV set broke down. I warned front-desk lady, who said she would check in my room but never appeared. Altogether, mixed experiences this time.......

« Good staying »

The hotel is simple but comfortable. It has everything you need for a short stay in Paris. The breakfast is basic, but good since it is included in the price. The area is quiet and seems safe as well, but be aware that you have to use metro to get all tourist places, which can be annoying for people who like to walk around when they are visiting a city. Overall, the cost-benefit ratio is high for a very expensive city as Paris.

I stayed in this hotel for the 3rd time in 3 years, I am a silver and regular. the rooms that have to be non-smoking have been all smoked in. I need a non smoking room because I have migranes from smoke. We visited another 3 after my first night. all of them were smelling. the personal is not interested in keeping the hotel non smoking. the bathroom hat no ventilation, it war dark in the corners from humidity. the breakfast remained all this years very good. the personal speaks very, very poor english, and they don t really understand english

« OK until problems with the lift »

Somewhat cramped but thankfully able to generate a through draft otherwise it would have been very stuffy. Very noisy because windows had to be open onto a bust street. Broken lift on two out of 3 days made it very difficult.

We were in room 604. The card reader on the door didn't work. The TV remote control was broken, we had a new one the next day. The shower flexible was leaking.We had 2 single beds, instead of 1 double bed for couple.The light on the bed, didn't work. The bathroom door didn't close from inside.

« Good hotel at a nice location. Very good breakfast »

Even though rooms at Paris are usually small in most hotels, the room was very clean and modern, bathroom had enough space, and the room had a small table with two chairs. Breakfast was very good. The location is very nice, with many supermarkets and small restaurants in the sunrroudings, and the Metro is only two blocks away from the hotel.

« Very nice staff. Nice room and breakfast but cleaning of room is not thorough enough. »

Most of the hotel room was cleaned properly but the bathroom was not cleaned. Toilet cistern and behind the toilet was not dusted, and it was covered with fluff and needed an aspirateur. Towels are not laundered properly, they smell, my clean towels in my own home do not smell. The hotel staff should smell the towels and they will understand what I am complaining about. Shower needs a good clean in its corners and seams.

Location is nice. Check was ok (not really motivated staff). Room extremly small and a but muffy. Definitly not like in the picture. Sencond night no towels. Rubush not colleted. Had to go down myself to get towels after second call. Third night elevator not running. Breakfast was ok but also not more. Compared to other ibis styles is was definitly one at the top end.

Warm hospitality and support for me to easily find my way around Paris was a great experience. I was explained how where to avoid contact with drug Dealers, forgot to pick my taxi reciept and a staff at reception was very helpful to me although i did get it. The staff gave me direction to my Meeting place and I reached safely and easily without asking. However, the room is very small to an African Standard Hotel. I was glad to have a double bed in my room so it changed the whole equation. It also made it easy for me to host my visiting sister from Brussel for a night. Thanks for the great Hosting. It has made my stay in Paris quite memorable. I particularly love the staff who welcomed me on my Arrival and the one on departure day. Stay blessed and love from Tanzania.

« It feels being in a bad two star hotel »

First room allocated was on the main street (despite asking for quiet room on the contact form) and had a very strong tobacco smell (since is it allowed to smoke in your rooms?) I asked to change room. Next room was better, except for the large fresh red stain on the carpet. Room extremely small. Twin beds instead of double bed. Noise insulation with next room inexistent. This is NOT acceptable for an Ibis Styles for which I paid 145 euros per night. Only positive things: nice people at reception and decent breakfast. I felt in a Formula 1 hotel where I should have paid 60 euros per night. This brings be to SERIOUSLY consider canceling my Accor business card.
