While I visit your Hotel during fasting month, I went for Sahur, and found out that no Chef on duty, and i can say few of foods it seems recycle from the Buffet in the evening and even the pastries not taste so fresh. A nice hotel with good location.Friendly staff will greet you whenever you walk by.Sadly the pool was closed for maintenance during my stay.Breakfast spread and taste was ok.

Room, breakfast and overall service was great. Gym and swimming pool area are good but can be better Level 6th conference - air conditioning is insufficient. The common area was warm before the event started. Ladies toilet light was not bright enough.

We stayed for approximately 4 nights. On the second morning I was covered in bites that kept coming up throughout the morning. I thought it could be from diving the day before (e.g. jellyfish) but my husband did not think it was. i tend to show bites quickly compared to him. That evening when I got up to go to the bathroom, I found two bed bugs on the sheets. My husband went to the front desk and showed him the pictures of my bites and the bugs while I packed our bags. We were moved to a new floor with a bigger room and I managed the next two nights bite free. I was still very irritated on my skin and the hotel took us to the clinic and to the doctor to get medicine which helped tremendously. THey also washed our clothes to ensure the bugs did not follow us into the new room. I know it is not the hotel's fault for bedbugs but I would have expected better.

I'd would like to say kudos to the Accor team. I've been to many hotels around East Msia and nothing compares to Pullman Miri. I did not have expectation when i check-in to the hotel given my hotel experiences in East Msia but once i stepped into the room, i was blown away. Had an amazing view of the sea / river. The room was comfortable, clean and really pleasing to the eyes. Though if i had to complain about something or be picky, it would be the shower. The shower pressure wasn't strong enough or had the rain shower effect (even though it look like one), not a deal breaker though! Breakfast was delicious, the staff was very accommodating (from FO, concierge, housekeeping and f&b). I would definitely come back to Pullman Miri if i ever come down to Miri.

This is my second time coming here with my small family. We went there last year in May for my daughter's birthday so we went there again this year to celebrate another birthday. Our last experience there was a bit sour, the pool was being maintained so we had to use the Jacuzzi. The housekeeping staffs can be heard talking and joking around from our room while my toddler is sleeping. So we came again this year and much to my surprise, the pool is being maintained again, but we did ask the staff whether we can use the Jacuzzi or not. She said OK, but when we went there they said the Jacuzzi is being maintained too. We were asked to go to the next building to use the pool. The housekeeping staff once again made the same thing, while we were taking an afternoon nap, we heard loud voices talking and laughing from outside of our room. I like to come to Pullman Miri because of the ambience of the hotel rooms but I'm upset the same problem arises when I stayed there.
