Dear Sir, I used to stay in your hotel since last 2 years. This is the best hotel in Miri I would say, however for the last few months, the room was not up to my expectations as before. For example during my last visit, the room was not properly ready. We only had one bathrobe which is normally there are two bathrobes in the room. There were no face towel and only one hand towel available. The rest was okay as usual. Tq.

everything is okay, but breakfast is not much of a choice Breakfast on the first day I love the "roti canai" and black bean steamed bun (pau kukus inti kacang hitam/merah) and the next day they are no longer served. very disappointed

Check in experience was great. I was promised a baby cot and extra bottles water as the cots were in the mist of cleaning. I was told to call housekeeping again if they did not deliver to my room. We came back to hotel with no cots, so we called and was told that all cots were taken and they can't help us. Which I am deeply saddened by the fact. I understand that special requests are subject to availability but I thought that was before checking in. I did not know that it applies to after checked in as well even though the front desk clearly called housekeeping to send me a cot after cleaning!!! The room looks clean but the bath tub area looks like it needed a good scrub as there were brown stains on blinds and grout which I believe with good and regular housekeeping it should solve the issue. Sadly the ice box was not working. Luckily I booked 2 rooms or else the cake that I ordered would have melted. The hot water from the basin seems like it is not working very well as I have turned the hot side to max but the water was not warm enough to my baby to wash her hands. I checked the other room and their tap was working fine. I did not bother calling housekeeping since we only stayed for a night. This is my second time staying and both times I did not really enjoy myself compared to other hotels in the area. It makes me really wonder if your hotel truly deserves to be 5 star hotel.

Stayed at Room 1219. Great View and spacious. Wonderful counter staff and knowledgeable doormen. Swimming pool has a beautiful view of the river. An area for improvement would be the carpet in our room and one of the bath robes had stains on it and there were also a few strands of hair on the bedsheets. Trash basket was also not cleared during the daily cleaning services. Overall still a pleasant stay and PULLMAN is one of the newer hotels in MIRI. Highly recommended.

i had issues 1) for 2nd time laundry was not been picked up until i call after return from work. Making delivery happened later. Earlier i had to buy a new one but i bear with it 2) for 2nd time i commented on limited of TV channels. We need more, since this is business hotel, having at least BBC is beneficial. Bloomberg & Awani is not enough. 3) your slide show after turn on the TV is annoying, slow and took up to 5mins and i could not control and turn the TV on directly. Waste of time. Promo can be done at lobby or lift, not necessarily TV. I am not fussy but repetitive cases may need to improve/

We checked in last week , and stayed for 3 nights. Everything were great , the room was spacious and overall was very nice, unfortunately we had a experience that we suspected was bitten by bed bugs. After the 2nd and 3 nights, we began to notice some strange marks/ bite on our legs and hands . We ve notified the help desk when checking out, they said they would investigate, but so far no news from them. We thinks its only fair if we get some compensation or discount, because this incident had caused us a really uncomfortable experience, because the marks were red, huge and itchy and till now the marks / bites still visible. This 4-5 stars hotel should not allowed to have this kind of cleanliness issue.

Checking-in and out was a breeze - it was quick! The room was big and clean. Breakfast food was good, there were many varieties. The only problem we were having with was that the drain was somewhat clogged. The shower area was flooded with water when we took a shower and took a while for the water to get drained out. The same goes with the sink as well. The bidet / toilet hose was leaking water. We stayed at room 1117 - probably best to do some maintenance to the bathroom facilities. Overall, we still enjoyed our stay!

The room was very spacious and clean, with all the necessary amenities (i.e. toiletries, iron, hair dryer, minibar etc.). The sound proofing is also very good as I couldn't hear any noise from the neighboring rooms or the corridor. Breakfast was alright, but nothing to shout about. I would come back here again.

Very disappointed that the pool was filthy. The water was still, and green in colour. When I asked the guy at the towel counter, his explanation was that there isn't any chlorine and that finance was waiting for approval to purchase it. In the first place, the pool should be out of commission and guests were not allowed to swim due to the filthy situation. Also the jacuzzi was not working.

Everything was great, from the room cleanliness, television set was too high tech. Thanks for upgrading my room, unfortunately I cant enjoy much since I was staying alone, feels like the room was to big. However, the minibar was left empty.

Stayed in room 1201 on the 10th August 2019. The bedsheet and pillow case has yellow stains, lipstick mark and even hairs on and under the blanket. Even after it was changed, the sheets smelled kind of stale with a hint of mold. Very disappointed for a international 5 star hotel. Should focus on maintening the facility as this is always the main factor why hotels in Malaysia don't do well.
