My choice of stay whenever I come in Miri be it for leisure or work, friendly staffs at all aspect departments and also the room is clean and comfortable, thank you to the team of housekeeping.Always so nice to hang out at level 24 executive lounge during the evening period just to have a drink and watch the view of sunset. Big thank you to Alex and Annie for always there to help and arrange the necessary.

« Why punish the smokers »

Im not happy that there is NO where to smoke anymore, I cant see why smokers can't use the drinking ape area outside, They have no issue with people drinking alcohol, but smoking is frowned upon, huh To have to go and stand out the front of the hotel to smoke as a paying customer is wrong and isn't a good impression for the hotel, The hotel should accommodate for smokers, I may think again when making a hotel reservation here

It was a luxurious stay, absolutely. However, the hotel should be extra cautious on small thing but rather have a large impact, esp check in time at the counter. My boss had waited for wuite some time to get her check in process done (other people came in at the same time with her all done very fast).

Stayed here everytime we come to rest and relax. Most times we put up in the deluxe floor 16. Room and view is good enough. My wife loves the free use of spa. Pool is small. View is a killer. Last stay was really surprising. Alex (Assist. Front Offuce Mgr), is a fine gentleman and good sales skills. Every person at the front/reservation should be good at selling. At the Exec Lounge, Stephenie is good. Our compliments to the management. New law on snoking takes a while to take full effect. Guest needs to respect NO SMOKING, especially on the 24th Floor lounge veranda. I need to see golf on Fox or Astro. Too much football is annoying and Pullman turning to the likes of yops. We will only stay on the 24th Floor from now. The Ambuyat room service menu... ah.. delicious. Perfect. Don't remove from the room service menu, PLEASE. Add some more local delis.. like umai. Oh yes, Juciey Lucy is a hit.

It's my second time staying at Pullman Miri Waterfront and I must say, the service and facilities that was provided during my stay was top-notch! The front desk staffs were very friendly and approachable as well! The only down side is that there were no International news channels (except for Bloomberg) in the channel list. I really do hope that the Management would consider adding CNN (Astro Channel 511) or SKY news (Astro Channel 532) into their TV Channel list.

notice the hotel room floors has not telephone to reach out to receptions. i had trouble with my room key. i had to go down twice which bug the hell out of me. On the same issue. I was pissed as i returned to reception for the second time with regards to the same problem.
