We were extremely satisfied with your staffs. Especially front desk staffs. The young lady who assisted us on check in was very cheerful and helpful. However there’s one thing that I would like to suggest. The shower head was very bad. The pressure was very weak.

LED portable light should be set in every room

I’ve experienced the big earthquake in Sapporo ,2018,when I was in the 13th floor in Mercure.It was hard to see emergent steps with portable light set in the room. Ibis sets the same one.Please change the light so that guest can feel safe.

My family and I stayed at the Ibis style Sapporo hotel for 4 days. The hotel cleanness was good. Unfortunately that my bed was very old, it was collapsed in the center. For the information, I asked the staff about the restaurant, and she responded productively. However, the parking is the stack building. We had to wait for a while to get our car, we had to pay for the parking price which was quite expensive. Also, our breakfast was exactly the same every day. We hope to get more variety of national food. All staff have excellent manners in the Japanese style, we hope to stay there again

On the other hand, at Ibis styles Sapporo receives 1,200 yen per a night (not for 12 hours) for the guest convenient. It would be appreciated if you could take into consideration it. My mom and I did have an enjoyable stay at ibis Styles Sapporo. The receptionist who helped me check in is friendly and responsible. We felt welcome when we entered the spacious room and saw the welcome amenities. Breakfast had a wide range of choices. we will definitely choose to stay here when we visit Sapporo next time.

General service in hotel industry is satisfactory but the handling of emergency situation for guest is totally nothing

Hotel room ( room #1309) was very spacious and other service related to hotel stay is satisfactory, BUT I WAS TOTALLY SURPRISED AND DISAPPOINTED to learn that your hotel under accord group does not have concrete manual for handling of emergency situation for guest nor medical support and hospital lists contracted. When my wife fallen down and was heavily injured in her face on the evening 21th May and asked help but receptionlist did not ask seriousness and very simply organized only one hospital but when we arrived at hospital emergency room, we were totally refused because this hopital is for otolaryngology only, hence we had to move another hospital which was totally located at opposite but from your hotel, 20 mnts but we spent 1hr30mnts to reach to right hospital due to totally wrong organization by your receptionist. I had never see that global hotel networked hotel does not have several hospital list to help emergency situation for guest. We spent uncessary time 1hr30mnts iso 30mnts and did not have essential help from your hotel. Of course, it was our fault to fall down, however, when guest have a emergency situation at foreign country, at least, when we ask help, your hotel staff need to help at maximu. I understand your hotel environment is very satisfactory but the most important safety procedure is NOTHING NOTHING. Whatever hotel environments are, if there is no concrete safety manual and emergency handling manual, your hotel can not be placed in good hotel. Remember, safety is first for all guest not service. I do recommend to establish emergency handling procedure for guest when guest have a emergency situation. I want to have feedback for this issue. Otherwise, i will right letter again to accor group HDQ at paris. Thanks.

efficient check in, beds are too big for 3 persons booking, making the room very congested. recommend to add a selection for one king bed + one extra bed for 3 persons family, not enough lighting, the curtain in the bathroom is smelly

Satisfying, the room is clean and the facilities are superb. The cleaning is a bit inconsistent with one day forgetting to remove the used pajamas and another day forgetting to provide the fresh ones. The hotel is very adjacent to the subway which is very good. The staff are friendly and service-minded but the check out process should be improved as the room should be checked properly first before allowing the customer to depart. The breakfast line is very good and very tasty.

The room was not properly cleaned. I informed the staff at the reception. They didn’t even asked for my room number. Very strange... they just smiled at me and said sorry. Kind of creepy, so I quietly left.

Warmly welcomed by front desk and offered perks of the Accor membership without asking. Great location being steps always from the airport bus stop and subway station. Also close to Nakajima park which was pleasant for a peaceful walk. Breakfast was good with some change of dishes daily, but always with the yummy Hokkaido milk. Room was adequate for size and clean. Small issue with the shower head, otherwise we’ll maintained. Will definitely stay again when visiting Sapporo.

Surprise to get an room upgrade which comes with a large king size bed. The room is clean and well layout with large space for opening our luggage. And it is on highest floor (16) with good city view. Another surprise to see a Lawson store with entrance from hotel lobby, really convenient to get a quick bite.
