The room was really small, £175 for one night for box room. the whole room stunk of sewage had to keep the windows open. i have reported to the receptionist but nothing was done. apparently this is known and on going issue. i will not book again.

From my initial call to inquire about the location and booking online, to checkout…it was an all around amazing experience for me and my family. The room was clean and well equipped with everything you’d need for a short term stay. The staff was professional and helpful. Loved that the hotel was located a few steps from a major shopping center and a train station. Will definitely recommend and stay here again!

Quite happy to be in a clean and contemporary place with everything I need in a studio and kitchen. Staff great, except for a bit of a tangle with one manager at check-in when asked for a room filled with light. (As if my request was odd, was it?) Location great IF and ONLY If you want to be in the far East End of London and can deal with walking through the world's biggest and most crowded mall, to and from the Tube stop. Cute area restaurants and cafes and some green space.

A pleasant, clean, modern Aparthotel but rooms are very small, hardly any room to move around. No oven in the kitchen so pizza not an option if you are staying in. Expensive for what it is.
