Great room. Location was good because near Stade de France. Dealers outside the hotel directly at the front door were not that great.

The hotel was nice, the room was very good, the only negative point is that the staff in the bar and during breakfast were not very well organised. Maybe the management should teach them a bit more on how to handle a sudden surge of crowd and in the morning for breakfast make sure that the food follows and that the coffee machines are working. Also at the entrance of the hotel (outside) the management should take steps in order to avoid to have people wanting to deal

Reception very pleasant and quick. Bar service (later after the France v Wales rugby) was very poor - not enough staff available to serve. Rooms comfortable. Note: Window opening (room 620) opens fully - I would not be happy having children in this room with such an opening window.

our travel plans to watch Wales V France were extremely disrupted, however the Novotel team bent over backwards to help us settle into our accommodation once we arrived. Our room was fantastic (425) and the view was great.

« Good -spoiled by the chasing us for payment for breakfast when it was fully included »

Lovely hotel and friendly staff . Booked and all inclusive breakfast package and on departure was followed to the car park and payment for breakfast as insisted . I refused and luckily had my booking confirmation to hand to confirm the position . I received a form of apology and the breakfast cost cleared but I still had to pay tax for some reason or another of 16 cents ! Booking system needs to be improved . Also it was impossible to check in on line . Tried for two days -not sure why ? Overall we would stay again -convenient and clean ad as I said friendly welcoming staff on arrival .

This is a nice hotel, friendly staff, nice bar, good breakfast. What was (very) disappointing was finding out afterwards that this hotel "does not take part in the Accor points programme". So why not? And why not say that clearly beforehand? Because of this, Accor hotels will not be my first choice in the future.

It's impossible to switch off the air-conditioning in the room. It's extremely uncomfortable during the night having a strong and loud air circulation just above the bed. Switching it off was not possible despite the on-off button on the thermostat.

This has got to be the worst Accor hotel I have stayed in.Service at Bar was non existent the girl at reception was so rude and unhelpful.Will never stay here again .We came to watch a game at Staide de France but next time will book another hotel even if it is far away.Management train your stafg

It was ok. House keeping didn't mop floor in front of toilet for two days. Check I give a nine. Girls very very helpful and night manager Room 9 Breakfast 7. Two staff on whole shift. No time to clean used crockery n cutlery. Young waiter was a bit lost. Needs re training. What are you going to do with the smoke traders outside the hotel.

Worst Novotel i have stayed.Girl in reception(katarine)was so rude and unhelpful.Our welcome platter was left on the floor in the hallway.2 biscuits on the carpet and 4 biscuits on a plate.Not very hygienic.Was it so hard to place platter in table in the room.When i complained reception was not interested and just said we will send someone to pick up.Lots of shady character selling cigarettes outside front door and hotel had no security.Everytime you walked in or out of hotel you would get hasseled

Nice rooms with all basic comfort. Near the metro station is a plus.Friendly staff. Rooms are clean. Breakfast is ok (even if we are not used to the big coffee cups)Parking is perfect and safe : a plus if you travel to this hotel by car.

Great amenities. Very clean. Staff is responsive. It is right near a metro stop which was very convenient. At night however, there are a good amount of people who loiter outside the entrance which is very uncomfortable when you have to swipe/call to get in. Other than that its great.
