Hotel is located in a very good place, we can easily travel anywhere, hardly 10 min walking distance away from leeds railway station, the bed was extremely comfortable and loved the quirky decor… Will definetly return when we next visit Leeds. Staff is very cooperative @palavi is very helpful and friendly in nature! Good to see you palavi!!

Normally we have a very positive experience but this time was different!! Breakfast area is now an Indian restaurant, our room was cold and unable to change temperature, the car park connected to the hotel usually cost us £5 for 24hrs but has now doubled. No pressure in the shower and cold. We had a bad experience with a taxi that the hotel booked for us, when we reported that to the hotel, they were not interested and said that they could do nothing. We have been coming to this hotel for a long time but for us it maybe time to move on to another hotel when we visit Leeds 😔

Regarding the car park, please note that it is managed by a third party, and as such, we have no control over the pricing changes. We understand the frustration this may cause, and while £10 may seem steep, it still remains quite reasonable for a city center car park. We're sorry to hear about the issues with the shower pressure and temperature in your room. Rest assured, we take maintenance concerns seriously, and we will address this promptly with our maintenance team to ensure such issues are resolved. Regarding the taxi service, we apologize for any inconvenience you experienced. As the booking was made with a third-party taxi service, we have limited control over their operations. However, we will still pass on your feedback to them to ensure better service in the future. If there were specific issues with the drop-off location, we encourage you to directly contact the taxi company for further resolution. We understand your disappointment, especially considering your long-standing patronage of our hotel.
