As far as breakfast is concerned, as Ibis styles branded property we provide complimentary continental breakfast to all our guests. Cooked breakfast doesn’t confirm with brands standard of Ibis Styles which is partly the reason why we had to discontinue it. However, we understand the need to be flexible on that issue and decide to leave our hot items as a paid option. Once again thank you so much for your constructive feedback. I booked a double bed room for me and my girlfriend. After using the bathroom to wash my hands i realised the sink was blocked. So i had to walk back downstairs to the reception because our room did not even have a telephone. I explained the blocked sink problem so we was given a new room. The new room had two single beds so we had to go back downstairs again with all our bags to tell them you have transferred us to a room with two single beds. So i was given a third room, upon entering the new room me and my girlfriend noticed a terrible foul smell coming from the bathroom, I inspected the bathroom to notice the toilet has been used and was not flushed, it was disgusting! By this time we were both fed up of going back and forth so we stayed in this room. Absolutely terrible service all around!

It’s was very good. Love the staff very friendly. Room is clean and tidy. Breakfast is very good and has a good verity to choose from. Overall very good. Me and my daughter stay every weekend so we come back because it’s close to home and we like it very much

Awful quality of food which should never happen with such a small menu Poor facilities - only two sockets available in the bedroom without unplugging the TV and one of those didn't work. These alone were enough of a reason to avoid this hotel in future. However, this is now compounded by the fact that I am now covered in insect bites from whatever creatures were sharing that bed with me. If these bites do not clear up in the next few days, I will need to seek medical advice and may very well be seeking legal advice soon after. I will be advising my colleagues (who are still using this establishment and intend to for the foreseeable future) to find alternative arrangements.

This was an overnight stay to visit friends. The bed was comfortable, the shower hot and the breakfast satisfying, so all the fundamentals were just right.

Very tired and more of a workman hotel, expensive and then charged for parking. The room was a double and I don't understand how they managed to get the bed in. Not what I expected when booking and I will avoid in the future.
