A decent hotel, clean and friendly. The people in the room next to me were loud but it was only a night so no big deal. Disappointed with breakfast though. Was told there would be vegan hot food such as sausages, perfect for a Sunday morning but my only option was fruit or cereal and soya milk. Boring.

« Bad and dirty room »

The room I got has a double sofa bed made up which I didn’t need and told the front desk guys after checked in around noon time to put back to a sofa so we’ll get a bit more space in the room but it wasn’t done when we returned back in the room at 9:30pm at night. This has make the room so cramped and small that we could hardly move. The carpet and bathrom was really dirty. All in all a very bad experience. Certainly did not make me feel like I’m a Gold member of Accor.

« Satisfied with the service during my Stay »

I have stayed 2 nights here, staff at reception are very cooperative. Rooms is clean and tidy. The only problem I faced is AC and heater both are running. I recognize a day later and then I have stopped the AC. Breakfast options are limited but options available for every one. It's near to bus stop to commute to main market. I like my stay. Thanks to Ibis team.

This is the 2nd time I have stayed here, the 1st time we were on the ground floor & the main door was banging all night, this time we were on the 2nd floor & we were also woke up to a massive bang at 3am & people arguing at 7am!

« One disturbing moment spoiled everything »

We went to bed around 10.30pm and whilst in bed a male member of staff opened our door before we had a chance to answer their knock. They exited when we shouted, I put on trousers and went to see what was going on and they gave some excuse that your it system was showing the room as unoccupied so they needed to check whether anyone was in the room. We were left thinking perhaps they had been going to see whether there was anything worth stealing or worse. The incident left my partner quite anxious as to what would have happened if she had been on her own, or if it would happen again that night. I reported it to the young lady on reception in the morning and she gave a rather vague excuse based on what I'd already told her. There were two members of staff on reception that evening, a taller young man I believe called Karl. It was not him, it was the shorter older man.

Very mixed. Lovely reception staff. All staff tried very hard to make us happy but it was short staffed and there seemed to be a lack of knowledge of what to do. Great breakfast. Fire alarm at 6 am.

« Very much enjoyed stay with good value for money »

Good. My room seemed a bit run down (around wall and window- cracks, but it was clean with good basic facilities. I wanted a quiet room, - noise from behind (a trampoline club and traffic was bad ) but this ended early. Breakfast - orange juice and chocolate had run out - that was at 7.00, but not a problem for me. Covers for trays would be good, as taking food upstairs tends to cool it down. Staff were helpful and efficient, maybe more info in rooms about general info things such services available.
