Rooms are spacious, i would suggest to put bathrobes and slippers in the room Breakfast buffet was poor - maybe due to low occupancy Service in general was OK; staff need to improve their English

We were surprised by the kindness of the people working in the hotel. Specially the security people at the door and at the parking were so friendly !! Nice and maybe the biggest hotel in the region. Next to the sea! We had a standard room which was not that good for a 4 star hotel but we only had to stay 1 night, so if you are planning to stay more nights than it might be a good idea to ask for a luxury room.

Hi, The check in was EXCELLENT because our key was ready. Friendly staff and security guys. The stay could be better if we had received an upgrade because of the little amount of bookings that night. Also a rich breakfast is really not a luxury for such a great hotel! I would have loved to use the swimming pool but unfortunately we did not get any information about it and we saw someone cleaning it, that's why we thaught it was not possible to use it. See you next time In cha Allah.

Concerning your review, we would like to thraw your attention that you reservation was for a standard room and we offered you an upgrade to a superior room with a very Nice view on the swimming pool and partially sea view free of charge. Concerning the indoor swimming pool we had a notice at both the front desk and the spa reception to inform all our guests that the indoor swimming pool is closed. Nice hotel, modern, very nice pool area but service Can be way better. As a Le Club AccorHotels member i Was dissappointed that We were not offered any Welcome drinks. I presented my card But nothing. Second our luggage took for ever to Get to our room. I called after 30 minutes, got told They were on their way and still nothing. After 1 hour i went down to the reception myself and went in to the back room and took the luggage i needed myself. The reception then insisted that the bell boy delivered the rest. Later i asked for a late check out and got told it costs 50Euro. I told them that as a Club member i usually Get it for free. He had to check and then confirmed late check out free of charge. What is the point with a membership When reception dont Even bother to check. I never asked for my Welcome drinks either. It was just uncomfortable and i Can afford to buy my own mocktails. Still.... i did Get an Amazing room with an Even more Amazing room. House keeping were excellent, the towel boy and the service at the pool... 10 out of 10. The pool area and the facilities were very Nice. To be honest... the Hotel standard (pool, facilities, food and rooms) is the best you will find in Nador. The reception and the late bell boy keeps me from giving it a 10 out of 10!! Anyways, Thank you for having us. We will be back :)

Poor quality for money: The cleaning service of the hotel it’s really unsatisfactory; the rooms are half finished - starting with the entrance - the door step is not fixed- if pulling your luggage you may easily take it with you by mistake, no towels exchange no soaps, shampoos... toilet paper ... dreadful!!!! Plus, We payed for two nights and we received no receipt. Moreover my 2 nights are not alocated in my AccorHotels member account- just one night ! Strange!!
