Really like the interior of the hotel room.. Well organized room Over all the services is good But really stressed for the car parking The space is so small for car parking... its really BAD organized Must renovate the car parking manouver

« The Quality is Declining »

I was unable to book via apps for directly for certain night (i stayed from 1-5 oct). I have to book one night for my 4 day stays (4 diff booking) from apps so i have to go for check in and check out every day. Because of that moment, the last day check out took so long time, bout 30 minutes to print and finish my receipt. I was ordered a food in room, but unfortunatelly the rice was cold and hard, the taste was different (i have stayed several times in this ibis pontianak and have orderes the same menu which is nasi ayam sambal matah; this was my third times;) i expect better than before but it was really unsatisfacfion. I ordered laundry service and have checked in form that my shirt will be delivered in folded because i was going to check out that day but unfortunately the shirt was not folded and hang in a hangers so it took my times to fold it myself. I hope this will be a NOTES and as a response of my experiences i hope accor team repply this notes to my email. I hope for further experiences will be better. I expect for the next stay or it will changes my mind. Thank you.

Comfortable room, good space to mobile and put belongings inside the room. Breakfast was only so-so. We experinced a very late room make up, it was 5pm after we asked for it in our return after went out the hotel.
