The staff were excellent, we didn't arrive until approx 23:30, the guy on the check in desk was very patient with the couple in front of us, who were slow to say the least. There was a party going on, and although the volume wasn't intrusive, the bass was. Once again, staff were both apologetic and helpful, offering a room change.

Very disappointing. 1) I used the hotel for “day use” this time. 2) Heating in my room didn’t work, keep blowing cold air, so I had to turn it off... superb start. 3) shower was like a Russian roulette, constantly changing between cold and hot water. 4) after my shower, although I clearly displayed do not disturb sign, one of your staff decided to open the door and try to get in to tell me that I needed to check out.... it was @1200, room booked till 1800, don’t you think common sense would be to check the booking before deciding to disregard the clearly displayed sign and walked into a half naked guy? 5) @1730 someone from reception interrupted me again, called to to remind me that I need to check out!! Thank you, I’m more then qualified to read time from my watch. I travel a lot & spend a lot time in the hotels, but never came across such as unprofessional hotel. I’m awaiting your response in anticipation..... Kind regards Dawid

Stayed for two nights (Friday & Saturday) as we were at a wedding. Reception service was poor. We are a gay couple and booked a double bed. We were twice asked if we wanted two singles which made us feel very uncomfortable. Upon returning from our wedding Saturday evening we found our key cards didnt work as we had effectively been checked out, we then had to do the whole check-in process again at 1am. No apology. Breakfast was good but other than that I wouldnt stay again.

When I arrived at the hotel I went to a desk that had a member of staff there working. Although she was doing something on the computer, she could have at least acknowledged me standing there but she didn’t. Instead I waited until she had finished before she said anything to me. After that she was very rude and arguing about the check in time even though I was going by what was stated on the website. There was a bit of confusion with the check in which she sorted out with surprisingly no argument. I went to the room and it was absolutely freezing in there. There was a plug in radiator in there which I find odd as I have never had this in any hotel I have stayed in. I’m not sure if there was a cleaning cupboard next to our room but there was constant rummaging noises right outside of our room which was very annoying.

All round .. customer experience interaction with employees was without fault. .. room was clean and tidy, though mattress seemed tired compared to my regular Accor stays (but was not an issue / concern) .. room heating did not work, but there was an extra heater that worked .. in bathroom CONCERN. The electrical towel rail was broken and had “tape” holding it together - epic concern for my safety

« Good value but once again problems with systems. No accor pointr or stay credit again »

The stay was good and thank you for room upgrade. However, once again I find that I have not been credited Accor points or the nights stays . As this stay was booked as part of 7,500 points Accor promotion this is extra annoying. I like to stay at Mercure Heathrow, but I am constantly having problems with your reservation/invoice system, and not getting points/stays credited. My previous stay I was invoiced twice (the overcharge now refunded, thank you). Accordingly, I am looking at making my next reservation with Novotel

The hotel was clean and comfortable but there should be more signs around the 1st floor to get back to reception as it was confusing. The water pressure in the bathroom was diabolical, the day I arrived it was very slow and the next morning, absolutely no water came out of the shower when it was turned to hot, the cold dribbled out. I phoned reception and they sent someone but he was unable to rectify the situation. I stayed in the hotel in order to attend a funeral, this was a horrible and very disappointing start to an already very stressful day. The restaurant was very nice and the food was great.

Had read Accor & trip advisor reviews before arriving & was a little concerned about the negative reports that other people had previously mentioned. Well I didn’t have to worry about anything on that score . Had no problems with water going hot & cold in the shower, found all staff polite & friendly at all levels especially at reception . Checking in was quick & efficient even though there was a small queue. Our room was warm and not cold or draughty. On a different note the bed was not as comfortable as ibis or premier inn beds and the bathroom was a bit dated but neither was a problem. Only other thing was the cost of food in the restaurant was a bit overpriced but it’s a captive audience as the hotel is a bit out of the way if you don’t have a vehicle & nobody is forcing you to eat in there. We had booked and paid for breakfast which was very good, all hot food was hot and not just warm . Equally other options were of good quality and supply.

Not identified the gold member at the beginning(no priority check in ), after check in into the room which is worse place under the crossbeam. And also need to get down to the reception and tell them to get the welcome drink card without any regret. The shower was malfunction all the time,unstable water temperature,instant cold and instant hot .

I booked 2 rooms, one for my in-laws and one for my wife and the Kids and I joined them for dinner. Check-in was excellent the guy who did the deed was very helpful noting that father-in-law was disabled and found appropriate room and wife's room was double three doors down. Restaurant was excellent, setting up a Table for 7 people and then serving excellent food that everyone was pleased to eat.

The room was small. In the tap there was no hot water, in general there was a problem with water it was running really slowly. There was noisy outside the room. There was a problem to getting an invoice, they changed a system so they promise to send it via email that. They didn't. Next day I called them somebody promised me to call back. He didn't. The following day I called they asked me to call an other day. The worst service ever.
