The Hotel, although comes with decent facilities, is located in the quieter side of Hayes. It is a good 15 minutes walk to the railway station, and 5 minutes to the bus stop.

Very poor, we checked in around 10. 30-10.45pm after flying from Spain, gentleman who checked us in was very helpful. As we had our 11 year old daughter with us we decided to get room service as bar area was quite busy and there was a wedding taking place, phoned down for room service at 22.50pm and was told kitchen was closed I could only have a drink,when on the menu it said 11pm. I went down to the bar and asked could I order food and was told no have some crisps! I asked the gentleman who checked us in if there was anywhere I could get food in the area, luckily he said he would make us some sandwiches which we very grateful. The rest of stay wasn’t much better, nights sleep was disturbed by noise in the corridor and we could hear every movement from the room above us. Our stay was so bad we checked out of the hotel by 8.30am, very disappointed expect more from mercure

I was completely dissatisfied with my stay at your hotel, I checked in and was given room 43, when approaching our room, I noticed 3 glasses of beer outside of our room, when I opened the door I heard water running in the bathroom, the shower was dripping from the hose, I tried to turn if off and got wet as the tap was faulty, I returned to the reception, who called a maintenance person who arrived and said we will have to fiddle or adjust it until it stopped, I found this unacceptable, so I then returned again to the reception, and requested a room change, I was then given room 239, my partner used to toilet and found it could not flush, again I went back to reception the maintenance man was called, again was told told hold it down for longer as the flusher had a fault, so we where unable to flush our waste away, I was so fed up as I initially booked to room to have a rest as I had just had a operation, and needed to relax, I am concerned with the lack of standard and low maintenance of your hotel as it made my stay Uncomfortable, especially as your reception: lower ground is very well presented, I have stayed at your hotel previously and only booked as the first stay was pleasant, I am so disappointed amd will be posting my complaint on the hotel review sites

I stayed the first two days without the main light in the room and when I reported it to the house keeping lady she said that they could fix it that morning because they had already finished cleaning the rooms. And yes it was fixed the following day. On the third day, I came back to the room during lunch extremely tired and wishing to rest only to find the room smelling of very strong spray, I had to open the windows for fresh air, then tried to relax on the bed and found it not made (the top gave an impression of having been made), and in fact that had been the case since. I called the house keeping manager and showed her the bed, she apologised and promised to sort it out but I never really had a rest as intended which did not help me when I got back to the training. When I got back in the evening, I noticed my stuff (pyjamas, books on the table) scattered, some of my papers where on the floor but the bed was made. The bath was never washed because I noticed the mark left from the very first day I had a bath. I just got fed up of complaining, The hotel outwardly was clean, staff at the restaurant were pleasant and helpful but when I asked for porridge I was told that there is none from the first day of my stay to the last.

Although I was staying in the room advertised as just refurbished, it was very outdated with uncomfortable bed and 1 power socket available around 3meters from the table where you could charge your laptop.

As we didn't arrive at the hotel until 9pm, we checked in, made a reservation in the restaurant and enjoyed a complimentary drink (one of the many perks of being a Gold Member.) Whilst having a drink 2 coach loads of passengers arrived for a buffet meal but the restaurant staff ensured that because we had made the reservation that our table was kept free. The food was good and the service was exceptional, made more so by the very attentive and personable team leader Almaas, for whom nothing was too much trouble, she was outstanding. However after our fabulous experience at dinner the previous evening, breakfast the next morning was a huge let down, with a mis-understanding regarding butter, (we received poached eggs instead!) and bacon that turned up as we finished our meal. However in recognition of the fact, we received a discount on the price of the breakfast, with the promise that the next morning we would be looked after, and they didn't let us down. Diego personally looked after us, making sure that our poached eggs were produced in a timely manner and again, nothing was too much trouble. The hotel was clean, the staff efficient and in the case of the 2 mentioned, outstanding, the location was just about ok for our trip into Twickenham do-able by bus but easier by taxi. The hotel offers plenty of parking, a quiet room despite being on a very busy road and overall we had a very memorable weekend .... thank you

The room quality was terrible. The bathroom floor had a steep slope, the shower barely worked and there was only one power socket in the room. The general hygiene and maintenance of the room was shocking. I wouldn’t stay here again Not the typical standard of a Mercure. Extremely dissatisfied

Warm, genuine greeting from older gentleman whom has checked me in before and was equally pleasant on that occasion. Room upgrade was very welcome but review would be the same without it. The hotel always recognises the loyalty programme without fail. The room and facilities are goid for the price but it is the staff that make the difference.

Great location for travelling and getting to Heathrow. Hotel is lovely nice rooms and friendly staff. The restaurant has a very good selection and the breakfast is great. The hoops bus stops right at the door so very easy to get to the airport.

Good. Forgot to include breakfast while booking. So had to pay £14.99 for breakfast..arrived at breakfast 30 minutes before closing ...wanted some things and they were already finished...even getting a bowl for fruits was a mission...and still got charged full amount...very disappointed
