I think a £10 charge for car parking for guests staying at the hotel is exorbitant!

Great hotel in a quite location, good access to LHR airport with shuttle bus and M4, this hotel is not suited to shopping trips, good breakfast and bar,good parking but the car park can get busy later in the evening

Upon check in the rooms we were allocated were dirty. Hair on the bed. Tissues down the side of the bed. A random piece of meat on the floor in the corner. We were given different rooms which proved to be just as bad. Issues and a random bottle of baby lotion stuffed down the back of the mattress. Also the shower heads were absolutely disgusting. Not been cleaned it descaled. Extremely high risk of legionella disease. Eventually on the third attempt we were given rooms that had been cleaned but to a fairy low standard. By this time it was fairly late and although we were given a small discount on our meals I feel the rate we paid for the too. Was high for the overall quality and standard. Very disappointed. I actually work for the Mercure group and the hotel standard we have is of a much higher quality.

We booked a 3 night stay. Had to move rooms because the air conditioning was not working in the first room. The changed room had the same issue and it was uncomfortably stuffy and hot throughout the nights. Windows would open but it’s very noisy outside with no air flow. The mini fridge was broken too. Lastly, our £50 deposit has not been refunded and it has been over a week since we checked out. Very disappointed with our stay here. On the plus, the staff were friendly.

Not a pretty hotel but they've done the best they can do with an old building. Comfortable beds at a good price. Shame about the AC system not working as it was difficult to sleep in the hot weather

The bed was clean and the bathroom was clean and they are 2 of the most important things. The welcome we received was anything but warm. This appears to be a very low budget place to stay.

Low rise hotel backing onto the A4. Usual Mercure standard room and comfortable bed. Tiny bathroom was clean and well equipped. The additional menu offering two or three courses for a fixed price provided the best meal that I have had in a Mercure hotel. Speedy checkout is always appreciated but final bill by email is still awaited.

The carpet was wet and smelly, the air conditioner filter was filthy. If we had not been so tired and it had not been so late we would have left. The room was not worth the price paid. This was the worst Accor experience we have had.

Overall pleasant stay in the airport hotel. Upon arrival at LHR I did not find the bus stop for hotel shuttle bus (don´t ask any airport staff, they have no idea). Took a cab for 20 pound. Hotel restaurant open till 22:30. Really appreciated that! Room clean, quiet, but nothing special. Would return any time again.
