The bathroom basin was badly cracked, which I personally, find disgusting. It was virtually impossible to maintain a constant flow of hot water in the shower. There was a party on and some noise was to be expected; although it could not really be heard from the room. Things changed when the occupants of the room above decided to have their own music. This went on till past midnight.

One of your staff serving food had BO so bad he would leave a trail of his smell wherever he went. This was over several evenings, and on my way back to my room, I could tell that he had been in the lift. Service was slow, staff had a "whatever" attitude and I was told that I would have to wait 15 minutes for a table in the restaurant, even though I could see several free and laid up. Check in was good, and the room was nice, but the whole bar / restaurant service was poor.

Rooms are adequate however lacks any customer service. Bar and restaurant very slow service. Bar area needed a good clean and tidy. Tables not wiped. Glasses not collected. Just generally disappointing.

Poor service in the bar for food and service

Room was ok , bed was hard to say it was refurbished. Service in the bar was rediculess, one person on and he was doing is best ,but long wait for a drink and order food . Waiter wasn't for good asked for vinegar and mayo , only got mayo and asked twice

Check in was quite slow although there were only 2 people ahead of me in the queue. The hotel definitely needs new paintwork throughout, but was reasonabl y comfortable. Staff in the restaurant were very friendly and efficient

Check in went ok, I informed staff I was an Accor member was their any room upgrade available as the customer next to us had been given a room upgrade “As the Hotel was quite” she was told. I didn’t get a reply, we then asked to confirm if Breakfast was included as I’d had a previous email telling me that it was now including in bookings... she checked the computer and replied that there wasn’t anything on the booking but to ask at the restaurant... we arrived at the room allocated No.46 the door couldn’t be opened fully as it hit the wardrobe behind it so struggled to get through the door with Luggage. The tap in the sink dripped all night to the point at 3am I put a piece of tissue under it to help stop the noise ! The shower again was a joke, I am a plus size lady with disabilities, the doors of the shower didn’t open fully so was difficult to access along with a high step to get into the shower made things difficult to say the least. We have stayed here many times before, but must say if this had been my first stay it would have also been my last having had this experience with this room. We had such a better room when we stayed 4 days previous ( room 187), and hope this is just a one off. !

My room was VERY tiny. There was no way I could get around the room with ease. Had I know, I would have gotten a larger room or stayed else where. Service from the Front Desk and Bar was great. My room was clean as way the entire hotel. Location was great. Not far from a Rail Station, shops and restaurants. A large ASDA was also in walking distance.

I GAVE THIS HOTEL AN 8/10 AS I WAS SATISFIED WITH EVERYTHING EXCEPT ONE THING BUT FIRST THE GOOD THINGS CHECK IN EXCELLENT ROOM EXCELLENT BREACKFAST EXCELLENT STAFF EXCELLENT LOCATION EXCELLENT MY 1 AND ONLY COMPLAINT WAS THE PEOPLE SMOKING ESPECIALLY AROUND THE MAIN ENTRY DOORS IT WAS IMPOSSIBLE TO ENTER THE HOTEL WITHOUT BEING OVERCOME WITH SMOKE WICH SEVERLY EFFECTS ME.

We have stayed at this location every time we have passed through Heathrow in the last 25 or so years. It is convenient to the airport, the room charges are very reasonable and the atmosphere is friendly to all even if a client is staying for one night only. The rooms are comfortable and the restaurant provides a wide variety of good food. Would recommend this hotel to any traveller.

Hotel was as expected, having stayed there a number of times over the years. But whole experience let down by a few issues. It would appear that polystyrene or costa coffee style cups are now in use in restuarant for breakfast instead of cereamic cups. Certainly not good for environment or in deed the guests who probably spilt most of the contents returning to table. I had to prevent the cutlery being taken from my table, by another guest who had none at his table. The only other issue was the TV in our room, didn't seem to have any adjustment on picture quality, the picture being barely visible throughout our stay. Housekeeping was informed, as well as reception but on leaving the screen was still barely visible. Luckily we were not confined to room, but out and about for much of our stay. Notwithstanding the little lapses, the stay was very good and the staff were pleasant and helpful.

While the beds were comfortable, the poor lighting in the room and bathroom made things difficult, when trying to do makeup, and made reading a book, impossible. The t.v did not work although to be fair I was given a complimentry evening meal.Your dining room staff in my opinion was overworked, and showed great patience to some of your very rude guests.
