It’s the little sister of the Sofitel Resort and thanks to that we could use both hotel/resort facilities. Being in 3 Nagas allowed us to be in the heart of the old city, take long walks on the shores of both rivers and still enjoy the magnificent facilities at the Sofitel. Even better there is a shuttle organised between the two properties - so no complaints there! The room - very neat, tidy, clean. The bed very comfy. The bathroom a bit dated but everything worked and it was pristine clean as well. Took few goes to learn how to use the hot/cold tap with the shower, but once mastered - worked well. The noise from the street was negligible (although the hotel provided ear plugs, which we did not use). As for the neighbours, we’ll let’s just say the noise was amusing… The restaurant - could only comment on breakfast. At first, bit confusing, but the food was very delicious! And plenty, you would not starve! Check in/check out - very efficient, but had to remind them few times regarding my membership benefits and they were promptly resolved. Would I recommend? Absolutely!

This hotel is a gem in the middle of Luang Prabang. From the drinks, to the food, to the room, everything was perfect! They even give you ice cream at check in. Ms. Nouy is the best and took great care of us! She made our stay extra special. Book for your stay

Not only is this historic hotel beautiful and centrally located, but the staff is so professional and caring. We spent one afternoon at the Sofitel hotel pool that is affiliated with this hotel and that was a very special add on.

The room and food were great. We loved using the bikes and visiting the Sofitel pool. All the staff were friendly and accommodating. Special thanks to Nouyna, Ms. Ning, Te and Bird!!! Highly recommend 3Nagas 😊
