« Great hotel, location wise and ver good service »

It was nice stay, The reception staff and room service was very keen to help. Only 1 issue though - Room service plates were not cleared in spite of my request to clear in 30 minutes. I kept them outside.

The final bill had to be billed to the company and the front office manager did not let me check out because the company asked to wait for 15 mins to make the final payment. The front desk overall seemed uncooperative and rude. Also i was single girl checkin in, they gave me the corner room near the exit on 4th floor which I had to get changed. At least these small things need to be considered when there is a single woman staying.

The staff was very friendly and helpful at reception and in the restaurant. A big pity there was no alcohol in the restaurant - or even the bar. For a 4-star hotel I would have expected this. The room was clean and comfortable but the air conditioning was difficult to control; it was usually too cold.

Most comfortable and safe stay. Bathroom being antiskid, real boon for elderly. With two machines, platform for coffee making was crowded. The socket being three pin and the plugs of two pin was difficult to fix. Bed comfortable. Buffet breakfast good. Fresh juices and fruit spread could be improved. Terrace with gym and swimming pool quite attractive.

TV was not working. Shower water was flashing . There was a electric bulb very close ( one inch away ) from the shower. Not safe . Had informed reception while checking out. Hope rectified. Good breakfast. Service was good. Staff very polite.

I was never able to get an attendant on call. It took hours for them after 3-4 calls to get me a dental kit. And that left me super unsatisfactory. Nothing else made me shrink my eyebrows though. Overall I'd say they the customer service was pathetic. Even while i had gone down to the reception once no one bothered for sometime. Not a service i expected.
