The entire experience was very good. From a smooth check-in to a very comfortable room till a courteous check out the experience was wonderful. The food was surprisingly, very good specially the international/continental fare. The bed was very comfortable and the room was good as well.

« Decent hotel but the fact they were collecting payment after every room service was dry annoying »

The hotel is decent however I was surprised why the bill was being collected after every room service. At the time of check out I didn't get bills for food. The menu options were very limited.

On an overall appreciation, the stay was really satisfactory. Amenities were brand new and nice. Great food. Just that advantages as Gold LeClub member wasn't that much perceptible. For instance considering that the hotel was merely occupied, it didn't seem that I got an upgrade.

Very good rooms, excellent staff and service, good location and good quality food. One of the best breakfast buffet we had. Value for money. Only suggestion, not everyone likes very thick pillows, so one could provide thick and thin pillows. We would definitely recommend it to others which we have already done, and next time we visit Chennai will stay here again!

« BEST EXPERIENCE WE HAD IN A HOTEL STAY »

Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Especially front desk , restaurant and kitchen staff. My compliments to the executive chef Kalai and his team. They served some of the best meals. Was especially delighted on our last day when we checked out in the early morning, Kalai had painstakingly prepared and small piece of chocolate cake to wish us bon voyage. We also had room service that was quickly served. The house keeping was excellent and toilets and rooms were kept clean.
