This was my first attempt at Novotel. Though I am a Platinum Elite member of Bonvoy and IHG, I thought of trying Novotel as they are increasing their properties in locations where I regularly travel. The rooms are really nice. Housekeeping is great and quick. The amenities provided are also excellent. That’s the only thing that pleased me. To my shock, their customer service was pathetic. 1) The front desk or the customer relationship team never asked my feedback during the entire duration of my stay and even at the time of check out. 2) The live counter orders are horrible. They have not given me what I ordered 5-6 times during my three days of breakfast!!! I wasn’t placing the orders through the waiters (as they were not even bothered to clear the used plates), I went to the live counter and placed my orders. Despite giving this feedback on the first day (unsolicited feedback) there was no improvement or I’d say it worsened.

Pros 1.Big Rooms 2.Nice Washroom Cons 1.Front office Lacks finesse and courtesy to deal with Guests. 2.Lengthy Check-in and Check-out process. 3.No Early Check-ins despite availability, Business travelers on morning flight please note that Check-in is 2pm or shell out 25-50% extra money. 4.Average Food Quality and Buffet, Vegetarians please don't choose Buffet Dinner 5.Small Lobby
