Have experience such a fantastic hospitality after a very long time in Accor. ( Specially when I have expressed pathetic service in Novotel Juhu beach multiple times) Special call out for Guest and room service on my floor: Eswar and rajesh Restaurant: Amrit and Lucky and their rest Team members. Overall a very satisfying stay. Keep up the good work.
