Staff not friendly, I want to extend 1 day stay. Night shift staff increased the price to 15% extra which I am paying. Night shift people were bit arrogant as well. Then next morning I went to reception and the lady the 1 day stay without any hassle. 2. One day I request extra pillow to night staff which I didn’t receive. So next morning spoke to reception and made sure items are in the room Not a good experience with night shift staff

Very good location for shopping. Breakfast was a postive suprise! And staff very nice in breakfast and in cafe! Specially lady in Cafe. Our family room was little bit weird, as it was quite big corner room, but only 1 window??

Hotel is good, but room service is bad. Carpet is dusty, not checking under the bed for trash, I've seen used condom and wrappers. I have reported this already to the reception but I don't know if they reported to the management. Staff are not providing freebies like water. Sometimes I need to request and it will take 30mins to reach me. Other items are minimum.

« Spacious rooms but missing ambience »

The hotel is clearly a business hotel with spacious rooms. During my stay the entire hotel (at least my floor) had a constant odour of Asian cooking. I like Asian food but don't enjoy the feeling of living in an Asian kitchen. Apart from that, the hotel has a lot of dead space and the management should add some colour and art elements to make it more attractive.

Firstly, the bedsheet wasn’t clear, but soon they came to change after I call. Secondly, the second day didn’t come to clean the room, the rest 4 days they did. They r polite and nice and smiling. The one thing needs to improve is that pick up and drop off service are unavailable. No matter how many days stay.
