« Nice but check in very slow »

No other complaints apart from 'check in ' was terribly long and very frustrating since the young employee at the Desk was totally unprepared, not well educated and with very bad English. Nice the breakfast / rooms and the little bar , very kind and professional the security. Can you find out why room service does not bring alcohol and practically you must dial 2 different numbers one for the food ( room service) and one for ordering alcohol (a simple beer ) ? Moreover, room service cannot be charged in the room, I had to pay the waiter.

I booked two rooms for me and my family. The reception staff was very good and the check-in was quick. They gave us two connecting rooms. One room has a double bed while another one has twin beds. Twin beds were very small. My 12 years old had the fear of falling from the bed due to its very small width. Hotel is new and very clean. Hotel is connected to Dragon Mart 2. You can go upstairs in the food court and many international food chains (McDonald's, KFC, Subway, Chillies) are there in the Dragon Mart 2. There is a very small refrigerator (more like drink cooler) in the room. It does not work well (in both rooms) and hardly cools the drinks.

An impromptu one night stay with the family before driving back. The sofa bed was too squeaky and the room was basic. The bedside lights switch controls all bed lights, so no control over reading or night or ceiling lighting.

Staff not friendly, I want to extend 1 day stay. Night shift staff increased the price to 15% extra which I am paying. Night shift people were bit arrogant as well. Then next morning I went to reception and the lady the 1 day stay without any hassle. 2. One day I request extra pillow to night staff which I didn’t receive. So next morning spoke to reception and made sure items are in the room Not a good experience with night shift staff
