« Budget hotel but service is bad »

Rooms are fine but there is no service at all. Have to go to reception for every small work like laundry, any room service etc. Very small but important thing toiletries are not giving by hotel. Even now days every small hotels giving this. No entertainment.

Room - nice Corridor - every day smelling with egg ( 6th floor near rm- 618), due to leakage in main duct from restaurant kitchen area. Restaurant - food nice, but need different menu every day. Meeting room - in a very wrong place which in the ground floor, disturbing due to guest arriving in the entrance, it should be some where in first floor cosy and silent without any interaction or disturbance. You need to have frequent offers to have more people coming to your hotel, as it is very nice, but need fine tuning improvements. Hope this will help to understand customer requirements. S. A. « Not up to ibis standards »

Very bad housekeeping/ room service . Had to call multiple times & wait for 1 hr to get some extra sugar & milk sachet for room tea kettle. Dinner service in restaurant at 9 pm very slow & bad service . Though buffet breakfast was okay Staff don’t seem to be very friendly . I have stayed in ibis Mumbai , ibis muscat , ibis Dubai deira. This ibis style stay was not up to the mark .

It was my first time to be in Dubai. It was only one day visitation. I booked in ibis styles, because I had a work in Silicon Oasis, and it was the nearest hotel available, and lowest price comparing to other hotels @ same distance from my work. Unfortunately Lately during my visit, I knew that they have a daily bus from hotel @ 7:48 am to Silicon Oasis. I wish if they announce the visitors about it and other facilities that we could take advantage on, during booking process. I really loved it with ibis Styles Dragon Mart Dubai, was a very nice and clean hotel; hotel workers, receptionists, were very gentle. It was a great experience and I will do it again for sure.

I Hotel pleasant, all staff attentive, welcoming and helpful. Room clean and comfortable. Only downside was hotel irons and ironing boards are becoming a bit tired I had one shirt dirtied from a grubby iron.

« Calm and comfortable »

The check in was easy and quick. The room size was sufficiently large. Cleanliness was up to the mark. However, expected a hair-dryer in the washroom along with a dental kit which was not present. (Was provided on request though). All in all it was a pleasant stay, liked the situation of the hotel which was quiet and serene. Would definitely recommend others and visit again myself too.
