It was a happy time(2019.10.03-2019.10.08) to stay in Ibis. But I am not really satisfed with the check out experience. when I saked for the tax invoice,the reception told me they cant provide it and I should apply from CTrip. I confirmed with the reception,then I have no doubt about that. I asked the CTrip for the invoice 2 days later. they also told me they cant provide me the invoice because I pay directly to ibis. I checked my credit card bill and that's true! I also asked for the city tourism tax receipt when checkout.the reception told me he would send it by email. I get nothing ! I cant get the money of hotel from my company without tax invoice. its a business trip, but now I have to pay 1390 DHS myself! Is this a perfect experience?

i had a good time on ibis hotel, it was very clean, very good staff, perfect breakfast but you have major issue and you should find solution for it asap that there was bad smell everyday, i asked the receptionist and he told me there is a water company beside the hotel, sometimes i couldn't sleep with that smell.

Very satisfactory It was satisfying in the sense that it was central to the activities that brought us to Dubai. Closer to international academic city where my Daughter is studying. It was very convenient for shopping at Dragon mart 2 where you have entry to and from the Ibis Style. The staff were friendly and ready to assist at any time My Boarding Pass was printed for me free of charge. The buffet breakfast was very timely and with delicious varieties of food. The trip was like meeting extended family members. We took pictures with Ibis Style Staff and was full of guns.
