« Short but awesome »

The hotel was super clean and tidy and handy for the amount of time we spent in it. Staff were really helpful especially Ms. Malou (FOM) who assisted us in our reservation and made us feel welcome during our stay, Kristel assisted us with smooth check out. And breakfast was lovely too. It was short but will definitely coke back to this fabulous hotel.

I had a terrible experience when i need something. For example my laundry, always when i ask for it, it cames always missing some clothes. Or they take toooo long to bring, or i need to ask 3/4 times for the laundry Also, It was missing a lot of times the laundry bag on my room and i had to ask all the time for it...

I went for a business trip for 1 day only and there was no valet, plus the toiletries were paid, thank fully I brought mine but ppl who forget will have to pay. there was no bell boy to help with the luggage at the reception.

« Nice time staying in ibis Styles Dragon Mart Dubai »

- It was really nice time staying there for 5 nights. - Reception staff are very friendly & helpful. - This not my first sating over there (I'm a regular customer for your hotel). - I wish if you may arrange bell boys equipped with normal trolleys for our luggage (dress & bags), this one of the main -ve points that I use to meet with, specially if I'm staying long period, I might have extra luggage that usually difficult to handle from my car to my room & vice versa. - Morning smell at corridors is very bad, you also need to find someway to fix this awful smell. - Room boys are doing a good job as expected. - Reservation should be included with breakfast on all web sites, or other wise it should be clearly mentioned there if it is with or without breakfast, as I met with this problem one time when I was doing reservation extension one time on the same web site (Agoda). - Rest is OK, keep up guys and God bless you.
