I could not sleep till 2 am because the hotel had a private party, even i was at the 5th floor. also the tv network was broken. is just a simple 4 star hotel with a very fancy entrance where you pay more than 100 euros for no reason, many other better options in the same area for the half of the amount

The staff is very smooth and helpful in every way. The lobby and bar is very beautiful and you feel very relaxed and welcomed there. The rooms are very comfortable and nice. Great to see also how the old ruins and new constructoin have been combined. Great location as well.

Quite a standard experience. Friendly staff, ok rooms. Furniture is a bit strange. Lighting works in a quirky way and there is always some key Nd of ventilation noise, which appears load especially during the night. Good food in the restaurant and supportive staff.

nice overall, center located, very warm and supportive staff, wonderful breakfast. On the downside - gloomy view from my room (a wall in 10 meters) odd bath facilities (large sink in the center of the room (not the bathroom but sleeping room) , huge toilet ... Did not use sauna/fitness.

I was so impressed from check in to check out. The staff recognised me and upgraded my room and provided me with welcome cocktails. As previous times I doubt there is a better hotel in Riga and positioned in the best location. One small point is that if anything the Spa / Pool is not as high standard as the rest BIT this is a minor point. I look forward to my next stay.

The rooms were good, very clean and well appointed. The reception area, bar and restaurant was very inviting. The hotel is located close to Old Riga's bars, shops and cafes. Only downside it is difficult to get to by car and taxi due to turning restrictions from the main road.

« Was not happy at all. Feeling overcharged. »

First of all hotel is not a 5-star one. I stayed in top notch hotels across Europe and Riga Pullman was not even close. Not only they had no parking, I had to pay 30 euros for 2 days. I am okay with that but please - advise. During check in the ladie was rude, unpleasant, unhappy to service, I had to ask where to go, when do they serve breakfast, where we can dine and how do we get to the lift. Nothing was explained about the parking when asked. Terrible Service. The room was okay, just okay. Toilet and shower facilities nothing even close to a 5-star hotel. Room was not clean, toilet had some marks from previous guests. It was well maintained though. Breakfast - only an okay. First morning it was not overcrowded we had all we wanted yet some items remind me old times when I stayed at Holiday Inn. Please ask if I want something else than rubbery scrambled egg. No one even cares I had to look for a staff member and chase him. He was too busy so said someone else will help me. Terrible, not a 5-star service. Second morning all items were missing. It was overcrowded (I understand, hotel was busy) but at least bring the food out and get ready for a busy morning. So had coffee and left. Check out was so slow, I was standing there for 15 minutes waiting someone to service me. I was in a rush to go yet had to leave a deposit. Again - you had my card details. Reception was slow. Gentleman was attending customer explaining about Latvia's history - that's great thing to do but in 5-star hotel you can concierge to do that. Check in should be quick and easy and check out even faster and easier. No one even asked me how was my stay. Never had this before in a 5-star hotel. Overall, I would never ever stay in Pullman again, brand ruined and my experience was bad. I wish I picked another hotel. I fee I was overcharged for everything and want my money back. I rarely complain but please do not state this is 5-star hotel when its not. And train your staff to be more attentive. Your running not a hostel here. Hope hotel will improve.

« Unfortunately not what I have expected »

After a warm welcome at the reception we got in our room and everything seemed to be fine. Next morning we noticed the first tiny little imperfections. The shower was leaking as the door didn't closed well and at the breakfast the only lactose free product offered was milk, no Joghurt no chees (at least non with a declaration) The SPA was quite OK, maybe a bit to noisy if busy. But it didn't seemed to be well planned, as for example the shower for the sauna was in between two massage threadment rooms and it was always quite slippery. Furthermore the sloping roof was quite low close to the shower and there haven't been a single hanger for a bathrobe or towel. While having a bathtube in the room we asked at the reception for some bath foam for a bubble bath, we have been told that the lady will get in touch with housekeeping to get us some, but we got nothing, not even a callback. But the most disappointing and frustrating thing happen to me in the recent years in a Hotel was the guest communication on NYE. The Pullman Riga organised a prom on NYE (250€ p.P.) and hotel guest haven't been informed that the kitchen will be closed that night, so as we wanted to have dinner in the Bar area we only got "fresh made" Sandwitches offered (15€ each). Seemed that "valued" hotel guests staying couple of nights haven't been worth as much as prom guests. After seeing receptions to clearly inform them about this lack of information I've got a voucher offered for this Hotel restaurant. Really a nice geasture of Alina including her handling of the situation, but the lack of communication from Pullman Riga stays.

The rooms are nice and great decorated. We are staying in the hotel second time this year and it is visible, that the bathrooms are not being looked after properly and is covered with mold. Water in the shower is not going away (the reason for mold?). Breakfast is reach, but the working hours were not always clear. Sometimes it was already over at 10:30, other times it was open after 11.

« Fantastic stay for our Baltic honeymoon »

Our stay was perfect from the moment we checked in we were greeted by Anna and Victorija who smoothly checked us in. The room was great with a lovely view of the square out from plus the hotel had organised some Rose petals, champagne and a cake to celebrate our honey moon stay. Beds were comfy, bathroom was clean and good hot water. Breakfast was wonderful (however we suggest they replace the coffee machine with maybe a barista or two as the coffee wasn’t that great, smallest of issues but). Didn’t use the spa, pool or gym but had a quick look and from what we saw it looked awesome. All staff we came across were super friendly as well! All and all fantastic trip.
