« 4 daysat at Pullman Riga »

The hotel is fine with a very good location. The breakfast was quite good with a lot of choices. Rooms are spacious, internet is free and fast. 3 days before my trip to Riga I requested an airport-hotel transfer and received the following reply from Pullman: "Order received . Thank you for ordering. We have received your order and will contact you shortly on further details." As I wasn't contacted by the hotel I sent another email with my flight number and time of arrival. Needless to say the transfer was not organised and I had to travel by taxi and taxis are not allowed to come close to the hotel. The reception staff couldn't explain why the transfer wasn't organised and offered no apology. Not perhaps a 5 star hotel but an OK one.

« Loved our time at your hotel »

The service was friendly and professional from the minute we arrived through to departure. Our room was great and the location was excellent. We were able to walk to everything we wanted to see, and loved Riga - so much to see and an abundance of good food. The hotel bar and restaurant were also excellent with breakfast being as good as it gets. Will be back!

Very well located hotel. My Rooms was large and comfortable. the hotel is charming with very good services. The breakfast is nice but the room was overcrowded by a group of Spanish when I was there and it was difficult to seat. that's a shame... you should reserve a part for group and a part for other guests.

« Everything was perfect, excellent service. »

We had a wedding anniversary and were up-graded to the best room of the hotel with a nice welcome gift and a hand writed card with best wishes from the hotel. This was really a nice surprise, thank you so much for making our day so special. Sleeping quality was the best we have experienced, comfortable beds and different pillows to choose from. Breakfast was great. Good location, close to main attractions and shopping, a short walking distance to many good restaurants. Will definitely return!

« A great stay all in all. »

The hotel is gorgeous, the rooms are stylish, breakfast is great, etc. So all in all everything was superb, with only some minor details to point out: 1) the ironing board is really terrible. If you stay at a 5 star place where everything else is great then such a small thing as an ironing board should also be proper. The current one didnt properly stand, kept falling and was too low (even at the highest point). So these should be changed.

« Good location but no air condition »

Overall we enjoyed: good breakfest and good location, room was clean and not too small. But air conditon didn't work - we sayed few times, technical worker came and sayd it's your fault, pushed some buttons but still nothing, then next came, also nothing happened and so the four nights went - with +26 hot inside the room, when window was open (we were in 6th floor) then from the roof was some noisy air conditioning propeller.

Very good experience, our delegates enjoyed their stay in Riga and we had good feedback for the hotel. Some problems with car transfers, check in etc. I recommend your front desk staff are more aware of some of these requirements from guests and that the concierge and front desk roles are not confused - on check out I found myself waiting for people who needed concierge services because there was no one at the desk.

« A bad hotel where you don’t feel welcome »

Everything average and supposed to be chic, but just average, exemple a peanut on the floor never remove during the 3 days, the breakfast room with conference tables so close to each other it is difficult to move, according the fact I have been moved from Mercure (which I chose on purpose because I already hab bad experience at this Pullman) my loyalty number hasn’t been record and despite I gave it at checking (of course no apology for this) I haven’t receive the welcome drink and I can continue to give such exemples of a poor consideration for the customers... NOT HAPPY definitely

« It's ok. The room is tiny and definitely not 5*. »

The hotel is in a great location and defines itself as 5* but the room is tiny and in comparison I stayed at a Pullman in Liverpool (England) which is brand new, 4* and half the price. Overall not worth what ones pays taking into account I had to also pay 15 euros for parking (one night).
