My favorite place to stay in Latvia! The hotel accommodations, services, and, most importantly, the staff make this the place to enjoy Riga. The staff members work hard to ensure everyone enjoys their stay. The most notable member of the staff is sales manager Nadia Ignase, who makes sure any changes are easily accommodated, is by far the most outstanding in town! The bar staff always goes out of their way to make you feel welcome any time of the day or night.

« Workshop and stay in Pullman Riga Old Town hotel »

Recently I hosted a 4 day workshop for 27 participants in Pullman Riga Old Town hotel. Participants came from Finland, Sweden, Norway, UK and Baltics. Flight connections to Riga worked well and our workshops in Pullman were a great success. We used several meeting rooms as well as the backside of the breakfast area that forms a nice meeting facility for larger amount of participants. I am staying in Pullman frequently but for many other this was the first time. Overall very satisfied for the service and facilities. Two small items that we would like the hotel mgt to address to improve further: it is difficult to get taxis to the hotel and some rooms close to atrium top floors are facing disturbing humming sound from the big aircon manchines .

Everything was very good, the welcome gift was a very nice surprise, however lack of Nespresso machine (I had it in my room last time) was very very very disappointing. Beside that, everything was perfect.

welcome - 10/10 service - 9/10 food - 10/10 but the person in the room next to me walked up and down, up and down on the wooden floor in her shoes soo much i did not get much sleep

Ordered a chambre supérieur with large window and desk, got small window no desk, international food (Caesar salad, club sandwich...) quite disappointing, I have been asked to pay without getting first a copy of the invoice, ask to get a Taxis, no one available with the usual company, did not even try to call an other one...wait and pray Sauna closing at 9 pm... Probably used to tourist rather than business traveller’s? Thanks,

Bath room and toilet doors could not be fully opened due to design. There is insufficient spaces for putting personal amenities near sink. Services are robotic and lack of customer service centric mindset.
