Very nice welcome, I felt really special. Staff on highest level especially on reception desk. I think it is the best choice in Riga. For sure I will stay in Pullman for my next visit. Only prices are quite high as for this EU region.

I stayed for 3 nights, all was well and staff was very friendly and helpful. Only thing I missed was that the hair shampoo and shower gel was not refilled at all during my stay.

All fine and smooth with booking. Staff friendly - nice touches like chocolates and fizz in room. Beds very uncomfortable though which was s shame and whilst breakfast was very nice coffee was appalling.

Welcome was great, only feedback to not assume we wanted two rooms being two men, that was a little insulting. Smooth checkin and room was lovely and well appointed. Turndown was good with a lovely touch of the sleep spray and chocolates. Breakfast was fantastic and service in the breakfast very attentive and friendly, thoroughly enjoyed. The car service was also wonderful

Front desk personnel were great. The breakfast was outstanding and extremely well managed. The gym was also very good. I liked the room but did not like the bathroom design. The separate toilet room was annoying and I hated the see-through glass for the other part of the bathroom.

I stayed in Pullman for business. The warm atmosphere forgets ypu to bear in mind that outside it is very cold. But the positioning of this hotel near the city centre is just enough to enjoy the city and have some fresh air.

Hotel is very nice, located close to the Riga old city. The interior is really great, staff very professional and friendly. One can feel truly welcome. Rooms are equipped with everything what is needed for stay, beds very comfortable. Design also fantastic...Definitely recommend.

Nice hotell with good facilities, excellent location and genuine, friendly staff. Overall very happy with our stay. The one major disappointment was in connection to the new years night however. Upon finding out about the big event on Dec 31st weeks before the trip we specifically emailed the concierge that we wished our booked room would be far enough from the festivities so that we would not be disturbed, due to a tough fall/winter we wanted a very low key new years. The concierge replied and confirmed that a quiet room would of course be organised, despite this the room we were given was in the 3rd floor, right above the room where the party was held. Not much good sleep that night and a much tougher trip home due to this. I understand it is not easy to accommodate everything, but then guarantees should not be given and being in a room just above that party does not indicate meeting our request had even been attempted.

I was booking the room according to the photos at the web page. I payed more as I did not want the room with a sink next to bed. I was still giver a smaller room, with a sink next to bed. Room was changed but the fact that I had to ask it did not feel nice. They told me at a reception something like that the rooms are automatically shared... I have worked on a hotel. That sounded odd.
