A 2 night stay in a very comfortable room looking out over the pool. Breakfast was a good tasty selection. The evening meal was a real speciality and most enjoyable. Would recommend a stay of at least one night so as to enjoy the comfort of the pool at the end of a long day.

The rooms were a little dated and bathroom looked like it needed a good scrub. However, the hotel had a wonderful vibe. Staff were all friendly and obliging.

Room is large with all facilities. Would prefer a ‘walk in’ shower. Staff were pleasant. Meals were good but when staying a few days became repetitive. Pool was great. The waterway through the gardens was very disappointing - not flowing, dirty, with lots of visible hoses.

Disappointingly at 4.00 am in the morning there was a major malfunction in the sewerage system in Room 113 and raw sewerage starting flowing into my bathroom and out of the front door. In mentioning this distressing occurrence to your reception staff there was a promise that they would contact me to follow-up on what had occurred and what solutions had been applied to ensure this would not reoccur. This never happened!! As a long term loyal customer of Mercure Crocodile, I was somewhat surprised that there was no 'follow-up nor feedback. On returning to your hotel 4 days later to stay-there appear an absence of awareness or interest in this distressing event? In addition and' for your interest, the raw sewerage that gushed into my room (that I walk in), appears not to have come from my room. In summary, it appears that currently, that customer satisfaction, customer feedback and Continuous improvement- sit fairly low on the priority scale.🤔😪
