I have called for the laundry service but my clothes were not washed, and do not have a record upon checking. I also been wrongly charged for a drink and meal that I did not incur. Apart from that, it was a pleasant 2 weeks stay in the hotel.

Be careful of putting things away as an iron was left turned on and placed on the floor which I could have tripped over. I did notify staff when I was left the hotel.

« Grea except for the bath T. »

It was a good room with plenty of space to move. The restaurant was great after having dinner and breakfast in it. We arrived late and didn't get to use the pool. We were very disappointed with the size of the bath T. provided. My partner is tiny and the towel only just made it around her tiny body. For me it was like drying myself with a tea towel

The hotel was lovely and staff very accomodating. The beds were short feet hung over the edge , and felt very cold. Pillows were hard. Otherwise the room was great. Very nice bathroom great big size.

The Hotel staff was very friendly and nothing was a problem and hotel was clean and tidy but a few things are needing attention. The Aircon was too noisey - had to turn it off at night as couldn't sleep. Your hallway to the room had a gap in the carpet and water damage You have signs up to hang up towels "to save environment" but they change all the towels anyway even if you do put them on the towel rail

The aircon was super-loud, so I had to turn it off. Even then, I could hear something which necessitated earplugs. Other than that, the room, amenities, and helpfulness of the staff were excellent.

We stay at Novotel Sydney Norwest often and have always had a great stay and this time was no different. Our room was clean and bright. The staff is always friendly and very efficient. Our dinner and the service in the restaurant was excellent and the breakfast, with made to order eggs, omelettes and coffee, a very pleasant way to start the day.
