The room was a good size, was clean, tidy, and it provided what we needed. We were there for a family reunion. I recently saw a TV show which recommended to call a hotel for the best price, rather than book online. My immediate family had 3 rooms booked there for the event. I saw a deal online, but the flexible,dearer deal only was offered, the cheaper inflexible deal wasn't offered it until I mentioned it. (Cannot cancel). Booked 2 rooms at the same time, not offered any discounts or incentives. My sister made another booking for the same night, so although we had 3 rooms altogether, I received no benefit. Very disappointing. Contrary to the show I saw, stating you paid a premium to the online sites, it was a waste of my time to call you tbh.

We had a really pleasant stay. This was our first time staying at your hotel and I’ll Definitely be booking it again in the future. The staff were very helpful and we even got given a voucher for being a special guest which was pretty awesome. Would definitely recommend to family and friends. Thank you for a wonderful experience

It was very pleasurable and the staff at the front desk were very pleasant too. Accommodating as well as breakfast had been completed and after returning from an very early morning from work, it was not trouble to allow me to enjoy some breakfast. The staff in the breakfast area were also very accommodating without complaints..

The room was well maintained, and checking and checkout was quite seemless and trouble free. The service in the restaurant was very poor, we waited a long time for menus and had to request menus, our dinners too a long time to come out and our complete order was not put through missing all our sides.

It was clean and comfortable, but nothing exceptional. The rooms service food took and hour and when it arrived it wasn't even hot and was quite inedible.
