We had High Tea and then stayed the night, enjoying the movie package and room service. We then had the buffet breakfast the following morning before departing.

Disappointed that corporate rate was used by 3 people who all received different rates for same room. Bathroom was not cleaned properly when I arrived.

The team at Novotel are always lovely. The room unfortunately had a very noisy air conditioning system (whether running or not), or some other form of plant noise. There was also a distinct damp smell in the bathroom that may need investigating. Otherwise super.

Central system is way too noise on level 4, how would you expect guest to have a good night sleep after a busy day work. Nothing has been done after complain to reception. Definitely won't stay on this hotel in future.

The airconditioning was so loud it woke me several times during the night and the room was too cold without it. Several patrons at my table, and others, on the night of Wednesday, 27th June sent their meals back to the kitchen due to cold food (especially potatoes). Staff were very helpful. Can you also make it mandatory that 2 access/electricity cards are given to each room- even if there is just one person staying there? I would like to leave the lights on, if going out for the night or coming downstairs to the restaurant. With one card only, that can't be done. Is something small, but saves a lot of frustration.

I was only in the area for a couple of days business & was on the road a lot but the hotel was a very comfortable port of call! The one thing you want is a good bed & decent shower, both which met my expectations.

« Very pleasant and comfortable »

Every staff member at the hotel were exceptional. I was made to feel very welcome from the moment I walked through the doors until I left. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Our dining experience was positive. The. Room I stayed in 319 was clean but more than a little tired and in need of some refurbishment. The towels were in quite poor condition. The tiles in the bathroom were chipped and the beds need a good blanket for warmth.
