We love the room, the pool, the restaurant and also the services. And about the food, we love the variety. But maybe, you have to check again about the installation of the air conditioner in each room.....because it was too cold, even we shut it down.....

Comfortable, I was given an upgrade to a balcony, so that I could smoke outside comfortably. Parking was quite spacious even though the alley was narrow. Unfortunately the single bed which is a twin bed combined.

Overall fullll satisfied... Before going to mercure jogja ..i was stayed 2nites @mercurebugis spore... Satisfy continue when i've seen my daughter face ... Helpful crews...nice ambience... From lobby corridor lift room n public spot .... Delicious cuisine for bfast .... But unfortunate cant order food @pool.... Nev mind .... All is okay ..... Hi Eksi , The stay was very pleasant and nice. I utilized the spa which is amazing and well trained people. Overall it was good experience. But I have to mention you about the purpose of my stay. I came there and the aim of this stay is to look for your ex-staff Ratna Athiah. She was soliciting large amount of money from me for past few months in the name of relationship (fake). She was not reachable in a proper manner and I received an information that she is employed with you. I came there, but unfortunately I hear from your authorities that she is not around. I have talked to your front office on the incident and Miss. Sella has been conversing with me. She has asked me to write about this to the management. I have already wrote a detailed email to your duty Manager and yet to hear back. You can refer to them for my complaint letter written last Sunday. (29th September) I am your guest and such an incident is creating huge embarrassment for me which came from your ex-staff. This is a whole shame. I am writing you to alert you about the sheer character of the lady who has tendency to be in relationship with guests who comes to her workplace and scandalize them. Please look into this issue as this is a case of fraudulence and such behavior may impact the reputation of the hospitality industry in worse manner. The room is a bit noisy. i can hear the cars and motorcycle passing the road. The food is not so good for the main course but its delicious for the dessert and appetizer.

I was not really feel so special to be here, just so so. The room too dark for me to be honest. The sofa was too soft. The bathroom a bit small, i think. The part that I really like was only the borobudur image in the room. The staff on dining room was okay, but the athmosphere/interior design/the table/green sofa did not like I expected. The food, to be honest i have to say, not delicious at all. I hope it will be improved in the future.

Like the location. Awarded free room upgraded after initial allocated room was having the problem with the inside additional security lock. The room was 924. The incident happened twice in a day. 1st was in the morning and 2nd was in the evening. Reported and attended immediately by the front staff and later by the maintenance staff. The room should not be sold in the first place. I strongly believe that incident was not the very 1st time happened to your hotel guest. For me, it was annoying situation. On the plus point, my room was upgraded for 2 more night stay. Thank You! The breakfast was awesome. The Wifi connectivity was also meeting my expectations.
