« Nice newly opened hotel surprisingly good »

For a recently opened hotel it is surprisingly well run. Bright big clean rooms that tastefully decorated and complete in every way.... Except On the 10th floor the shower temerature "hot and cold" not holding/ hard to control/ ... otherwise perfect in every way. Dwi the duty manager was just most welcoming and helpful.!

« Surprisingly good in every way - will definitely go back »

A new hotel that runs as smooth as an old established hotel. Big clean rooms with all amenities. The staff make out for their inexperience with enthusiasm and willingness to do that little extra to please. Dwi the duty manager was most helpful and efficent.

I stayed on grand mercure jogjakarta for 2 nights, the room is very comfort and the services was excellent for me. The house keeping also show a good and fast respon when i called them. Breakfast menu looks good and variative. I suggest to provide razor on bathroom, cause i have to call house keeping to get a razor. But overall grand mercure have a good performance for their guests

« Wonderful experience in a home away from home »

I had a pleasant overnight stay at Grand Mercure Yogyakarta for a business trip. The atmosphere, ambiance and overall experience staying at the hotel made me wish I could have stayed longer. The staff were friendly, and food choices during breakfast were in abundance and presented very nicely. The classical Javanese theme combined with modern touches was also very pleasing to see and experience.

Your comments about the electricity black out have been shared with our engineering team since it took longer than expected for our back up generators to turn on. At the moment we only have free shuttle service to the famous Malioboro street 3 times a day, but hopefully in the near future we will also have one to the airport.
