Nice, clean and comfortable room, friendly staff but it takes too long for check in on December 30, 2018, i come at 13.00 pm and had a key at. 14.20 pm, excellent breakfast with varied menu, complete facilities and strategic location. And amazing view at skyview pool bar with friendly staff too.

« Strategic location and great view from the roof top pool bar »

I'm an Accorplus member then the receptionist is allowing me to early check in even in new year peak season. It's great. Also the food is mostly local, so it increases the perfection. In addition, the roof top bar is highly recommended. However, I believe maybe due to new year peak season, I feel less hospitality like most Accor Hotel that I've ever experience in Bandung.

1. The bathtub and shower leaked. Even the bath mat cant handle it, making the bathroom floor wet. 2. Need time (approx 30 mins) for technician to come (i call the reception twice). 3. I did late check in but my room hasnot ready when i arrived (around 4 pm). 4. Wifi cant be used in the night 5. The room was spacious with great view 6. Clean room 7. All staffs (especially Wina at reception) are kind and helpful.

« Good location, good variety of breakfast, and clean room »

The hotel is in good location, have good variety of food for breakfast. Clean room but need improvement in room entertainment specially for tv channel program as it only provide 480i display. It’s feeling a downgrade if you already get used to full hd (1080i) channel. What is the point to have 49in flat tv where it can display full hd but given only 480i. Because of bad tv channel, we prefer to watch youtube channel where you can select the hd or full hd channel, but the problem is wifi frequency is not reliable and it take long to watch YouTube channel.

We checked in at 4pm and the room was not ready (poor management) the parking space qas horrible (very small and limitted) they cleaned up the room but did not change the towels. The staff were not willing to approach people who were smoking at the pool area

I booked some rooms for my family vacation in Bandung. Thanks for my membership, my room was upgraded. The hotel has good rooftop swimming pool with good music. We could see mountain as background and sometimes some airplanes landing. There are some restaurants either in the hotel or beside the hotel. There is minimarket just across the hotel. The hotel location is in the city center (as its name), near asia afrika street, and near the train station. The parking was crowded but the security helped us to park the car. There was valet facility so it helped us a lot. The breakfast was delicious and it offered many options of food.

« My children like the hotel location so much »

The hotel location is very strategic. We can go to the Asia Africa Conference Museum on foot. They also explored the Braga Street which is located in a walking distance from the hotel. So many delicious food can be found in this area. Definitely will come and stay at your hotel again.

The Hotel is good. Invorement clen and comford. But the services is un oke at all for 5star Hotel. The reception unfriendly.. The housekeeping unpolite.. The restaurant staff also unpolite, not asking did we want to taking some food or not because they want to closed. But they just cleaning the breakfast area

The hotel is located in the center of Bandung city and quite a new hotel. However the parking facility is not enough comparing to the total number of the hotel rooms. We found it is hard to find parking space everytime we returned back to hotel in evening. We felt that some of the hotel employees had lack of experience
