Check in was fast, I got room based on requested before. But I got smelly bathroom. I ask the receptionist to change the room and they change my room also they help me for moving to the new room. The new room much better condition. Staff was really nice. Also they clean my room before 11 AM. So far breakfast was good, since I'm not really well at that time so I couldn't taste my meal so well. The problem is the bathroom door cannot be locked both room and also we can still hear noise from the outside also from the other room. Need to improve this problem because is really effect during my stay

On our third day, we forgot to change the privacy status to " please clean the room" as we were rushing to to meet the tour guide at 7.20am. As a result, the room was not clean. This was okay as it was our mistake. However, out two cards were blocked from accessing the room 615 when we returned at about 9pm. This caused a bit of inconvenience. Overall, we were happy to stay at the hotel as the service was good.

Other guest intervention to my wife till room door. Check CCTV dated September 13th, 2019 time 9:20 - 10:00AM. There are construction on second floor close under my room 318 without any announcement letter and or direct information. Room very noisy from 08:00 till 10:30, construction stoped when I was going down and angry to construction people. No management MBCC try to say apologize to me. After very angry and then management try to move the room 308. But late cause already 2 day fell disturb. Word of “INCOGNITO” not fixed confirmed.

Filed three complains in total due to renovation noise on Sunday 15 September 2019. Timing 1.30pm(called front desk), 2.40pm (complained to front desk personally) and 8.30pm (Malam. Called Duty manager personally) He managed to stop the noise finally.

We were given room 308. No one told us about renovations going on downstairs. They started drilling in the morning. We were told that it would stop at 6pm. But at 7pm it was still noisy. I usually sleep till noon and by 8 or 9 in the morning the noise was just unbearable.

Stay was fine, staff seemed preoccupied at reception with little attention to customer, "just going through the motions", room was lovely with nice and modern feel. Room service was extremely slow, food was cold when it arrived and serving was so small it was more an appetiser than main meal very disappointing.

Overall it was good but unfortunately the elevator between the guest and staff is the same elevator, waiting the elevator is frustrated. Every time when the elevator is open we need to wait for another one. Staff of the hotel always bring food in the trolly trade which is make the elevator full. Check in time also took long, the receptionist is not as fast as the other mercure hotel.

The stay here was overall a good one. Room was beautiful but the balcony covered the nice scenery. Breakfast was good can be better. The carpentary works in the hotel was not good. Especially the toilet door.
