Overall, the service is excellent. Booked through Accorplus to redeem room upgrade, receptionists are very polite. The only point to improve: maybe due to shortage of staffs during breakfast time, the cleaning is a bit slow, difficult for other guests to find the available clean table for breakfast.

Hotel room was nice, toilet was very clean, You just need to improve your breakfast. Variety of breakfast is okay, but some food were served cold, not warm enough such as pancake. And the major issue is parking space in your hotel. In the evening even worst, we don't know where to park our car.

We got a room on the 10th floor. When we got in the room, we heard some noise, it was like someone was drilling and hammering on the wall. I called the reception desk about the noise and would like to move to a quiet room. I was told the receptionist would look into it. Minutes later I was on the phone again and was informed that the noise was from the 12th floor and that it would be stopped immediately. Thank you for the quick response. We could sleep soundly. After breakfast which was very good, we went up to the 15th floor, to enjoy the screnery by the pool. It was marvelous! We went back to the poolside in the afternoon, to enjoy afternoon breeze & some snacks and to take some pictures. We did late checkout at 4 pm As a member, I was entitled to check out at 5 pm! I could have given this hotel 9, but the bathroom facial tissue paper smelled like chicken sh*t. When checking out, I took some of the tissue paper to the receiption desk so that house keeping people could check other rooms’ tissue too. I may stay in Mercure hotel next time I go to this city.

When check in very quickly, staff very smart, room very comfortable, clean, can sleep well, when safety box error, call housekeeper, only few minute come and safety box can use again, thks for all staff, we feel like at home
