« the front desk staffs are not helpful. »

Firstly, The front desk staffs useless.i had to talk to them there times that my second mercure card doesn’t open in the same evening. Next morning, i locked myself outside then had to go to G floor by stairs from 7 floors, the issue still didn’t resolve yet they smiled at me, giving me thus annoyed indonesian discrimination look. Secondly, the card doesn’t allow use lift to basement B floor, not convenient. Thirdly, takes forever for the parking operator to let us out even though at the first day we had out ticket stamped. They keep asking like they don’t believe we stayed there, or maybe because we rent scooter for our stay in bandung, so every one look us down. Very very dissatisfied. I can tell hilton, swiss bell(near train station), aston has better discipline staff , way better manner, and customer service. those above were my comment I wrote to Agoda toward your hotel. furthermore, do i have to re register my wifi code every single day? by all means reset the password and phoned reception? well, stayed for 2 nights, after the first night I had to call reception to solve this issue. luckily it was just 2 nights. and the password often not recognised my entry. lastly, i cant go down to B level. had to go down to G floor then take the stair to basement,.. not a BIG issue, it's just non sense where you have B level OPTION in escalator but I could not access it. 2nd last, i dont feel like i had had the right to have vehicle in the hotel basement, as I am Australian resident visiting indonesia for 1.5 weeks, i had to rent scooter to go around due to traffic, to me it seems people look down because of it, especially security and gatekeeper, but again I am not too fuzzy about it, maybe for the sake of safety ect. hence, I keep comparing with other hotel the I've been to. e.g. Hilton bandung that I stayed a week last year, and 2 nights this 26 january. never have an issue. i know you could have done better, but for now, i would not recommend to fellow worker within gov. dept of health.

The lobby exhibits stunning interior design; the rooftop swimming pool has a very nice view, the rooms are beautiful and cozy and breakfast was delicious. The hotel is busy at the weekend and the parking lot was full.

I'm stayed in the weekend and the traffice was so bad. When i arrived at the hotel, the lobby is very spacious but it takes to long cause the droff off lobby is full of car. The room was clean and quitely, the design is give a new idea for me and very inspirational. The food when i was breakfast is so-so, maybe because on the weekend its to crowded.

« Good furniture, bad amenities »

Amenities such as coffee and tea provided, toothbrush, is of budget hotel quality. Sandals is passable, room only partially covered with carpet. Water heat setting can only go warm to cold. Not hot enough for some guests, I bet. Good bed and pillow, though.

« Good ambience and very comfy room. »

I was stayed for one night in 309 room, but won't get up and checked out if I don't have a next meeting back here in Jakarta. The room is soo comfort me (ignored there is no HBO movies), the food was nice (except for the new duck's menu), and if you just stay inside at your room, due to your 'not quite useful' balcony in 309. I will back soon to Mercure Bandung City, but will stay at higher floor I guess.

great location, nice room and very nice rooftop pool, but my kids was cry when the pool cannot be used. it was our second stay at mercure bandung city centre, and the pool is one of the reason we are back, and unfortunately the pool was under maintenance, very dissapointed.
