« First stay at the Novotel City Centre Bandung »

Overall we were very satisfied with this hotel. The good in general was very good. The spectacular views were wonderful. The horizon pool on the roof with accompanying bar/restaurant was great too although the price of the food and drinks were extremely expensive so, do not go there to eat or drink, just have a swim and enjoy the pool.and views (night views spectacular). The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and had a wonderful view also.

I didn't stay long in this hotel for this trip because I was here only for a short business trip with my colleague. The highlight of my stay would probably the outstanding swimming pool with stunning view!

Is my first stay in here, this hotel really good overall. Room really clean,good staff. Always smile when I meet their in corridor. Fast response when I need request or anything else. « It was very difficult to call the hotel staff via phone »

It was very difficult to contact the hotel staff via phone (operator, receptionist, housekeeping, duty manager, even the restaurant), so I had to G. to the front office to tell them that water drainage in bathroom was clogged up and at that time (9 am) there was only one person in receptionist handled three guests queueing, AMAZING SERVICE OF A FOUR STARS HOTEL!!! The second night, I tried to order the room service by calling the restaurant extention number but nobody picked up my calls. On departure date, I called the receptionist to ask them to bring my laundry but nobody brought the laundry so I had to G. to the front office again to take my laundry while checking out, I needed so long time to process the check out.. Well done, you all did the great job on serving your guest as a four hotel.

« Its ok, not so impressed »

Im staying with my family and it was part of our parents wedding anniversary. I mentioned it on my booking and your team reply me back promised to have towel arrangements and slice cake in my parents room. When we check in, only one room was ready out of 3 rooms that we book. The reception promised me that he will prepare the room for my parents with small surprise. But the moment we receive our room, nothing was done and i need to call the reception to ask their promise. When we went out for dinner, the team enter my parents room and create some towel arrangements and it was nice, but no cake or anything like to make it more personalized. The room was clean and fine, but the carpet look so tacky. It literally moving everywhere when we step on it. The phone in my room was inoperative and i need to go to another room to make phone call. The staff was very friendly tough. The breakfast was nice and have many options. The service crew was very attentive and always clear up our table whenever they pass by.

Having staycation for 3 days 2 nights. Plus point The hotel location near to Jl Asia Afrika, minimarket and Italian cafe. Nice ice cappucino on the pool. Yummy noddle bar and fresh fruit juice. Just one tlbad point, the drains in the bathroom Overall, Im having pleasent stay at thr hotel

As usual, the service and amenities of the hotel is superior to other hotel. Friendly and profesional front offices, great accor elite recognition, modern rooms, decent breakfast and adequate toiletries. The only thing that btoehrrd me a little is a reminder call from your operator at 11am that our checkout time was at 12pm and whether we need help with our luggage. While the tone offered was sounded sincere and courteous, I found the call to be impractical and disruptive. I understand that some people need help with the bags, or needs to be reminded, but the call is unnecessary to be applied to all GUESTS before their checkout time. I knew because I got such calls on both days of my two night stay (on different rooms)

Too many negative experience. First, It took us more than a month just to book this hotel. Unlike before, Accorhotels booking system today made it impossible to book a room for multiple nights with one night using stayplus. We had to make 2 separate bookings. Then upon arrival another disappointment, the Deluxe balcony room that we booked is ONLY on low floor (3rd) while we wanted high floor (not mentioned on website). So we had to downgrade our room to get that. The furniture in the room looks cheap and in fact many of them already had chipped surface while the hotel was less than a year old. Albeit tasty, the food choice at breakfast is less than what we usually got from a Mercure. On the plus side, the location is strategic, everything is within walking distance, including an Alfamart right across the street. The reception staff is helpful. The infinity pool overlooking the city is really nice.
