Good place for stay.. the only anoying sound is the sound of switch from the other room, may be there is a kids so at night someone playing on off the switch all night long.. and can be hear from my room when there is no other sound about to sleep then here come the on off switch klik klak klik klak and didnt stop for long time.. oh dear.. :D

As any other accor hotel, I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. However, I'm quite surprised by the taste of early breakfast (sahur). It's really good.

The room surprisingly very comfy and the housekeeping is nice. Unfortunately, I didnt try the food. The location is very strategic in the city centre. The bad thing is the parking space.

I stayed 2 nights, staff were nice and helpful. Wifi in the room was the worst experience. I couldn't work inside my room and had to be in the lobby area where the wifi was strong enough.

This hotel is in the center of Bandung, near to "Alun-alun", Great Mosque, Asia Africa Street, center of culinary, and outlet fashion. Hotel's staffs are very kind, competence and helpful. Food and beverage in Restaurant is good, variance and taste, even though for "sahur" (early breakfast) Unfortunately the parking space is limited, narrow, and parking in basement will get bad smell. Bedroom is comfortable, but need vacuum especially on carpet.

The hotel did not give me their best impression when I arrived. Parking space too limited, breakfast was too simple and room rather dark, as well as the shower. Cleanliness is superb and super friendly!

Food are so so, not so many healthy food, check out time take too long, maybe its too early in the morning (5.30 am), the front desk might be still sleepy, they charge me something that i should not be charged and the other things I also asked them to revised restaurant buffet bill that I booked for 4 person but at the end only 3 person come and ate ( this is my mistake actually since I signed for 4 person instead of 3) seem its took more then 3 days to revise this and its already 2 days I still not able to finalize and settle my bill, I asked then to email me my finale bill but nothing after 2 days

1. Registration was not smooth & took some time eventhough I have made reservations. 2. After entering the room, someone tried to access the room with another access card. Double registration (room 721). 3. Parking lots are minimal. 4. Surrounding environment is good (ie; easy to get local foods). 5. The room is excellent but the lighting switches can be further improved. 6. Breakfast menu is ok.
