« Large and clean rooms; service to be improved »

Rooms are large and clean. Front desk staff was however not really customer-focused. I was not recognized as a gold member, hence could not enjoy the privileges. The worst issue was that they obviously did not realize that my suitcase was delivered to the hotel in the night by the airline. I asked several times, even in the morning whether the suitcase has arrived. finally, after asked several times the suitcase "appeared". Hotel has not really a bar to meet. The small refreshment area in the lobby was not serviced and I could even not get a something to drink. I was told I should go to their restaurant on another floor.

How come there is no one who speaks English? I do not understand. Is this the Accor chain hotel? I spent two days in solitary confinement No one understands what I say and no one answers my question I will never go to this hotel again

After the mataindence of the guest elevator, the hotel is more fancy than before. But the same kindly housekeeping services is still impressive.Also the FO team is efficient ,that I have already upgraded to the Accor Plus Plantium card can tell !

I am satisfactory with anything while I was accommodated. But an issue I met really bother me, your map in your APP shows(yes, it is wrong until now) wrong location, completely wrong... Please check it and correct it if you can. I had been confused on the way to your hotel and finally arrived with the help of "baidu map"(baidu is wrongly located too, but only around 100m difference). If you are not the right person to tell please inform me. Thanks with regards.

Generally your hotel is well managed. The front desk staff were polite and helpful, no complaint there. The only dissatisfaction I have was the deposit. I paid my deposit without questioning the amount asked, what disgusted me, I used the room service and the bill was 88yuan, I signed the bill to charge to my room. About 5 minutes later, the staff requested me to pay cash as my room deposit does not cover the 88yuan. How rediculous and annoying for a small matter. This small matter reflects on the stupidity of the management.
