Very good. I really feel comfortable in the hotel. Staffs are very helpful (reception and restaurant). The room is very clean. The breakfast was enough for me th have energy to start the day. I had everything wat I need. Great service! Thank you.

It was only a one-night stop and perfectly adequate but, overall, the experience was slightly disappointing: as I boarded the plane in the UK, I received an email telling me that reservation had been cancelled as we hadn't arrived, despite the fact that we said it would be a late arrival when we booked. This meant a panicked call almost as the plane was taking off, which was less than ideal. The room itself and the bathroom were spacious, but the room had two twin beds pushed together rather than a double. The smell from the brewery was atrocious (although not a problem inside the building and clearly not the fault of the hotel).

« Pleasant, clean hotel let down by apathetic restaurant staff. »

The hotel & room were very nice. Reception staff also good, as were staff in the bar. But later at 8pm when we attempted to have dinner in the restaurant, we were met by a waiter whose facial expressions and body language clearly told us that he would rather be doing whatever he was doing before we arrived than serve us; (we were the only guests in the room at the time as the restaurant opened at 8pm). As a consequence we left without eating and the hotel lost that potential revenue and due to weather conditions outside, we went to bed hungry.

« Never on a Sunday!! »

Everything (the room, the view etc) was great until we wanted an evening meal. The restaurant was closed on Sunday and the option offered was a delivery service from a local restaurant. We were asked to order after 8.00 pm and when the food arrived at 9.00 pm it was almost cold. Thankfully the hotel had a microwave so we were able to warm the food enough to make it acceptable but it was disappointing. We stayed in an Ibis in Sant Jean de Luz that had 24hr snacks that were piping hot and very tasty. Something similar at this hotel should try.

Staff were friendly, polite, and helpful. The beds were very comfortable. The parking was really practical and reasonably priced. The room layout was nice. All the room missed was a fridge.

My stay was good, unfortunately, I found a better rate online than on; I have not received a reply to my best-rate-guarantee request however. I also did not receive a welcome drink. This made my stay a bit disappointing. I also think it is really weird that this IBIS Styles hotel does not include breakfast, which should be a feature of IBIS Styles, as the website of the brand shows.

The hotel was very easy to find, and the staff were very welcoming upon arrival. Enjoyed our stay. Only issue is that the hotel is a bit of a distance from the beach and sights

« Lovely hotel and great location »

This was the first time I had stayed at a Styles as opposed to the usual Ibis. Lovely big room, tv and bathroom. Great location for walking to the shopping centre and also very close to the number 11 bus stop making getting into town extremely easy. Friendly staff and I thoroughly enjoyed my meal in the restaurant on Thursday night; excellent value for money nicely washed down with a complimentary wine. And then I still hot my Accor freebie. Thank you!

The staff were lovely. The room was large however themain disappointment was that the airconditioner was not working. It was too late to move tbe first night & it was not fixed while we were out the next day & it was once again too late to move as we were leaving the next day & were tired. I would have thought these things would be checked by housekeeping?

We arrived, unusually, on a Sunday followed by a first a day. Because of this everything in the local was closed. It would have been goodbif the confirmation email or welcome email could have included information about the fiesta day.
