Nice Hotel, very nice staff. However, the room temperature controls did not function and the room was very hot making it uncomfortable to sleep.

« Extremely comfortable and stylish room with great service »

The suite I was staying in was to a very high standard. But my best experience was actually after I checked out... I had accidentally left my tablet in the hotel room, but was already en-route to another location in China and unable to return to the hotel to collect it. So I emailed the hotel and they were able to send it Express signed delivery to my next hotel in Shanghai within 24 hours - absolutely superb service!!

« Beautiful hotel,friendly and efficient staff,very comfortable room and convenient location »

From checking in until leaving the hotel,everything worked well and was most comfortable and clean. The executive club team were more than helpful and extremely pleasant. The only drawback to me was that I couldn't watch enough English language TV channels. I will definitely return to your hotel and would highly recommend it to all friends and colleagues
