Caring about what I need, they called me and check with me before my arrival. Bring humidifier, fruit and dessert to my room. They help me receive packages and send to my room. When I'm sick , the concierge brings me ginger water. I specially want to thanks for concierge team, they made me feel at home.

I am expecting good experience in the one of the best hotels in Weifang Shandong but I saw some improvements on different area, 1. Breakfast, one day the bowl is not available for me to take some Congee. 2. Water in room changed from "Goer" brand to another one during my stay. 3. Dinner, Children next to me made big noise and they drop the ballon on my table (2/14 night) but the hotel team has not taken effective actions to make improvement. 4. In the morning, the pickup place in not in order, try to find the car/mini bus everywhere. 5. Swimming pool is dark. Not feel comfortable.(Energy saving?)

My wife ask support staff for six more Lipton red tea cause my friends came to visit us. However the staff said only gave us two daily. It's unbelievable to treat customs like this in five star hotel and we have four nights in this hotel. This behavior is like to say we are freeloaders and the staff insulted me. The park is another bad problem. The staff told me the park in B1 floor of building doesn't belong to hotel so that must charge us. The ground park is free but we must look for the chance of park occupation. This issue must be solved by hotel negotiating with Wanda. It's unfair to customer.
