We did really much appreciate our time we spent in this hotel. Personnel is very friendly, responsive to our inquiries and very helpful. Special thanks to a Russian-speaking lady from the reception, she was really helpful when we had to go to the hospital after our son injured his head in the swimming pool area. She quickly arranged a taxi for us to get to the hospital and quicly made a copy of the passport of my son, so we could submit it at the hospital. Hopefully we will have another opportunity to stay in Ibis Styles Nha Trang. And we will definetly recommend Ibir Stiles Nha Trang to our friends should they want to spend their holidays at Nha Trang. Thanks a lot, All our best regards, Igor, Oksana and Georgiy

I had a nice stay at Ibis Nha Trang. The pizza was nice, fast room service, very nice spa and the bartender at the pool was absolutely friendly and professional. Although there were some small issues that need to be improved: - I stayed in room 805, when I first come, it had a very bad smell. - On the left wall near by the sofa bed, there are some scratch, dirt that need to be repaint - I had ordered beef steak at the lobby restaurant on the first day and I was informed that the beef steak is not available at that moment. It was alright until the next day when I ordered room service, I was informed that if I want to order some beef steak, I must pre order in advance. It was a little bit strange for me as a 4-star hotel doesn't have this kind of food. - I understand that the spa is not belong to the hotel, but it cause a little inconvenience that I had to go back to the room to take the money then go back to the spa to pay for the treatment. It would be easier if it can be charged to my account and settle later. But the spa treatment was really great, Worth for the effort . My overall experience is very great, I hope that these small issues will be fixed in the next time I arrive in the very near future

Good overall :) I felt very welcomed by the receptionist team. A Tan - team lead was super helpful & Tu’ as well. The room is comfortable and looks modern. I like it coz its small enough for myself and the bed is very cozy. Maybe two thing that Ibis could improve: - Breakfast should be more variety - I ordered Pho through Room service for dinner of one night, but it did not taste good...paid 150k for it, which is definitely overpriced. The meat was ok, but the soup tasted like you buy ready to eat soup from the supermarket... - For laundry service: I requested to send one staff to pick up my clothes, she knocked literally 3-4 times continuously, I was a bit annoyed because you when you knock 1 or 2 that already so loud, people in the room can hear it, why knocking it so hard and so many times? I was in laying down in my bed, it took time for me walk to the door. Maybe that is part of her personality or this is something that you can consider training your staff

We arrived early after a night train. We expected to keep our luggage and eat breakfast then hang out. But the front desk was able to let me in with a nice upgrade. I personally love the ocean view. My sons enjoyed the swimming pool so much, nice size view and not so busy. The buffet breakfast was awesome, they love mini pancake, eggs and sausage. The in room dining food was so delicious, we were so hungry after long day at Vinpearl. Last but not least, thank you Housekeeping team for a clean room, thank you ms. Hieu ( Guest Experience Manager) to make this family reunion stay become the sweetest memories for our summer.

I have stayed at this hotel several times. It is like home to me whenever I travel to Nha Trang. The room is cozy, the staffs are friendly and the food is delicious. Just one minus point, in my recent stay, there were some big liquid-drop dirts on the sofa which had not been cleaned properly before my check-in. This was a bit annoying. Anyway the rest of the room was perfectly cleaned as usual

Quite and warm, all the staffs are friendly, clear and instruction when you have some quests, the room is clean, But need to care about the air-condition, some time so hot and very suffocating because of air-condition slow or not work, need to help customers prepare all before they come the buffet is comfortable with Asia and Russia the price is good and reasonable

Good facilities, breakfast was average. Surcharges in the bar were irritating. Massage in the hotel were a bi expensive compared to what is available externally. Would strongly recommend that the complimentary water bottle size be increased to a litre.

In the city center, near the beach, restaurants, cafe...Easy for travelling around. Good point: Friendly staff, clean hotel, nice swimming pool. Need approvement: Amenities slightly poor (no razor...), the floor was sticky a little.
