The room is a bit small, the rest room and bathroom is not convenient because of the door of the rest room. The working table is nice, and it is very nice when the room has a nice window where we could see the light and outside

« A stay to remember »

Overall, I was very satisfied with the room. It has excellent view of the ocean, and the design was beautiful - neat, great colors, and good for family stay. Breakfast food was nice, variety was sufficient - but pastries were a little dry on the first day (on the second day, they were better). Staff at reception were all very friendly, polite and helpful. Room service was good. I enjoyed the swimming pool and especially the play area for my little boy next to the pool. The hotel was family-friendly in my opinion. The only thing I would recommend is to have more children's high chairs for the dining areas. On the first day, I asked for a chair for my baby, and one of the staff pointed to a chair which was being used by another guest. I told her the chair was in use; she just shook her head and told me there was no other chair, and turned away without offering any further help. I was pretty disappointed. On the second day, I asked the receptionist at the front counter and she was helpful, providing me with one. However, the chair did not have seat belt or a front detachable tray to help secure the baby - my baby could still sit but an adult had to hold on to him or her while eating. I was just thinking perhaps this can be an area of improvement to help enhance the overall experience for hotel guests, especially those accompanied by small children. Other than that, we were very pleased with our stay and many thanks to all the staff for making it a trip to remember. :)

Overall I thought the hotel was very good and reasonably priced. The guest reception and customer service staff were extremely friendly, respectful and helpful, particularly when my flight was cancelled and I had to make alternative arrangements. That said my experience in the breakfast hall was not very good. Often the food was cold (bacon, eggs, beans, etc) and some of the other guests was disgusting and offensive - poor hygiene and eating habits.

Super facility with beautiful s inning pool, great views of the sea and beach from high floors, but service not so good. Mrs. Diem VO is not willing to help and DON’T ACCPET for keeping luggages for few minutes.

Well done! I had a vacation in August. The procedure for check in very fast, no need to wait. The breakfast should change everyday. Pool on 3rd floor. Staff friendly, mr. « A great hotel for family but something needs to be improved »

When I first arrived at the hotel, there was a hotel employee in blue T-Shirt standing in front of the entrance. He was staring at me in a very weird and serious way. He just kept looking at me trying to open the big class door with a heavy back-bag on the bag and a three year-old child in hand, without any intention of helping me to open the door. That is disappointing at an Accor hotel. But anyway, the rest of my experience at Ibis Nha Trang is nice. The receptionists and the swimming pool staffs are very friendly and helpful. The room is clean and spacious. My little daughter asked me to return this hotel and I promise her that I will definitely D. that.
