I was treated very well, but perhaps the hotel already knows who I am, and that I was there to help hotel launch Soap For Hope. The staff were friendly, courteous and offered help whenever I needed.

Reception crew was very friendly! Room was upgraded to sea view upon arrival and the welcome gift was surprising as well! Other amenities were expected and facilities are basic. Spa service requires improvement as staff barely understand our request. Breakfast spread was very good and taste delicious

Hotel speak english, somebody at reception can speak russian. 5 minutes from the sea.Beach towels free for everyday. I stayed with room hight floor, nice view. The reception friendly, very helpful and special thanks mr.lam (doorman) and Thai phan (guest relation )who provided information and alway smile when they see me.

« The service from arriving to departure was excellent, the staff from Front Desk to Room Cleaning were courteous at all times. »

My overall experience was excellent with nothing a problem to all staff who were courteous and always greeting visitors with a smile and “Can we help you with anything Sir” As a regular user of hotels throughout the Asian Region, I would put the “Ibis Hotel” Nha Trang close to the top for service and friendly Staff as it’s important to see a Happy Working Environment were all staff set out to be courteous to all visitors. I would recommend this hotel to all types of travelers either on holiday or business. Breakfast was good with a comprehensive choice of food, as this is a Three Star Hotel the Dining is satisfactory and reasonably priced.

All was good. Exceptional too many Chinese tourist and noisy. Hotel is new. Staff are nice n helpful such as Thai pham receptionist, Hai Bellman. They showed me where to go where to eat.... especially Mr. Tan FOM he welcomed me warmly. He gave me room upgrade and I got free drink from lucky draw. That’s nice.

Good quality hotel with simple clean well designed rooms. The breakfast offered great selection each day. The pool was a very nice oasis to relax although unfortunate there’s a lot of construction work in the neighbourhood which can get noisy during the day. Key was the staff who all provided great service with a smile and did all possible to make our stay comfortable.

This was a great hotel to stay at in Nha Trang city. Very central and close to places of interest, restaurants etc. Service by reception staff was excellent and very friendly and helpful at all times - even when checking for bus services, or calling local services for us when we couldn't use our phones. However the girl at the tour advice desk offered poor service. Given that we only spoke English we had a difficult time communicating, but she made no effort to find someone who could communicate with us so that she might help us book a tour for the following day. Would expect a hotel chain of this size to offer better tour services. We ended up going to another hotel and using their tour desk instead.
