Wonderful facilities, friendly staff, amazing service and a delicious food. Perfectly located next to Old Town. Outstanding experience. The two pools were Awesome, the day spa was a lovely treat. A favourite hotel.

While my stays at Accor Hotels are always enjoyed and all staff are well trained and excellent there always seems to be an exceptional staff member who steps up and does something special for me. Ms. Sa Tran was this exceptional person for me at the M Gallery. It was her effort to establish an itinerary for my days after I left the hotel that was impressive. Many years ago, before Vietnam was a popular tourist location, I had stayed at small homestay on the Island of Ly Son. This was prior to the internet use as a tool for marketing so I had no info to now find this location. I did not even know if it still existed. Ms. Tran scanned through my photos from years ago and noticed a small sign with a name she could trace. From this she was able to find the location and make contact and arrangements for my stay on the island. She then made arrangements at a small homestay in Quang Ngai close enough to the ferry to make it possible for me to make the earliest boat to the island. Some of this would have been impossible for me to handle and the other parts would have taken several hours for me. She then made all ground transportation arrangements. Finally, and most impressive, she followed up with me over the course of the next several days to ensure things were going smoothly for me. And things did go smoothly. Thanks to her willingness to step up, focus on her client's needs, and go the extra mile. Please let Ms. Sa (and her management team) know how much appreciate what she did to make my trip successful beyond my expectations. Mike B.

Loved the smell of the hotel, our room was stunning with a beautiful Bathroom and amazing interior. Every detail was perfect. I did even try to buy one of the fluffy bath robes but was told it was not an option. Buffet was amazing too! Only thing lacking was the gym . Everything else was perfect .

Amazing hotel and the staff go above and beyond. Super comfy beds and very luxurious spacious rooms. I loved the pool and the rooftop bar. Location is also great, a nice and easy stroll to the old quarter. I will definitely be back!!!

« Good to stay for holiday. »

It was nice to stay during our family holiday. Facilities and beakfast was good. Futhermore the staffs are very kind and helpful. However you need to improve soundproofing of the room that I could hear the sound other customer’s talking and laughing in corridor. That was the only bad point.

Japanese restaurant is so slow and does not have many choices for customers. Servers are good. Food quality is average. Servers at breakfast are too slow and somehow they do not know how to serve! 4 people with 2 settings, no cloth, no napkins... let customers wait for a straw for too long and did not ask them to be back to their seats and give them later. Didnt clean table properly. Didnt focus on some areas or people’s needs.
