Rooms very tired

Mould on bathroom ceiling. Painted tiles with paint peeling off. Mould and corrosion around bottom of shower and waste. My guests did not have hot water to their shower. On arrival we were asked for additional money despite full payment in advance. Do not expect this from Styles. Very disappointed.

The layout needs to be improved. Travelling with 2 young children & a large pushchair, and the family suite is on the third floor, with no lift!!! Who thought this out.
