É um hotel quatro estrelas significativamente melhor que muitos outros com o mesmo número de estrelas por aí afora. Lobby muito bacana, recepção atenciosa, restaurante bom, quartos muito bons, banheiros bons, toalhas poderiam ser um tiquinho melhores, mas ok. Pessoal de serviços, todos com quem interajo, muito educados e eficientes. Recomendo vivamente; se você vier a Itajaí ou Navegantes, este é seguramente o melhor hotel da região.

I have been staying at your hotel more than 10 times over the past 3 years. During this stay, there were few maintenance issues: the shower faucet handle falls off easily and the TV remote was falling apart. The staff replaced the TV remote but the shower faucet handle was not fully fixed because the handle fell off again on my last night. In addition, some of the new staff are not well trained. I’ve waited in line for simple things ( re- magnetize the room key - twice during this stay) what watching 2 to 3 staff hovering around helping 1 guest - very inefficient. I also suggest having a scale to allow guest to weigh their luggage. I was told the hotel does not have a scale - I suggest you have a scale because it will be useful for the guests

Staff is unprepared to deal with customers because they deny everything you ask. Don’t stay here, unless you like stress disorder or unhappiness!. I’m here from 15th to 16th and I almost hate my decision to book this hotel. Political administration it’s terrible !
