I stayed here for three nights during fskily traveling in Singapore. The room is convenient, the room service is quick but the most useful facility for my family is the shuttle.

Was given a up grade for my first stay with Mercure. House keeping staff also help to join 2single to 1 queen size bed for us. The only thing was I found some hair under the bed and some under the small table near the window. Location was abit out of place, saw a mini shuttle bus but not sure if the guest can use. Hoping the reception staff can give more information during check in.

2 incidents make me have this thoughts. I ask for wine glass and ice bucket and took more than 1 hour with 3 calls to receive it. When I check out, it’s was so pack and short handed that I can’t even check out manually. No one is at your ‘Accor Priority’ country to serve and I need to do an express checkout which till now, I received no email with regards to the exact amount that I will be paying for my room.

« Memorable Experience In Mercure On Stevens »

We stayed at the neighbor hotel, Novotel, before we chose this Mercure. The fact that these two hotels are side by side, has encouraged me to book Mercure for 3 nights. The Cafe was really good with their Vanilla Latte. The swimming pools shared with Novotel were so clean and fresh. The room was just enough for us, couple with short holiday agenda. Bathroom clean and tidy. Will stay again in one month time. Still waiting for the quotation from the Reservation department for our next trip this upcoming July 23

Long slow process checking in after a long flight and then being redirected from the hotel I had actually booked in to. Room was very small, bathroom tiny and dark! Restaurant was expensive but not exceptional! Staff were courteous and helpful.

The hotel is brand new, very nice and comfortable. The staff are friendly and attentive to customers’ needs. As an Accor Plus member, I find this hotel very good priced, especially the location is so near Orchard Road. Only one area for improvement: Please don’t limit no. of times my car can drive in and out of the hotel. I’m a local Singaporean, and I was having staycation at your hotel in Singapore. How can you limit the complimentary parking to only one ticket per day? Please give me unlimited entry/exit within the duration of my hotel stay. Thanks.

The toilet sink is leaking, you may want to get maintenance to fix it. Whenever I wash my hands, the toilet floor gets wet.

We love the service of the hotel n restaurant, we like the pool and kid can enjoy at kids area. The room is clean n comfy.. althougt a bit small. And they have free shuttle to orchard every half an hour... so great bring my kids here

Room is very small for the four of us. Me, my wife and my 11 and 5 years old feels is very compact room to share. wheres no extra space for us to put our luggage and the free beverage such as coffee and tea selection are not suitable for us. The placing of the TV also not very comfortable for me because its very close to the bed.

The USB port in the room was not able to use so we had trouble charging our phones as we did not bring the adaptor. The engineer was there to fix but it cant be fixed and there's no other rooms for us to change as they said the rooms were fully booked. However, the front office helped us by charging a power bank for us. So all in all, it was good staying at the hotel and the service is nice.

Overall experience was good, its new and clean, staff are polite. A few issues : Lights came on at 2am each morning (!?), staff didn't take credit card details so I got chased by bar staff as they didn't have credit. Overall good tho

the only issue was that as the rooms were very near each other, I can hear lot of noises from other rooms. sound proofing of rooms can be improved.
