The hotel room was clean and well kept. The restaurant facilities were quite good and service staff good. Breakfast was enjoyable. I would prefer barista coffee, if it was available in the restaurant for breakfast. The shuttle bus to Orchard Road was great, very convenient and quick.

Excellent. Checking a lovely staff woman as so helpful. Room lovely though no info in room on how things electronic/ electric worked . Area nice for walking and shuttle handy. Like lap pool. Liked money changer staff helped me with.

The room we’re badly maintained and housekeeping quality was horrible to the extent that rooms were unclean and coffee mgs and glasses were just washed with water in the bathroom. If that is hygiene Iam disappointed. The wait time and proactive was while checking in was horrible. The stay with my family here was a totally horrible experience we tied booked ourselves here.

the location is unique that both hotels shared the common facilities and the linked layout is interesting. Overall, an interesting concept for stay with eating outlets around except a few seemed to be closing shops.

I don’t know why but this time The cleaning for my room not so clean. Stay here for 3 nights, 1st day enter room very clean, but 2nd and 3rd day I think the cleaning service only make the room so can see that they clean it but for me this not so clean. Still have trash and my bed also still have hair which mayb fall from me or my family during sleep. Othr than this all good. Thank you.

Fine and very good, but you need to install BIDET in your toilet.....I don't use tissue for using the toilet....I need water...but there is none to friendly use it

Hotel location is very convenient. It is mostly clean and maintained. There were some issues with the TV that didn't work and door lock that got fixed 2 days later. Quality of food was excellent and staff was very friendly.

We are frequent patrons of Mercure on Stevens and had given excellent ratings with regards to our previous experiences. It was due to the standard we had experienced, that my fiancee was looking forward to another staycation in Mercure. The reason for this recent stay was a wedding proposal but unfortunately, we had to experience the drop in standard in cleanliness in the room. We found dust, mould near the basin and even toilet bowl left uncleaned. The previous stay happened in April and we are very disappointed that just within two months, the experience could differ so much. This is the fourth time we have patronized Mercure. We were allocated to a 3rd-floor room throughout the previous stays while this time we were given a 4th-floor room. The negligence of the room services may be due to different cleaner standard or during peak period. We really hope to regain a pleasant experience in our upcoming stay as we will definitely give another chance. On a side note, you might have too many customers during breakfast. The food was being refilled but it was clear that the kitchen was unable to cope with the rate that the buffet food was being consumed. However, it was clear that the chefs did their best to accommodate the demand.

Good room for a short stay. Helpful staff, excellent facilities - pool. Bad breakfast experiences both days. Day 1 in Winestone, its so hard to obtain breakfast due to design of restaurant. Food was OK, although due to how busy it was hard to keep stock up. Day 2 I was invited to Novotel on level 2 and that was worse. No staff to seat customers, all tables empty but not cleared of used dishes and food. Spillages of coffee left on floor in main walk way. No food at certain stations. I left and went back to Winestone and unfortunately it was out of control as well. The bread selection was very limited, the croissants were so stale. There were 2 small toasters to service a full restaurant. I had coffee, tastless noodles (as this was all there was) and left.
