We had a very brief one night stay before flying out for an early international flight. Upon arrival the Concierge was extremely attentive and helpful. Our room was comfortable and clean. Upon departure,again the Concierge was helpful in putting all of our luggage on a trolley to assist us to the terminal bus. We will certainly stay again when we next travel.

« FANTASTIC PLACE »

Wonderful service and attention. IDEAL FOR GETTING TO AIRPORT AS JUST SHORT SAFE WELL LIT WALK TO THE AIRPORT ITSELF. I stayed for this reason and only took about 10 min walk to get right to the check in etc. The Hotel itself is wonderful for food and accommodation if you are heading into Brisbane etc once off a plane.

No welcoming as a le accord member, just like any other ordinary or non member guest. Perhaps happened only in australia pullman. Hotel amenities already quite limited would at least must feel welcome doesn’t happened.

« What a difference a crew makes! »

Stayed twice in 4 days. First time I arrived cross-country. I mean, I lugged my suitcases across two main roads and a load of waste ground before reaching the hotel. There was no sign from the Domestic Terminal so I just walked in the direction of the hotel (which I could see). An airport worker waived me on towards the hotel and said that unfortunately I would have to cross several main roads to get there. I don't understand why he did that considering there is only ONE way to the hotel and it is NOT by crossing any main roads!! Maybe he was having a laugh?? Anyway on arrival at the hotel I did not feel in any way special and got no upgrade (I'm 50% on the way to Platinum). I questioned this and was told they were busy. Oh well. Generally quite a cool reception. Was it the jeans and casual shirt?? Three days later and now a lot wiser I took the car park route up the ramp from the departure hall (again no signs but once you are up on the overpass there are plenty directing you). Arriving this time the desk lit up and I was made a big fuss of. Loads of jokes and really made to feel special by the evening crew (1st June)... Upgraded no problem, and morning call from a real person and not one of those annoying automated systems. Room great. Check-out great. Oh and one last thing... compliments to the barman - he always does a great job of making you feel welcome and attends to drinks, food all in friendly, good natured, chatty and timely fashion. He's a star performer!

we had a great stay and found brisbane airport fantastic and easy to access ,,,,,this will be our new hub for international travel and the hotel was great....bit let down on breakfast at the pullman we had breakfast at the ibis the next morning was worse...dinner at the ibis the night before hand was great

Staff were very helpful and the rooms lovely and new and clean. Only one downside - it was a real mission to get a fully gluten free meal on room service. Also the 2 GF cereals offered at breakfast were simply put, unpalatable. They need to be changed. The second time we stayed we took our own breakfast.

The hotel is ideally situated within a pleasant stroll to the domestic airport. It is very well appointed, the staff are professional and the accommodation very well presented and spotlessly clean. The only drawback was the restaurant which we found quite expensive with few simple choices for fussy eaters.

Arrived late at 10pm and early out 5am . Room pretty much the standard of other Accor group hotels. Howver the $40charge for parking I feel is excessive as many hotels dont charge for this. There was a complimentary drinks voucher which I used for early kickstart coffee.

As we live more than two hours from Brisbane and had an early morning flight, we decided to try the relatively new Pullman Brisbane Airport. Wednesday that this hotel just for one night. We were pleasantly surprised at how comfortable and modern and luxurious the room was. We ate in the hotel restaurant the food was very nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There is a shuttle bus which goes to the airport twice per hour.

Hotel was well staffed, friendly & helpful. Paid extra to have car ready at 4am for early flight and it wasn’t. Hotel rectified and with voucher for next stay. Stayed in king bed suite, spacious enough desk available Clean, tidy and good showers.

« Clean, comfortable and fantastic staff »

Oh and did I mention the fabulous food at Apron Restaurant - in house dining? We just stayed the one night on our way home to NZ after a great break on SC. We really enjoyed the genuine warm service, and high degree of professionalism of the staff. They all seemed to take their careers seriously and enjoy their job - which is more than some of the places I have stayed in. We also enjoyed an excellent meal and service at their restaurant. Not much more I can say, except we would stay again in a heartbeat and can recommend. We got a very good advance rate which made it a bargain for what we got.

« Friendliest, most helpful staff ever! »

This is a brand new hotel, and it shows in all the best ways. Staff is never too busy to help or make suggestions. They are willing to engage in a bit of conversation (when no one else is waiting for service), and they go out of their way to point out the best routes to take anywhere. The only place the service was ever this friendly was 18 years ago at the Oriental in Bangkok!

Just an overnight stay for a job interview so i used one of my free nights. I am travelling overseas next year and seeing this Hotel is so close to the Airport i wanted to see if it would suit me and my partner. Rooms very well appointed but our air conditioning did not work and just blew a freezing cold draft. The staff could not fix it but DID NOT OFFER ANY OTHER SOLUTION such as to move rooms. Club Breakfast was very ordinary
