A truly top rated Hotel, very friendly and helpful staff, room are super nice and very clean and tidy. Location at Airport is superb. Breakfast is very nice Beds are comfortable especially with a choice of pillow type.

Stay was comfortable and welcoming after 24hrs of travelling. Room was clean and modern and met every expectation. The only thing I found wrong with the place was the fact WiFi needed to be paid for.

My flight from Townsville was delayed so I missed my connecting flight and Qantas booked me into the hotel. I'm grateful that they did. Delicious food, lovely clean and attractive room, comfortable bed meant I slept well and had an enjoyable stay. Impressed with the uniforms of the staff and found them to be very friendly, polite and pleasant to talk to. Lovely experience overall especially considering the circumstances.

Missed flight connection meant I stayed overnight at airlines expense.Checkin was easy and fast (once I had found the way from the local terminal to the hotel). Convenient that I could sharge the meal in the restaurant at either hotel to my hotel room. Great service, they even gave me an AAA battery to replace a flat one. Appreciated as there was no shop selling items like this at the Terminal. I good place to wind down between stressful trips.

Great booking in process, friendly and quick. Team assisted with holding of surfboard until we could organise a courier the next business day. Great service. However we did left some wet items of clothing in the bathroom and when we phoned (Monday) to see if these could be added to the surfboard for couriering, the items could not be found. Whilst disappointing that these items went missing between Saturday and Monday, we still had s good experience.

Professional - however I called from the airport to ask if the shuttle was still running. It was after 11pm so understandable that it was not however the comment that "we have been very busy today" was not helpful in the context - better to just say to take a taxi in the circumstances

The staff were fantastic the only disappointment was that we were at a conference and we had booked the upstairs bar of the function centre. This was a nightmare. Nothing working, 25 minutes to get a lemonade. An embarrassing experience for the host.
