friendly staff, great room with a wonderful shower - love the wet room style, breakfast was plentiful in a spacious cafe seating area. we needed an iron (we were going to a wedding) and more pillows both requests were handled quickly and efficiently. Thank you for a great stay..

It was pleasant stay, staff friendly although had to wait a long time for bar service. Hot breakfast dishes were very slow to refill. And very small selection of yogurt and fruit. Also in the room 2 pillows per person on the bed would have been nice

It was a pleasant stay, however I had asked for a room with accessibility, but on checking in I was given a normal room. I then asked why I had not been given the room promised to me, and was told that room was no longer available. I cannot believe that in the hotel there was only One room for disabled guests. Also as a Member of Le Accor why was I not allowed to check in early? I was told I would have to pay £10 if I wished to check in early.! Appalling.

I have used this hotel on several occasions and always found it clean and the beds are comfortable. My only complaint is that despite using the online check in facility and ticking the box asking for the quick departure which means I should get the invoice by email I have not yet received one.

Great. Hotel well located. Friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. Clean, comfortable rooms. Good breakfasts. Only disappointment was realising my Accor points had vanished as my trip was a few weeks late this year. This scheme is obviously not intended for occasional visitors like myself.

Yes, a budget hotel but ………….. Pretty duvet covers & pillow slips would have brightened up the room. Two pillows per person would also have helped with the night's sleep. Chipped furniture never looks good. Neither does broken window handles hanging off. The bar area was cold so we took our drinks to our room. On our arrival for breakfast there was no hot food and we had to wait and then we had to wait again for plates! Only one coffee machine and it ran out of milk.... we had to wait again. Only one toaster which took too long to toast and then the bread needed toasting again. Not impressed at all with this hotel.

We arrived thinking the rooms would have air con! Your website says air con so we presumed it meant the rooms! After walking into a very hot room we went to reception to have a chat with Tina. She found us some fans and delivered them to our rooms. At the same time as delivering an iron and iron board! We had to have another meeting with Tina later in the night.. around 10.15pm as the power went out in the two rooms we were using! Again she sorted it out! The only thing wrong with our room other than the no air con was the extractor fan in our bathroom was filthy! It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for a while but the husband cleaned it. Wishing I had taken a photo to show how dirty it was! At breakfast the next morning I put my cup in the coffee machine to get a coffee... 100% done and ready.. nothing in the cup! Tina came to the rescue again! She was such a big help and a lovely member of staff!! The things that were wrong didn’t matter so much! The breakfast you offer is amazing. Absolutely no complaints about it especially when it’s included in the room rate. The beds were comfortable. The shower was a little temperamental with the power of the water and did go from hot to cold a couple of times! So mixed feelings but wouldn’t put me off as everything was fixed thanks to your amazing member of staff! We will be back..

Check in felt a bit inefficient, room was fine, clean and well equipped. I personally prefer carpet to laminate flooring, as laminate feels colder and you can hear people in room above walking. Dinner was ok but let down by very slow service. I have to wait for 30 min to get soup and a further 35 min for main course, and the restaurant was relatively quiet. the food itself was nice. after checking out I received a phone call saying I had gone over my dinner allowance limit, and needed to pay the extra. whilst I was happy to do this, why was this not addressed at check out?

After staying here over the last three years you still have not got your act together on booking in very good then decided to have a drink went to bar and because we were in a group as soon as we got to the bar they just walked off no hello or will be with you in a minute and nobody to serve so after 5 minutes went to pub next door breakfast a disgrace no wonder it's free

Clean and modern, good size rooms and good flow on the shower. Breakfast was good value. Only negative was the bed and pillow were extremely firm, to the point of sleeping on a plank.
