« Great value - with Style »

One night stay to visit Crewe station. The hotel is around a 20 minute level walk at the entrance to a business park. Check in was fine although the computer was down and the room was perfect for a short stay. The hotel is some way from the amenities of the town so I decided to use the restaurant. This was a good decision as the choice and quality of the food was excellent, and surprisingly good value. Breakfast was also extremely good with plenty of choice, both cooked and cold, regularly replenished. I have stayed in a number of Ibis Styles, mainly on the Continent and can honestly put this one at the top of my satisfaction list. Well done management and staff.

Every time I stay in the hotel there is always an issue with the rooms e.g.: Shower controls broken sinks do not drain radiators do not turn off lose bathroom floor tiles breakfast was cold. It would seem that as I am on a set rate I appear to get the rooms that require maintenance

Polite, friendly reception. Room was comfortable although window had to be kept shut because of loud traffic noise from nearby road. This meant room became a little hot, no real problem though. Breakfast was good , sufficient choice for continental option.

Stay was fine if anything a bit on the quiet side as the hotel did not seem to be very busy. Location good, rooms clean, slight musty smell from shower area and the shower did go very hot and then cold, but did report this. Overall stay good thanks.

I stay here most weeks with work so I know what should be there. The shower strength was very poor and there was no chair in my room. Also why do some rooms have a sofa and others dont. I forgot and was not prompted to enter my car reg no so I hope I will not receive a ticket or at the least the ticket will be rescinded.

Very pleasant hotel, the first Ibis Styles hotel that we have used, although we are very familiar with Ibis and Ibis Budget.The locaion suited this trip as we were using our car and needed to be on the NE side of Crewe. Normally we use the train, in which case the location would have been very poor.The breakfast was generally good, the only faults being there was no muesli on offer, and my wife's poached egg was not cooked.I would certainly use this hotel again if the same set of circumstances were to be repeated.
