It was fine restaurant staff were nice - food was OK and rooms OK. My invoice was meant to be emailed and I haven’t received yet and the advance check in was a waste of time as still had to go through it all at reception.

The bed was pleasantly comfortable. I found no trouble in getting to sleep each night I was there. The shower was of a good standard, and each morning I ate a good breakfast which was always well cooked. One complaint/note. When staying I had moved the small over bed table away from the bed as I was not using it. When the cleaner came in they moved it back while I was out. After a long day of work I came back to my room quite tired, sat on the edge of the bed, then fell back onto my bed and hit my head on it as I'd not expected it to be there. I'd recommend that if someone has moved the table away from the bed that the cleaners should not move it back over the bed, just in case people like me aren't paying attention.

Staff very helpful, room very clean and also very quiet have stayed here twice and slept well on both occasions, feel very comfortable, evening meal very good and attentive.

it was an ok hotel that soon could do with the rooms being updated , some fixings in the room and loose and damaged The drinks bar was over priced and some of the drinks tasted like dish water won't be staying again bed and pillows quite hard

I am disabled and have never stayed in a hotel since having this disability. I am in a wheelchair and have balance problems. There was loads of room and I could access everything easily. I would stay there again.

For £39, bed and breakfast, I cannot fault the price nor the food on offer. I am vegetarian and there were plenty of items for me to eat My only let down was the lack of staff at reception and I had to wait a long while for someone to appear. There was no buzzer to ask for assistance. That was the only niggle in a great stay.

Room was pleasantly decorated and equipped. The breakfast was of a good standard as was the evening meal. All the staff were very pleasant and helpful. A well run hotel at a modest price which performed better than many hotels costing twice as much.

Why did I have to wait for being served at reception - twice? Why when I book a room for two only get one towel? Other Ibis hotels are spot on, what is lacking here?

« Comfortable with some shortcomings »

Hotel was fine, warm and comfortable but my room had a couple of faults, one the plug next to teh bed didn't work and in the middle of the night the flush on the toilet kept going so I needed to get into the cistern to find the jammed piece to stop the very loud flow of water which was keeping me awake.
