My experience staying at the Ibis was good, everything in the room was clean and meals were great, of course the best part is you are so close to the airport, no taxis or no trains to catch to get to the airport on time, again many thanks

Ibis is so incredible incompetent they could not even email me the tax invoice for my stay, but instead sent me this stupid survey

Check in took longer than it should, we arrived at 10am for a 9am check in and were told twice that she’d have to check it was ready, it should be ready since we could have checked in an hour earlier, finally got our key and went to our room, so comfortable and so quiet, the end was amazing after a 9 hour overnight flight with no sleep, thankfully I didn’t fall asleep straight away as a tradie opened our door thinking it was empty 😳 would definitely recommend for a day booking in between flights, easy walk (if you watch the video) and an excellent room to catch up on sleep.

Very lovely food and atmosphere in the restaurant. Great location of hotel. Right next to the conference held at the same place. Saw airplanes. Nice helpful staff and cleaners. Shower was a bit bullet like. Buffet breakfast had four types of eggs! Poached, fried, quiche and scrambled so I definitely had a great choice on top of the usual fruit, sausages, baked beans and bacon. Couldn't find the gluten free bread.
