I stayed overnight. I really rested. The rooms are little narrow, but modern design and good functionality does compensate this minor disadvantage. I am generally impressed.

except the below 2 comments, my stay was ok: -> lady at the reception leave her desk (whereas she saw me) when I enter to the hotel and I wait few minutes until someone else come -> I request for an invoice when checking out, they told me that it is only during night that they can do invoices... I gave my business card so I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY INVOICE ! please if you read it send me my invoice (M. Atilla T.)

Your services was all over good. i am very much satisfy from supporting staff. only thing i noticed was not good drinking water was not enough . i think 2 small water glasses are not enough for 24 hours . Ibis should provide at-least 2 ltr drinking water for a person. thanku

« A Pleasant Stay in Asian Istanbul »

I wanted to see the Asian part of Istanbul and chose this hotel during the Christmas holidays. It was a pleasant stay. Initially , I was surprised , as the Asian part is so different from the European part. However, the hotel-staff was quite helpful. I remember , especially , Buraq who gave me valuable information to find the right thing at the right corner of Asian Istanbul !!

All was good. Very polite and helpful staff. Position of hotel not great. Big sign pointing off the motor way to the hotel but in a position that is easily blocked by parked cars etc. Taxi missed the turning first time

To whom it may concern. I have to say that your hotel only good and successfull considering it is design. The rest of the hotel was dissapointment. I have stayed all around the word for business or vacation, of course I have seen worse than it but when you compare the hotel price and service we get I really do not like my accomadation.I will try to explane my issues as below: 1. when I walked in the lobby no one was there, even it was not late it was around 19.00-20.00 and I waited 10-15 minutes to someone comes. There is no bell or something like that to call a staff.Also, when I was passing time in the couch I was some costemers had the same experience. 2.We went our room and turn on the heater after a couple hours I called the lobby and said we are cold . Technician came and checked than inform us everything is working !! working but we are cold !!! I went to lobby explained my issue but they are not willing to solve my problem . They said a.c. is working !! I asked them to bring an electric heater but I learned this huge hotel does not have a heater even 1. Or maybe you had but did not want to share !!! 3.Breakfast was out of date. Breads were like a stone. Orange juice machine did not work. Any way; It was a dissapointment because we spend a remarkable money to stay in your hotel but the service we got like one star. I definitly dont think to stay with you again and will not recommend my friends.

very helpful staff, I was assigned room 901 but this was very noisy even with window closeed, they kindly changed to 906 which was better but still noisy as I like to have window open

« Very good short stay »

We needed a quick overnight stay in this area and chose Ibis Tuzla due to its proximity to where we needed to be. It was an excellent choice. Brand new hotel. Nice and tasteful infrastructure. We even had a chance to sit in the outside garden and have a drink (which I didn't expect to see a garden area at all). Employees are all extremely helpful. And relative cost to silimlar nice hotels in the area is very good.
