Hotel location is very nice in a peaceful location but still close by the Bus and MRT . They also have free shuttle for going to MRT . We were lucky as the staff was very helpful. Deepika at the front desk helped us with early check-in and upgraded Our room . Room is spacious and bathroom is also spacious. Breakfast spread is lovely , lots of options . Even Indian food . Pool area is perfect size they also had a kids pool where my kid played a lot . Thank you for the hospitality.

Ms Deepika is very helpful . She is helping us a group of 25 participants from India in an very appropriate manner. She is always smiling when she is taking care of us. She is very professional in her job but very amicable in nature. I like her professional attitude to her service.

I highly commend Jasmine of Accor Plus for accommodating us , she's very helpful and cheerful. Front desk may not be that kinda accommodating and never gave us that good impression but jasmine did great!

The room had a lot of problems i.e., noise over the head Bed / malfunction of hair dryer / not completely facilities for shower ( need to request shower cap instead of std provided) and the broken rail in the bathroom (5 times requested to fixed).

We enjoyed our stay, hotel is well located and well maintained. We are vegetarians and were happy to see many vegetarian options in the breakfast menu. The Indian food can be improved a bit though.
