The villa is not spacious that I expected. The pool is tiny and dirty. The staff are excellent and helpful. The tour package is not flexible and more expensive than Grab.

« Relaxing holiday »

It has been a pleasant and comforting stay at PV Danang Resort. Beginning from the airport pickup all the way to checkout. In particular, we are especially grateful for Ms. Tu’s services, very caring and responsive either in person or via WhatsApp! She even assisted us during her off-hours so we were particularly impressed! The restaurants, pools, bars and all public areas within the resort are nicely maintained. We will recommend our other friends to stay at PV!

We very much enjoyed our stay in Da Nang. The staff, in particular our guest manager Diem, was fantastic. Diem took care of my family 24/24 and provided excellent and above expectation services/advices to us. Furthermore she has a very good level of English which is not a given in Da Nang. If I was myself in the hospitality sector I would hire her straight away! She is a perusal you should not lose. Her manager Jasmine (Le Ngoc Tram) was also very helpful as we experience some issues with the chlorine level in the pools which stained our swimming suits. Breakfast was okay though the room was always very busy and noisy as a result.

It was lucky to choose your hotel. Kind staffs, nice garden and perfect ocean view. However in the basement room, it smelled like mold, something smell when the building is damp. I told the reception about the smell and they got me housekeeper but it still smelled. We could not sleep in the room. We had to share the room sleeping on the floor. Except that everything was very good.

We were a group of seven person. Ms Hang was our host and she was wonderful. She arrenged us anything we wanted. Breakfast, pool and the beach were wonderful. The garden was beautiful. We can recommend this hotel.

Our family really enjoyed our stay at premium village as this is our 1st time to visit Danang. Phuc (Happy) greeted us warmly and is very caring and informative as she provided all the information we need and ensuring our family is well taken care of . She even came back to work on her day off the day we checked out as she wanted to ensure everything is ok . We would definitely come back and recommend to others to stay at premium village. Just comment about the restaurant menu and if there are more choices of food , it would be better.

« A fairly satisfying stay »

Overall experience in Premier Village is above average. Services are satisfying, largely attributed to polite and friendly staffs who tried their best to make our stay pleasant. Our host, Thao, is very lovely and professional. Communications and replies regarding our requests are prompt and positive, eg late check out, complimentary breakfast etc. Main pool facilities and beach are well managed, being very clean. One thing that would make our stay better would be the villa itself. We stayed in 101 and seems it has not been fully operated/ cleaned as we see some stains and dirts, and there are quite a few unfurnished rooms in the underground. Inside the room, noise from air con is a bit of disturbance during sleep. Villa itself is not as new as expected, which is a disappointment compared to the price.

« A very well organized and comfortable resort »

My overall rating is 9.8 out of 10. Well trained and helpful managers, immediate responses to requests. Rooms are very neat and clean and the room-served meals are also great not to mention their reasonable price. My only minor complain was the blankets, they were absolutely clean but too heavy for me. Considering the warm weather in Danang it would be better to have lighter blankets. I paid extra for ocean access villa but it was totally worth it because you get maximum privacy, obviously closer to the beach and also very close to the morning buffet diner. Going in and out of the resort is convenient, you can ask for a taxi/van at the reception.

First of all, during the last trip, I would like to welcome you to the friendly staff of the resort. However, I was very uncomfortable with the two accidents that occurred at the resort. Eight family members stayed at Village # 350 from March 8 to March 10. I drank the most free mineral water in the hotel and went to the emergency room on the evening of March 9 and was treated for enteritis. Another person who drank free mineral water in my family and me also suffered from diarrhea and vomiting. When I drank water, I felt fishy, ​​but I believed it because it was water in a luxury resort. Other families drank beer and other beverages to avoid accidents. The hotel will be able to confirm that a female emergency patient has occurred and referred to the family hospital. On the morning of March 10, when I checked out, I had to burn the back of my hand because of the hot water and requested treatment. The cause of the burn was the sink faucet. Even though I placed the lever in the middle of what I thought was safe, too much hot water poured out in a single moment, which caused my hand to burn. Normally, this level of lever position does not allow hot water to burn your hands. So I came back to Korea and got dermatology treatment for 7 days. Now the fault has been stripped off. Rearranging, First, an emergency room caused by enteritis. Contaminated free bottled water in the hotel. Second, the faucet lever was not properly adjusted. Both of these incidents can be attributed to the hotel. A strong responsibility is required for the resort. My family trip, which I should have enjoyed, came back to Korea only because I had suffered from an illness more than good memory because of two accidents that I experienced while staying in Premier Village for 2 days. I was late for feedback on a busy schedule, but I look forward to seeing my feedback and making sure to improve it for the safety of other customers. « Good for families, but lacking any character, charm, or warmth »

The resort is nice but lacks character. From the check in experience onwards, it feels like you are in a subdivision neighborhood rather than a resort. From the initial greeting at the ramp, there was no warm and fuzzy feeling of a 5 star resort. It was more like a sterile hospital check in. (Though the welcome drink was tasty) The Saturday night empty nightclub at the pool was bizarre. I think guests paying $500+ per night are likely looking for tranquility and relaxation. I'm not opposed to a DJ pool party, but the atmosphere was sad, with a few couples having a tranquil BBQ buffet, an empty pool with 2 robot pool vacuums running, an empty bar, and a lonely DJ. I suggest either do a tranquil buffet with tea lights and all, or a rave, but not both. Breakfast was fine, though it felt like a cafeteria more than a 5 star resort. Again, the presentation was cold and sterile. At a 5 star accor resort, I expect staff to warmly greet upon arrival, find a table together, and take a first order for drinks. Instead, we had to find the staff, who directed us with the wave of a hand that there is a free table around the corner, and no interaction beyond that. note, everyone was friendly and smiling, just not conveying 5 star service.

The service starts even before the beginning of my stay. Helen or Ms Anh was attentive and very personal. She even prepared a birthday surprise for me! Everyone in the hotel gives such a great impression so I will be back for sure! Just a little hiccup during checkout when I was charged for room service that I didn't consume.
