Weather was not perfect the day we checked in . It was raining all day . But the cottage exceeded my expectation . It’s really a small house with multilevels . We mostly used the living area and the swimming pool .

The villa was great spacious clean, pool and garden very nice with privacy....little pity for such level of price.. no expresso coffee machine or need to pay for the potatoes chips and drinks in the fridge. Also food at the restaurant very very low level can't believe we are in 5stars HOTEL..quality of the food was really up to Chinese buffer standard many things put together...menu no special traditional Vietnam food...except one or 2dishes but can't build full course Vietnam food. But service was efficient and delicate intentioned...

Like: pool villa, garden. Opportunity: more play ground at beach for kids. kitchen hygeine (smell). Do not change bath tower if it is on rack (as your green policy). More flexible on check out time if you are not in peak season (our flight is at night, we love to stay longer with up charge, but the charge amount seems too much).

I especially enjoyed the facilities such as a private pool, infinity pool, complimentary breakfast, a tasty lunch and delicious dinner. Loads of varieties and views stunning. And when I was tired of swimming, water sports and working ( i work online) it was easy to go into the Spa & massage. The reservation was quick and service excellent. Fitness and gym were one of my favourite parts as well.

« A Pleasure stay experience with Premier Village »

I and my families received a great service experience provided by Dani - our Relationship Manager who is friendly, cheerful with great communication skills. From airport pick up to the date we leave PV, she made us feels welcome and warm. However, we also had few bad experience while our stay in PV. I could give your hotel rating on 4-5 instead of 7 without Dani's service with no doubt. One good staff can made a difference to your guest. 1. We brought our baby to kid club, there is a lady who is on duty and I believe she invited couple of her relatives with kids to the club on the day we visit. When we got into the kid club, she doesn't show welcome we got in but attitude that we disturbed their chatting time (they are eating pizza in the kid club). The staff ignore there is hotel guest here and just sit down and keep chatting with her relatives/ friends who I believe is not pay to stay in this villa just come by for free enjoy the benefits. Anyway, their kids not being taking care and throw things to my baby and push my baby away, their mom doesn't do anything to stop her kids but just talk loud with the staff in the club. I only stay there for 20mins as really do not feel comfortable at all. At the end, when we leave the club, I saw another staff who wear hotel uniform I guess is the kids' father just come in and sit down to chat with those ladies. Well, it doesn't look good at all with a hotel uniform and was on duties ( if not then he should change his cloths) it affect the company reputation. 2. Horrible restaurant hygiene and service experience. Your hotel may short of staff in the morning buffet section. However, this is not an excuse for a 5 stars hotel. No staff lead us to get a table, extremely messy when we get into the restaurant. We have to find our own table, high chair, clean up the high chair and wait for someone to clean table etc. The worst is every single staff in this restaurant they just push all dirt/ food on table to the floor, use the same towel to clean the table mat reuse it and put cutlery on the mat (how disgusting). There is a lot of food on the chair and floor and she seems is normal and just ask us to sit down. OMG, we have to clean it up by ourselves. We only see this sort of cleaning technique in a local wet market or a local outdoor seafood restaurant but definitely not in a 5 stars hotel. I travel to Danang so many times and every time I stayed in Accor Group hotel mainly Pullman. I never see this happens in Pullman, I picked PV this time due to we have few families join so easier for us to stay in same villa. I usually stay in the hotel for meals and relax, but this time I chose to go out for dining because I don't want to get sick by eating in a dirty environment. A very disappointed experience.

We loved our second stay here. The service, hospitality, food and accommodation were exceptional as last time. The only disappointing thing was the fact that we were unable to swim in the sea, even when it was obviously not unsafe and neighboring resorts were allowing swimming and had lifeguards on. As we came for a beach holiday, we had to walk to the Pullman Resort every day several times to be allowed to swim in the sea, as the Premier Village Danang Resort did not organise life guards and allow swimming in front of their beach. This was a big negative for us.
