« We had a lovely holiday and we were well looked after »

We had a lovely holiday and the staff were very helpful throughout, particularly Ms Hang. The room and gardens and massages were excellent and the food was lovely. The weather was a bit too warm to be comfortable outside (mid to late 30degC) and the jellyfish in the water meant that it wasn't suitable for beach swimming. On the other hand everything done by the resort was excellent. Thank you

This is the Second time we stay at premium village Danang resort. Ms Danh is very helpful and humble-she remembered the last time (in winter) when we stayed at Villa, the hot water is not enough for 7 peoples to take bathing, this time she have double check all the thing be good before we arrived. They have an excellent service, staff are polite.

Resort assistance, Ms Jolie (Tu), provided useful information after booking to aid my trip planning. Thank you for her prompt and helpful replies to my every inquiry. Resort has a very nice and beautiful beach, with clean water and sands, we played around on the beach and enjoy it very much. Villa of my stay is clean and tidy, the private pool is spacious. One regret is the water outflow from the sink and shower area were slow and sucked. Water was pilled out during shower which made the bathroom of Master room very wet and slippy. In-Room BBQ was fair but food quality may require improvement given it was not cheap at all. Breakfast is good with variety of choice. Resort's main pool was beautiful with amazing view of ocean. It is well located, appreciated. We enjoyed our stay very much and no much comments can be made at all. One comment is furniture and some fixtures of Villa a bit old and old school. If some renovation can be done for the villa, given such expensive accommodation charges, I would give mark 10 for perfect rating.

it's managed by accor. But their service really not enough even 5star resort. No benefit for late check out without no explanation. Their staff always request tip. Not enough space for breakfast. Not serve because of too much guest.

We had also checked the water pump in the villa's swimming pool and it was not an issue itself, that is the water pump runs by timer and it caused your misunderstanding. However, i am very shocked to read that our heartists' services were not good and they worked for "tip". We are very concerned about this serious thing. Helpful and wonderful staff, especially appreciate Kylie and her team helping out on preparing the cake and decoration for my parents' anniversary. We really had a good time. And also special thanks to the buggy driver (I am so sorry that I forgot his name) who took the initiative to book the popular restaurant, Lam Vien, for us once he knew that we are heading there. Otherwise, we may have missed the chance to visit there as there is always a queue. The room is comfortable and clean, yet the voltage of some power sockets is too weak that there is almost no wind coming out from the hairdryer. But overall the villa is fantastic. Can access to the spa, fitness center, restaurant and the beach on foot within 5 minutes.

« Well appointed villas but terrible room service »

The room service we ordered was often disappointing given that it was a 5 star resort (the seafood restaurant at the hotel is much better). On one occasion during our first afternoon the room service food was really terrible, with the chicken pho cold and inedible. The remainder of the food which included a simple fried rice was not much better. We complained to our villa manager Thao who arranged for Chef Quy to visit us. Following our complaints we advised the Chef that we would not be paying for the inedible food and we understood that he was in agreement. However upon check out this bill was not excluded and despite our raising the issue at that time the Management refused to budge on the issue. Having spent more than VND55M at the hotel during our stay the fact that this small bill was not excluded, given all that had happened, was very very disappointing. As we had a flight to catch we paid the bill but the principle of the matter remains. Thao our villa manager however made every effort to make us feel comfortable.

Villa is spacious and clean. My family enjoyed the stay a lot. We would also like to take the opportunity to thank Ms Kylie, our butler who took very good care of us during our short stay from 9-14 June. She helps to ensure all of our needs were well taken care of and made reservations for our meals, transports and recreation activities. The hotel staff are very polite, friendly and responsive. We would definitely go back to Premier Village resort if we are back in Danang again.
